I stopped by this Jamba juice location to pick up my smoothie that I placed online. I had a TMobile Tuesday reward so I added it under my account to be used. I went with the large strawberry surf rider. I found parking easily during lunch time in the plaza this store is located in. When I walked inside, the man working greeted me. I told him my name for the order and he had the drink ready. He also made more than a large cup so he give me the extra one as well in a smaller cup. Ordered a peanut butter mood without bananas as I am allergic to them, and have had no issues with this at other locations. My husband even did the initial taste to make sure there was no banana for me, and clarified with them there was no banana - they told him there was no banana in it. My husband didn't trust it so he drank my drink, and there was definitely chunks of banana in it. The staff needs to be more careful and take extra precaution especially when allergies are indicated. If my husband hadn't checked my drink I would have drank it and had a terrible reaction. Typical Jamba Juice location. Great smoothies. Only thing that bugged me a bit was the gentleman making the smoothies kept rubbing and picking his nose while making them (with no sanitary gloves on). Given, he may be using scoops, etc, but the overall feeling I got was not one of cleanliness. Good location. Plenty of parking. Employees are usually friendly but the last time I was there a smug young man was pretty rude. Only reason I'd return is due to the location. Just ordered Jamba Juice through online delivery. This was an issue with both Jamba Juice and Doordash. Anyways, I ordered 4 smoothies for my co-workers and I. Upon delivery, we open the bag and only 1 smoothie has the seal of protection while the other 3 didn't. I called Jamba Juice back because I asked why only 1 smoothie had the seal while the others didn't. I asked whether they did that on purpose. They apologized and said they were in a busy rush and they had sent out some without seals. I told them this makes me question the door dash driver because now I think that driver tampered with it. This is not safe. They apologized again. On top of that, I don't mind if outdoors the door dash person doesn't wear a mask. But when he delivered it inside to me the driver wasn't wearing one. I know everyone has different opinions on masks, but personally to me it just all made me feel the drinks were unsafe. Even on Jamba Juice's website, it says they deliver with a safety seal. They did not resend or compensate sending another smoothie with a seal or refunded us. We simply got a sorry we were in a rush. That shouldn't compromise your services especially the safety of your customers. We weren't in a place to pick it up ourselves that's why we ordered delivery. Just came in and there was an employee Blake that was more than happy to take my multiple smoothie order and add in all my extra add ons. He even answered my questions about my BOGO card. I've been to this location several times with good results. Last night, I arrived 5 minutes prior to closing. I was told that their machines were already cleaned and that I was out of luck to get my order. I was told by one employee that he had places to go after they closed and they weren't about to mess up a machine. When I turned to leave, in the reflection of the door, I saw this same person did a hand pump to the other employee celebrating the fact that he had gotten rid of me. Maybe they should state that they're closed at 7:45 instead of 8 so that I no longer have to disturb the social lives of the employees.
