We went late at night for a healthier dessert and settled on the soft serve. It was delicious and not too sweet! We also got the açaí bowl and loved the fresh fruit and the granola. The staff was kind and offered their own recommendations when asked. Out front, they had some juice samples that we tried. read more

The business was closed despite the posted hours showing it should have been open. During my visit alone, I saw at least 10 customers arrive, find the doors locked, and leave. This is clearly costing the business customers and reflects poorly on its reliability. If the hours have changed, they should be updated accordingly. read more

Stopped by for the first time looking for a quick snack and was really impressed. I was a little intimidated because I didn't know what to order but the team member was super nice and gave great recommendations, walking me through healthy and delicious options. Walked in for a smoothie and came out with the OG Acai bowl. Highly recommend if you're looking for a healthy snack to fit in between the errands. read more

First off the frozen yogurt and bowls are solid. In my visit tonight, we had an extremely unfortunate experience. We didn't catch her name, but a gal with red hair responded with a wildly condescending tone over a misunderstanding with an order. After clarifying, our group heard her say something directed at us. Will not be back. read more

I can't say enough great things about Pressed Juicery in Thousand Oaks, CA--this location is always spotless, the juices are fresh and delicious, and the energy is consistently positive. But the real standout here is Helena. She's a total gem! From the moment you walk in, Helena greets you with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile that instantly brightens your day. She's knowledgeable about every product on the menu and takes the time to offer thoughtful recommendations based on your taste and wellness goals. I mentioned I wasn't feeling 100%, and she quickly suggested a few options that ended up being exactly what I needed. Her customer service is next level. If you're in the area and want a great experience (along with amazing juice), stop by and ask for Helena--you won't be disappointed. This place is lucky to have her! read more

the service sucks. we waited for 20 minutes and had to leave because the girl took too long.

OMG! The bowls are absolutely unreal! I bought one for my colleagues and they were blown away! My office will be going here at least once a week. The counter girl was helpful and nice. Outstanding! read more

You will get a Gen Z stare from some of the girls here. Since management isn't present most of the time, they think they are the boss. Well guess what? Time for a training on costumer service. People who are loyal customers can see you don't have the work ethic to host new services at the store. Including the freezes. Store needs to hire people with customer service or train them ASAP read more

I'm rating on their claims as a healthy drink after a trying experience. All I know, is I didn't feel well soon after drinking, so I looked it up. In general, juices lack dietary fiber and can lead to blood sugar spikes, plus the most important thing is that unless juices are consumed immediately after pressing, they start to lose their nutritional value and quality. Add to that the fact that they sell their drinks in PLASTIC bottles that have been sitting on the shelf for several hours (if not days). Really, are they selling health drinks or another sweet drink trying to get your dollars from Starbucks? So, if you are looking for a sweet drink, Pressed Juicery may be just as good as other sweet drink alternatives (milkshakes, boba), but don't be fooled by their marketing and watch your blood sugar! read more

Super easy and convenient spot to grab and go! My wife and I are doing a three day juice cleanse, and it couldn't have been easier to order and pick up our juices. I can't speak for the nutritional value of the cleanse, or if it is a good weight loss technique, but I can say they taste great! I'm two days in and I wouldn't mind a little bit of solid food, but I feel great and I drink the juice is pretty fast because I enjoy the taste. This actual location is quite small, but it seems really convenient if you are ordering ahead. Do you walk and give them your name and they hand you the bags. It's pretty simple. It is quite pricey, but it feels in line with other juice cleanses that we've seen online. I believe we will be back to try another 3 to 6 day cleanse! read more

I love the juices at pressed. I mainly use them to for digestive health, supplement meals or between meal snacks . Before starting to juice, I recommend speaking to your doctor or nutritionalist to decide best course for your digestive tract . the store employees may be informed about their products, not all are for everyone. Some ingredients may react to medications (don't drink grapefruit if you are taking BP or heart medicine) . I find the new "simple cleanse" juice to be quite helpful for reducing gut bloat (lost 5# after drinking this one bottle of juice) but trust me when i tell you to stick around the house while doing a juice cleanse . read more

Solid juice spot, quick and easy. Definitely does its job if you need a reset. I recommend the greens 3 juice and the ginger shot. The calm shot is really good and you can pair it with the calm juice read more

The Pressed Juicery is fake and fraudulent! This product is worse than I would buy from a grocer Its mostly water and it contains Erythritol which is a chemical sugar processed from corn. What a waste of time and money for a bland nothing! Elderberry Lemonade $6.95 - 6% juice Blackberry Lemonade $6.95 - 15% juice Mango Turmeric Lemonade $6.95 - 23% juice read more

Not organic. When you drink juices, especially green juices, make sure they are organic or you are missing out on nutrients (the whole point of juicing...) and potentially being exposed to chemicals. For their premium price, the juices they sell should be organic. They must be making money hand over fist! read more

Ashley is SO AWESOME! Of course the juices are good and they keep a nice clean, simple store but customer service is a lost art in this world and Ashley just makes a person feel valued and appreciated. Lauren and Alexis were very helpful in helping me sign up and pick out my juices for this week. My favorite pressed by far!

I love this place! After I take pilates, I walk here to get my juices for the week. The staff is consistently friendly and offers samples to try of seasonal juices. They are very knowledgeable about their products and never push anything on you. When I wanted to do the juice fast for a few days the staff member spent over 10 minutes letting me sample and explaining the juices included. She was patient with all of my questions (I was a total newbie) and answered them all with care and compassion. I love going here after a long workout for a refreshing citrus juice and getting my weeks worth of greens, roots, and fresh amazing ness! HIGHLY recommend! Their juices are top quality and the staff knows what they're talking about! read more

I love Pressed! I've been a handful of times (including today) as a pop by for a few juices and/or a cleanse! I am starting a cleanse tomorrow and I can't stress enough how helpful Semaj was today! I remember when Pressed Juicery was a truck on Pacific Coast Highway, and now it's become this great chain that continues to use really fine ingredients. This is a easy to find and reasonably priced juice shop. For great tasting and very fresh flavor, the pressed juicery is always a dependable source. Great for a quick cleanse or a pick me up refreshment after a work out, the juice served here is formulated to deliver great flavors and consistency. I have been to a few juice shops and the pressed juicery by far surpasses other in value, freshness, and tastes. Service is excellent. I went in very early. In the morning before my work day started and the service rep was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the same feeling I would get going to a good friends kitchen for a fresh juice out of the juicer. Try the package deal or a 1 day cleanse for good value. read more

Good service and it's very clean. Staff is nice and respectful. They are following covid guidelines. Yummmmy drinks

This Pressed Juicery location is one of my favorites. The staff is so nice and always ensures you are well taken care of. During my last visit, one of the workers, Dominic, was very informative and made sure I had a good understanding of each ingredient and its benefits. It is a very clean location as well. Very refreshing when you walk in! I'm always excited to go and get my cleanses. They work magic! The flavors are outstanding & keep getting better and better. I highly recommend this juicery. read more

Just came in today for a juice and maybe a shot. I was greeted by Dominic, he was so helpful and had so much knowledge about each ingredient, he helped me pick which juices were best for me. I ended up going with 4 juices because he informed me of a promotion they currently have going on. Cannot wait to return to the store and look into cleansing with them. 5 star review. Thank you Dominic!!! read more

I went here the 1st time yesterday and felt pretty tired from poor sleep over the weekend so I saw they had a $15 dollar deal, lucky! So, first of all, I told the young woman I never been here before and asked about the deal. I was a bit out of it so she did give me a few eye brow raises when I wasn't listening to her that 2 of their shot selections being out. Sorrryyy. Overall, she was still nice but I found my 1st experience at a Pressed Juicery a bit lack luster and after reading some of the other reviews makes me feel even more left out. I wasn't offered any samples or encouraged to try anything before buying despite admitting I have never been at a Pressed Juicery before. That's why it's 3-stars instead or 4 or 5. I would come again but would just study the menu beforehand instead of relying on customer service. read more

The juices I purchased were very good! The gentleman working was so nice and helpful. I really appreciated his recommendations. I will be definitely be going back to purchase more juices. read more

A great selection of pre-made / packaged juices that are either fruit based or vegetable based (and a couple of options that cross over between the two). You are able to sample any of the juices before purchasing. It's a pretty fun experience talking with the juicer, trying different flavors, and assessing the great flavors. Prices are $6.50 per individual bottle, but they do have specials from time to time. This is a great place to come visit if you are in Westlake. A few things you should be aware of. None of the juice is made locally - this is a storefront only. While they say everything is fresh, there is no way to really determine that. Additionally, there is noting on the bottle that would suggest manufacture or expiry date. Although I've enjoyed every juice from them, for the price paid, I'd expect a bit more transparency around when the product was made. Also, the juices are all on the fancier side. While delicious, sometimes you don't want cayenne pepper or mint in your juice, leaving you with no options. I'd like them to offer at least a few basics, such as fresh orange, apple, tomato, or pineapple juice. Loss of stars is due to the fact that you don't know when it was made and lack of seemly basic juice options. PS, if you are looking for more basic juice options, the new grocery store in the Westlake Promenade has a much greater selection, but on average they are $1 more per bottle than Pressed Juicery. read more

I'm rating for the customer service. They are cool with questions and not pushy. Juices are always good!

I've yet to have a juice here that I didn't like. I even tried the charcoal one, and it was pretty good. My favs are Roots 3 (apple, beet, ginger, lemon,) Citrus 3 (grapefruit, mint,) and Fruits (orange, turmeric, fuji apple, lemon,) and Fruits (apple, ginger, lemon, cayenne.) I also love their alkaline H20, it's unlike any other I've had before, it's kind of thick, if that makes any sense. Sign up for their juice club, I believe after so many purchases you get one for free. I wish there was a Pressed Juicery closer to Ventura. read more

I love Pressed Juicery! I was so excited when I learned they were opening this location, and they didn't disappoint! (...although I wish they offered freeze at this location) Its a small storefront, but well stocked and super clean. The staff greeted me when I entered. I asked about her juice recommendation and the employee offered me a sample - orange with tumeric, fuji apple and lemon. They had a special: 4 juices for $20 and I ended up bringing home a few lemon cayenne waters, the vanilla almond, and the juice she recommended. I'll be back for more next week! read more
