Good coffee, friendly service, and plenty of seating--at least if you get there early. It's a great spot to grab a coffee and get some remote work done, but it gets super busy, especially during peak hours, so I'd recommend going early if you want to secure a good seat. The only downside is that it's a bit on the expensive side compared with other coffee shops. Overall, though, the coffee and atmosphere make it worth. read more

Worst coffee. Theres no flavor in their coffee. Better off going to an actual coffee shop that only does coffee. I ordered a latte and it was all milk based. 90% milk & 10% coffee. Would not recommend. Cant speak for the bakery, but definitely not coffee. I had to drive to another coffee shop to buy actual coffee. Very disappointed. This isnt only speaking on just one drink. It was for 3 different drinks I ordered read more

If you are Generation Alpha.... Or even Gen Z.... I'm so sorry to break it to you.... But before you started this: 6 (Six) 7 (Seven) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Nonsense... Us cooler, more hip, much more creative Millennials had.... FIVE07 baby!!! Haha That's right, if you're a Millennial, say it with me! FIVE 07 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Ok! I'll Admit, it's definitely not as cool as your "6 7" but hey at least our Five07 has good coffee and good eats. What's up Now Gen Z!? Alright, enough Generation Rivalry. Let's get into this review, shall we? I have lived in Thousand Oaks since 97' and I've seen so many businesses, restaurants, & coffee spots come and go. Some of these eateries have found their niche, attracted a strong following and have thrived. Others have come, tried to reinvent the wheel and due to so many different factors, unfortunately have failed and didn't last long enough to see their potential. Well I am here to tell you... Five07 Coffee Bar and Eatery has from the beginning found their niche, grown their following and to this day, several years after being in business within the city of Thousand Oaks, have continued to thrive and quite honestly, it's so refreshing to see. Although I have only been through here a handful of times over the years, probably to just grab a coffee and go; in recent times I have actually come in with my family, sat down at one of their tables and enjoyed their amazing space. Maybe it's the simple menu, the taste of their coffee drinks, their kind staff, or just their overall sense of community, but Five07 has mastered their craft and they seem to be killing it! Literally every time I pass by here, there's always a crowd of people enjoying what this place has to offer. And if you're a local, you probably already know how good this place is, so I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. But if you're the new kid on the block... I'm pretty sure once you come to Five07, this is gonna be your new go-to spot. To Five07 and it's awesome team, keep doin your thang! read more

What a wonderful spot! The warm welcoming atmosphere is evident the moment I walked into the eatery. I saw tables with folks working on their laptops as well as folks reading and chatting with each other. This morning I enjoyed a cup of chai tea and although it was a bit sweet for my taste, the warming spices were tasty. Was a beautiful morning so sat outside in the fresh air. I'll be back, there were a lot of interesting food options as well as pastries to check out. It's a little challenging to find, so if you're standing facing the Vons grocery, 507 is tucked in on the right. read more

This is my go to weekend coffee spot! I love to try their fun seasonal coffee drinks, and they have cozy "for here" mugs to sit and enjoy in house. Great GF toast options, and the smoothies are made with real fruit. The ham and Gruyère croissant warned up is my pastry go-to. read more

Nice working vibe in this place. Almost everyone in there was working on a laptop. Staff was friendly and quick. I got my items to go and the sandwich held up on the ca ride. I got the French toast latte, iced. It was good, not necessarily French toast resemblance but the cinnamon was good. When in the area again I'd go back to try other items. read more

I love coming to Five07. The seating may be limited but I always enjoy sitting outside. The staff is friendly and the service has always been good. I enjoyed their avocado toast. The red pepper flakes give it an added zing. Overall, if it weren't for the steep prices I'd be here everyday. Definitely recommend for great coffee and food. read more

Every time I come back here I fall more and more in love with this place. From the warmed breakfast pastries to the delicious mochas, I find very little to complain about. Despite always being busy they bring your order out to you within a reasonable amount of time. After I had my warmed ham and cheese croissant, which was one of the best most flavorful ham and cheese croissants I've ever had, I opted for a warmed almond croissant to finish off my large mocha. Everything was good to the last drop or crumb. My only complaint is that all the outside tables appeared to be dirty, they could use a wipe down after each party. That and well like everything these days, it's pretty pricey. That's this critic's review, until next time, I'll be eating. read more

I always want to come here on Sundays, or at night!! I guess I miss the old days. Great vibes, please bring it back!!!

This place is great, they had a hip hop Christian playlist overhead when we were inside, lots of seating inside and outside, free wifi, outlets, the whole shebang. A lot of people around were working, catching up with friends, going on first dates, it was a fun place to get energy and people watch. But the drinks and food are miss or barely hit. The food looks great, the toasts are always gorgeous and delicious. The drinks were unfortunately, very disappointing. I got a large Kauai smoothie and it isn't bad, coconut water, pineapple, strawberry, and banana in a large (24oz) and it tastes like crunchy coconut water. But for $13 I feel like it could've been a lot better. A friend got the morning blend smoothie bowl ($16.50) and an iced London Fog (6) but also didn't like any of it in the end. Describing the London fog as the worst one in her entire life, and only ate the bananas on top of the smoothie bowl. I think personally it's on me that I didn't get one of their signatures, I am a BIG fan of almost every raspberry white mocha I had, but didn't end up getting them, will go next time! The pastries in the window looked so delicious too, but an almost $30 cafe visit is not in my budget as much as I hope it was. I love that they're so accommodating for different restrictions and life goals though, I have multiple friends who don't take seed oils, different milks, vegans, or gluten free and they have an option for literally everyone. I'm so glad they're here! read more

Love the atmosphere but cleanliness is critical and my mug was so gross that even the server agreed she would never drink out of it. Stuff happens but you want to eat/drink in a place where this would not go unnoticed. Menu is pretty good and so is the service. read more

This coffee place is for real. Every order taker and server I have encountered is pleasant, Latinate nice, exudes a chill and positive vibe that is literally recognizable. The quality of their products from the different coffees to the pastries heave exceeded my expectation. This may sound like over praise BS but that's because no place I have been to here or anywhere in the US compares. If you hang in the place or on their patio you are served in glassware. It's a class act and deserves this review. Period. read more

I came in for the crêpes which they no longer have since January 2026. I had the goat cheese, blueberry toast on gluten-free bread. It was $10 small and not special. I heard their coffee is good, but I didn't try it this time. read more

Order at the counter, then they'll bring it to your table, all done with a smile and great service. Tables are inside and outside. I got the cinnamon chai dirty and it was fine but still a little too sweet. We also got a cappuccino which was wonderful. The almond croissant was also wonderful, the cinnamon roll not so much. It's a bit dry. More more more! read more

I was passing through Thousand Oaks running errands and was wanting a good latte, so I stopped here. I got the Maple Leaf Latte! It was really good, and not too sweet but fairly expensive. The guys working were really nice and cheerful. The coffee bar itself is pretty chill and there are lots of tables. There were several people working on laptops, enjoying coffee. The Five07 is true staple of Thousand Oaks. Every time my sister is in town she always asks to go, and I never complain! High quality drinks, delicious menu, and fun flavors that compliment the lovely atmosphere. There are students working on homework, families doing activities, and friends catching up, making for a lovely experience. I will say it is a tad pricey, but the consistent quality service and product always brings me back. I love trying local coffee shops, and I can't recommend enough! Enjoyed how friendly and careful the staff is, especially with allergies!!! I feel like this spot was really great to come to, we got a Kuaiu smoothie and an iced matcha latte, and you can choose between the 12 oz or the 16 oz for your drinks. The cashier was super nice and made sure to add a note to my girlfriend's but allergy and made sure to ask if certain ingredients in the drink she ordered were okay too. I was pretty excited to also add and try out their blueberry muffins but sadly they were out of that!! Get them quick!! I noticed everyday is the same hours, except for Thursday they are open til 10pm. We also got to enjoy the seats inside and stationed up to study with our laptops. They serve it straight to you since you're given a table number. Overall was impressed and the music was at a comfortable volume, albeit a bit distracting so don't expect quiet at this spot. However a great area to get some work in for sure and there's outlets as well!!! Easy parking lot. Bathroom easy to access as well. Free wifi that's given to you if you ask and it worked fast! read more

Five07 is hands down one of my favorite coffee shops in Conejo Valley. The service is always quick and friendly. The cafe is always bustling with people and good energy, whether folks are studying or chatting with friends. Some recommendations include the avocado toast, decaf centri latte (has a lovely blueberry undertone), and feeling nutty smoothie. Plus, the pastries are baked fresh and delicious. I personally love the coffee cake. Definitely check out the spot, it will soon become your go to! read more

This is my second time coming in for a bag of coffee beans. The line was out the door and I almost turned around but when I saw that they were taking orders on tablets, I knew the line would move more quickly. I really appreciate the hustle to get all the orders in and respect everyone's time. I came in for a bag of coffe beans and it was $21. I like that my purchase comes with a free drink. I got the drip of the day and tried out a new brew that they sell beans for. Once I was awake, I noticed too late that my beans weren't the same as last time. I was hoping to get a light roast but this time it was a dark roast- not bad, just not what I had expected. I guess they are constantly selling out and getting a lot of varieties in so if you get hooked on a certain bean, you need to double check or go to their other location. I love this place and everyone is so nice so I can't go wrong. I'm glad that they sell beans so I can change things up. read more

My daughter has Celiac so going out to eat is always a gamble-even when we make it clear the GF is needed for allergy not a diet fab, she is still sometimes served contaminated food that she gets sick from. I must say first things first the place looks amazing. I love it if it was comfortable the food the croissants are so good. The service provided was exceptionally warm and inviting, making for a delightful conversation that was both engaging and incredibly helpful. However, I must admit that the espresso left something to be desired, as it was somewhat too bitter for my taste. That said, I did appreciate the rich flavor that lingered at the bottom of the cup. Without a doubt, I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment, and I am certainly eager to return for another espresso experience. Overall, my time spent here was quite enjoyable. Thank you. read more

I have been going to Five07 with friends for the past 7 years. My favorites include the chocolate croissant and the vanilla latte.

The atmosphere was amazing and the workers were wonderful as well. I've enjoyed coffee there before, but would not necessarily recommend the matcha. I was disappointed by it being too milky and having chunks at the bottom. The coffee and chai though have been wonderful in the past. read more

Got a special latte (honey cin lav) which was over $9 with tip. Overly sweet and didn't have the lavender topping I had requested. Took it back and asked for 1/2 sweet Lavender latte with lavender topping. Still no topping on the latte and the taste is certainly not worth $9. Too embarrassed to take it back again for the lavender topping which I was craving and went to the cafe for in the first place. What a waste of $9! Sticking to Longevity in the future. read more

This is a great place to study but not so great if you want to have regular breakfast, I would say you can find cheaper and better options. Service was superb- staff were friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Parking can be limited as it shares the same lot as Vons grocery store and other small shops. 1. Pumpkin Cinnamon Chai (3.5/5) Got it with half-and-half which provided a nice, smooth, creaminess texture. The fall flavor of pumpkin mixed with chai spice is nostalgic. Minus 1.5 star because it was a bit on the too sweet for me. 2. Caprese Toast with Poached Eggs (1/5) Very plain and simple. I could've made this for less than $3,so definitely not worth $14. The flavor was bland, the poached egg was not runny and the egg slides off the bread, so you have no choice but to eat it separately. 3. Blueberry Goat Cheese Toast (4/5) The blueberry goat cheese was delicious- creamy and fruity, yet satisfying. I liked that it's served on a multigrain toast, so it's nutritious and filling. The lavender sprinkled on top was a nice floral touch. Sadly, this will be a 1 and done for me. It's just not worth the trip or money. read more

I finally tried this coffee shop in TO and really liked it. There's plenty of tables to sit at both inside and outside. The pastries were clearly labeled. They had a mix of croissants, coffee cake, muffins and bagels. We both got almond croissants which they warmed for us. The croissant was slightly dry but overall good. I got a flat white which came in an 8 oz cup. The drinks took a little while to come but that was because our order got placed behind some others since we ordered at the cashier instead of in line which was annoying.
