Absolutely AWFUL!!!! The bowl was 1/2 full Doesn't look at ALL like their photo of the item When I questioned it, the employee said it was exactly to guideline measurements and ingredients He offered to add another banana After I looked closely, I noticed the granola was completely missing! So- he added a scoop on top Ugh So frustrating!!! read more

I ordered two Razz Matazz's this last Friday around 1pm, and I was very disappointed in the flavor. The smoothies were incredibly bitter and basically undrinkable. It took a super long time to get my order. The girl who took my order and made it, I think it was Jess? It took almost 15 minutes to get my drinks, when there was only one order before mine. The drinks were not worth the wait. I didn't taste them until I was on the other side of the parking lot in my car. I've ordered from this place before and haven't had an issue, I was really disappointed. read more

I was just in here to pick up a to go order and La Donna was such a delight! She was so nice and gave great customer service! I couldn't believe how fast she was, I just placed the order on the way and they were already done by the time I got there! Just wanted to give her a shout out because great customer service stands out so much to me these days and is a rare gem! read more

Ordered 2 large White Gummi (among other juices all sized small) and I got 2 smoothies that look clearly very different. One was as expected, with a peachish color. The other was green/brown and went straight to the trash. Not sure what happened here. The labels even say "1 Large White Gummi" on each of them. read more

Just sent my son in to the store to pick up an online order. He was in there too long. I went in to see what the hold up was and when I ask my son he says she hasn't asked him what he needs. She's just ignoring him. Leah flat out ignored him, didn't ask what he needed, nothing. I ask Leah, did you not see him or are you ignoring him? Leah mumbles something under her breath. I left. I get it that good help is hard to find but customers will be difficult to come by if this continues read more

Ordered a strawberry surf rider and it just tasted like lemon :( drink wasn't even filled to the top of the cup (like 85% filled)

DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO GET RIPPED OFF! I Paid for a large drink and the guys hands me a large cup with like an inch and a half missing of my drink I asked what give with the short pour and he got all defensive and was rude as hell about it and said that's how he makes it. I told him so I paid for large but get a medium and he said yes and walked away. Avoid!!!!!!!! read more

As long as you go here don't expect them to know how to count or to know how to fill up a cup... Really bad experience when you pay for two drinks and you get less than one but it takes too long for them to figure it out that you don't want to deal with it and you just leave... Too bad I tipped them before I got my order in... Oh well don't go back here if you don't have to... I'm sure there's some other ones that are around that might give you better service read more

I enjoy going to this location but have noticed customer service on Friday mornings is bad. They don't smile at all and act like they don't want to help. The female worker took my order, did not offer me my receipt and threw it away, then left, the male worker finished my order. Went this morning and (Gabe) the young guy helping me had no customer service skills and on top of that he tried to tell me the coupon I had was for online only so I zoomed in so he could see where it said "in store" then he asked to see it another 3 times. Can someone buy this guy some glasses and customer service skills. read more

The guys working here are very unprofessional and condescending, I always have a good experience at other locations but this one suck! So I always get the large and in other locations I get a large but in this locations they give a large cup but there is an inch missing of smoothie. I ask the guy and he says that how they do it in a very rude way. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!! read more

I have been going to Jamba Juice since high school. It has always been a "go-to" for me when I am on the run and need a quick smoothie after my workout. I usually get a peanut butter mood with added Whey Protein. The best part in going to this location is having Erika take care of you. Thank god people like her exist. Her customer service skills were phenomenal. She was very patient and thorough when explaining what is in each drink which I sincerely appreciated since I am sensitive to certain ingredients. Very friendly staff overall, this is the place to go. Make sure to ask for Erika, she rocks! read more

I love coming in and ordering a smoothie and being greeted by Charlie, the sweet employee who is always there most mornings. He is amazing with my child and always has our smoothies out so fast. I was a fan of the Peanut Butter Moo'd but now I'm enjoying PB Chocolate Love. Charlie recommended substituting the chocolate base for coffee and it has caused me to skip my Starbucks run altogether. Love the curbside delivery too! Extra amazing for morning breakfast runs when I'm too lazy to change out of my pajamas...or road trips when pressed for time. read more

Excellent customer service at this Jamba Juice location!! All three employees were very friendly, seemed to get along with each other very well and treated me awesome! I bought my Jamba Juice gift card so that I could get a free smoothie! The protein berry workout with soy is my favorite; try it! read more

Jomamba Juice is trying to change things around. They've severely simplified the menu but still have some of the classic smoothies like Strawberries Wild and Banana Berry and added on some more breakfasty type items like granola mixed in. Have you had the new Chunky Strawberry? It's frickin awesome! It's a thick smoothie with granola topped with sliced banana that you eat with a spoon. This place is hoppin around lunch time so be prepared for loud music, teenagers everywhere and a crowded parking lot. The workers however are quick and amiable. Another thing I like is that they list the calories for everything. read more

Usually I get great service; however, today I was exposed to two employees complaining about their day to day jobs and Jamba Juice in general. One was named Gabe and the other was a female who was in the back. I will continue to visit Jamba Juice but not at this location. read more

I've been a regular customer of this particular Jamba Juice for the last few years, and have never had a bad experience. (Aside from once dumping a full Jamba smoothie inside my truck ...which was my own fault ....not a pretty sight! lol) There's nothing like a cold and creamy Orange Dream Machine (with free Energy Boost) after doing yardwork on a hot , summer day! Cheers! read more

I love Jamba Juice, but this one was sad. We ordered two tomato twists and both came out extremely burnt. We would've had them replace them, but they were the last two. The got my girlfriend's smoothie right, but they forgot to add my 3 shots, and then had to remake it. They didn't give me the excess that didn't fit in the large cup, which majority of other Jamba Juices have done for me by default. Love the food and brand, but I wish this location expressed more care. read more

Gen was super nice and friendly. She made my drink perfectly. Will definitely come back here again. :)

Great alternative to a milkshake.........but the sugar/calories can add up here, too. Caribbean Passion is my favorite.........strawberry, mango, orange sherbet, and peaches.........LOVE the combination of flavors. Mmmm. GREAT on a hot day. read more

I don't visit Jamba Juice as much as I used to, but they always do a good job. But the past two times I have gone in, they took awhile to make my smoothie. I was the only customer in the place, and it took 3 workers about 5 minutes to even start my drink. Really? Other than that, my smoothies have been the standard greatness. I tend to go for the Aloha Pineapple, or the Orange Dream Machine. I do like to treat myself to some of the off-the-menu drinks (pink star, white/red gummy bear, there are a couple others) every once in a while. Other than that, all the Jamba's seem to be the same :) Enjoy. read more

I really enjoy visiting this Jamba because they always have a good attitude and give the extra they make
