Terrible service. Came in, no one was in line, I waited three minutes to place my order while the staff socialized with each other. They seemed more concerned with their conversation than assisting customers. The girl behind the register was so distracted with her coworkers she forgot to put in her pretzels. Our juices were ready and we had to wait for the pretzels. There needs to be adult supervision, only children working. read more

I love this jamba juice in particular. The employees are friendly and patient and blend those drinks FAST! Jillian is one of the great ones.. I probably go here almost everyday and I always get the same thing... Pomegranate pick-me-up. Delicious every time! Around 2-4pm it gets very busy since school gets out. But the employees still manage to work quickly and make the drinks to your preference. The Newbury Park store is my favorite one... The only time I went to the thousand oaks jamba juice they employes were rude and my drink was way too sour. The camarillo store was ok... a little slow.. But the Newbury park one gets it right EVERY TIME! read more

I decided to stop by this Jamba Juice after shopping at The Home Depot........bad idea. The customer service was terrible. I asked what was in the one of the drinks that I was interested in and his 'not interested/bothered' reply was, "Uh, I don't know, actually. Anyways, how can I help you?" I used to like this Jamba a LOT more before the management changed. Now the employees just don't seem that into it. And the manager Ally doesn't treat them well. I have heard her criticizing them in front of customers -- and that's just not right! The smoothies are as good as always -- but I don't feel so comfortable going in here anymore cause it's just such a downer sometimes. If Ally isn't there it's ok -- but I get the feeling that the employees just don't like working here anymore. Such a shame. read more

I went in at 2:00pm on a recent Wednesday and the staff wad horribly slow! It took over 10 minutes to get my drink and there were 9 people waiting when I left. Unacceptable when you want to get a quick snack. Got the Acai Power drink. Took what seemed like eternity. Management needs to hire better people. read more

Let me start by saying I love Jamba Juice, and I use the app to order. Anyways, I was just there about 5 minutes ago and I must have waited a good 7 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I did what I was instructed to do, which is after you order o the app and get to the store go to the pick up window and collect your already made drink. So I went to the pick up table and the woman there was making smoothies and looked up at me multiple times but didn't ask anything and every time I tried to tell her I was there for my drink I ordered online she would walk away, (maybe because she couldn't hear me because of the blenders... I don't know) anyways I guess I am just annoyed at the lack of customer service. I am not sure if its because she thought I was just standing there waiting for my drink as if I had walked in and ordered my drink but to not even ask anything or make any type of attempt to find out I was there to pick up my drink I had ordered online was a bit annoying. When I finally got her attention and told her I was there to pick up my online order she didn't even look at me, got my drink from the cooler and and handed it to me and said, "here, have a nice day." without making any eye contact. The only reason I am making this review is because this has now happened the last three times I have ordered off the app. I do that so I am not late to work because I am never sure how busy it is going to be on a week day morning. I have been to Jamba Juices all over the place (because I am a creature of habit) and I must say this one is underwhelming and lacks common courtesy. read more

I go into Jamba Juice about 5 days a week during my lunch break or in the early mornings for oatmeal and a smoothie. I usually get helped by either Benjamin or Matthew. They both always blow me away with fast service a good product and are always smiling and happy to help. I always trust them to recommend something new for me. I normally love this Jamba Juice but a few days ago I ordered a spinach and cheese breakfast burrito, and when I got it the inside was completely frozen even though it had supposedly been cooked. When I asked the worker to reheat it, she acted like it wasn't important and only put it back in for less than a minute without any apologies. When I got it back, it was still mostly frozen inside so I threw it out. Although the drinks are good, Starbucks has much better breakfast sandwich and burrito options. read more

Today I came into Jamba Juice and normally my son goes in for me after my chemo therapy appointment but today I felt well enough to go in myself. Ben helped me out and really urged me to try a orange c boater for after chemo. It tasted excellent and didn't taste metallic like most things do. they were allvery energetic and made me feel welcomed. During my visit I needed to sit down so Thomas helped me get up to one of the stools with a table while he was making my drink. Ben asked me some questions about my day, he noticed my pump and talked about my chemo. He ended telling me about how he lost his mother to cancer a few short months ago. He is a strong and vibrant young man His co workers Kelsey and Thomas both were very interactive in helping him and myself. Ben had them put a second cup over my drink so the cold wouldn't get to my hands while holding the drink. Kelsey carried my drink out to my car and made sure I got in my car with my drink. amazing staff. And friendly people read more

honestly this is probably one of the worst jamba juices i've ever been too. my drink wasn't even a smoothie and i feel as though they just took one of their drinks they made before and put it into a new cup. very disappointed. will not be coming back. 'Had a terrible experience this morning. I ordered two medium drinks, they made one small and one medium. When I told the girl who made them, this guy, Jordan, jumps in and runs over the to cash register (I guess to see what I paid) and says, "I'll need to charge you for the difference." There was no "i'm sorry, let me fix that for you." It was almost rude. I said something to him like "really?" and he says, "it was a miscommunication. You'll need to pay the difference." I'm thinking "you guys just wasted my time and I have a kid to get to school on time; and are margins this bad that HQ is making managers into idiots? But Jordan insisted and was already at the register ringing it up, saying, "Do you want to put in your phone number? That will be $0.80." So now I'm plugging in my phone number again and pulling out my credit card and thinking he's treating me like I just tried to steal something and where is the girl who took my order? She should be handling this, but she's gone to hide in the corner. What a bad example he's setting for the staff. I'll take my son down the street to the new smoothies place, it's closer to the school anyway. Who needs bad service and a hassle at 7:30 in the morning? I told Jordon on the way out "Shame on you.
