Overpriced and low quality. Unfortunate given that it's one of the only food options on campus other than the dining hall.

When I arrived, I was greeted and waited to place my order. An employee suggested that I use one of the kiosks instead. I noticed several customers waiting to order, so I decided to place my order directly through the Ubatuba website on my phone while inside the restaurant. After ordering, I waited quite a while. During that time, I noticed customers who had arrived after me receiving their orders first. Eventually, I heard my name called, went to pick up the order, and returned to my car. Once I got to my car, I realized the bowl I had received was not my order. I immediately returned to the restaurant to let the staff know. The employee took the bowl, threw it away, and said, "Yeah, I know you took her order. Next time listen for your name." I found that comment both unfair and unprofessional. This was clearly an honest mistake. I genuinely believed I had heard my name called. If I had intentionally taken someone else's order, I certainly would not have returned to correct the mistake. The employee then told me that I had placed my order through DoorDash and that my order was separated from the others. This was confusing because I did not place my order through DoorDash; I ordered directly through the Ubatuba website. If the company uses a third-party system behind the scenes, that is not something customers are made aware of during the ordering process. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What was disappointing was not the mix-up itself, but the way the situation was handled. A simple explanation or a courteous response would have gone a long way. Instead, I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong when I was trying to correct an honest mistake. I have always enjoyed Ubatuba and have had positive experiences in the past, which is why this interaction stood out. I hope situations like this are handled so future customers are treated with more professionalism and respect.

I also love their acai so much. I especially loved the one with the dates. It was rich, naturally sweet, and super satisfying. The avocado toasts are also really good. The heirloom tomato one is my favorite, and adding pesto on top made it even better. I also really liked the protein whey cold foam on the matcha. It tasted just like whipped cream. I really appreciate that they create drinks tailored for different needs, including options that support women postpartum & pregnancy and with men's hormone health in mind. It's clear they put intention behind both the ingredients and the overall concept. also the service is incredible. the place is adorable. and there's cute outside seating.

They use Nekohama matcha, which is actually ceremonial grade unlike many places that claim "ceremonial" but are really using lower-quality powder. They also have the most incredible colostrum cold foam matcha and strawberry matcha. But honestly, my favorite part of the shop is the people. Everyone is so friendly, and the owner is always making thoughtful updates and experimenting with new ideas, which makes the whole place feel really special.

Juice&Boba 1000 Oaks…read more Come on in and see what they've got: Juice! Boba!! Panna Cotta!!! Popcorn Chicken, Fries, Spring Rolls, Rocket Shrimp!!!! Uno, Jenga, Connect Four!!!!! 2 free standing arcade machines!!!!!! And... a place to sit, chill, relax, even do some light studying (that's if you're not distracted by the Pac-Man machine calling your name). Come get your Boba on!! Per Google, Boba Tea (also known as Bubble Tea) became popular in the 1990's... And for those who decided to play Pac-Man instead of studying your arithmetic.. In 2024, that's over THIRTY YEARS OLD!!! And boy do I miss the 90's haha In today's times, Boba is still a thing; trust me, my oldest who is 6 years old loves the stuff and it's her new favorite treat. Lucky for us, Juice&Boba is our newly opened Boba spot in the neighborhood and we've already been a handful of times to try out their different flavors. The team is super friendly, helpful and willing to answer any questions for a Newbie like me. I even called to ask a question by phone and Robin who I spoke with was very kind in assisting me. There is a large open table to play games, sit and chat with friends, or do some homework while you sip on your boba. I've yet to try the food, but it sounds really good (I want to try their Rocket Shrimp). So... If you're a Thousand Oaks resident or you live in the nearby Conejo Valley area, come support this local, mom & pop business! Welcome to the neighborhood Juice&Boba!!!

The place was empty and don't want to share but I will. They have a few arcade machines that are fun and a couple tables with games. I think it's a quaint little place to hang out at. I love the Pac Man machine!

My favorite one is Woodland hills and I go there when I can, but unfortunately, the thousand Oaks location leaves a lot to be desired. The juice bar team never pays attention when customers are standing at the counter or walk up. I always have to get their attention. And often they don't make the juices or smoothies correctly. And my biggest gripe is this location never has fish on hot bar. They have all the meat and chicken but for pescatarians or vegans, they have very limited options. Why does this location not order fish for hot bar? It's the only Whole Foods in the area I've seen without fish. They've maybe had it 4 or 5 times in the past two years. And sometimes they're out of tofu so I have no protein options. I'd like to know from corporate why they refused to order fish.

He got plain skewers and got the sauce from the refrigerator and made them right there on the spot. Talk about outstanding customer service. This was just fantastic and I thanked him several times because I knew he didn't have to do it. This was about 1130 today Friday unfortunately I didn't catch his name but wanted to pass on this.
