I would like commend this Dunkin' for the service that we got. We ordered a frozen chocolate and received it incorrect. I took it back up to the counter and received a very nice how can I help you from Harley a young man that was very helpful with the correction of our drink. No questions asked. He did explain that the sticker that comes out is a frozen hot chocolate and sometimes it is watery. He jumped on making me another one but correctly. Harley needs a promotion and a raise because you don't get that from most young adults in the fast food industry. I also want to say the the whole store was a great big team working together and they all knew how to step up when needed. read more

Total disappointment... Stopped in around 8:30 or so last night, and were told they were basically sold out of everything except coconut. I know, I was shocked too. So that tells me something very important, their donuts are not fresh, and that they are shipped in. From where, who knows. Ummmm...no thank you. So now I'm assuming if you get there after the morning donut and coffee rush, you get leftovers like coconut. To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts to begin with, but I won't pass one up if that's all there is. We got a small vanilla bean drink, a caramel Craze drink and 3 doughnuts. I will say, it's just gross. The doughnuts are overly sweet, the maple long john has so much of the maple glazing on it it feels like frosting on a cake. The caramel craze tastes like there is no sugar at all, and the vanilla bean, tastes like straight sugar. Won't be back! I'll stick with Starbucks and my local doughnut shop. read more

I go to this location 2 or 3 times a week. They used to be good but are horrible now. No donuts or a very limited selection after 3pm. They were closed last night at 5:30 when I tryed to get coffee. You order at the drive thru but when you get to the window they tell you they are out of your item & are rude about it, like it's somehow your fault. It's close to Halloween so it's time for my Satan story. I came here awhile back and ordered a coffee drink and a bagel with creme cheese and my total of as 6.66. I said "oh that's not good" when I pulled up to the window the girl working said she applied a senior discount because of the total (so my total was no longer a bad omen). My first experience at a Dunkin Donuts was in the east coast and I couldn't be happier that it's now here in my city. The coffee and donuts are always on point and if something happens to go wrong I love how the staff is willing to go above and beyond. Gotta shout out Joel, Julian, and Joel. This place has TERRIBLE service! They took so long to assist me in placing my order I just decided to use the kiosk. I ordered two coffees from here the first one was a iced original cappuccino with hazelnut , the other one was nutty pumpkin and both coffees tasted like water and didn't look refreshing at all. When they last gave us our coffees the straw was broken so I asked for a new one and the worker asked her fellow co-worker form the back who was eating donuts to get me a straw when she was closed to the counter. My first time ever at Dunkin Donuts. I had a gift card and some coupons that i saw in a magazine. The experience didn't start off too great, no one greeted us and no one had smiles on their faces. Also, i don't know much about Dunkin donuts but they had very basic donuts, nothing that looked good. I asked the cashier if i could use two coupons in one transaction or if my mom and i had to pay separately. She said she was 'pretty sure it was separate'... i thought she would go ask but we just stood there. I used the coupon for a .99 coffee with the order of a donut. I got a chocolate glazed donut and an iced dark roast coffee. Handed her my gift card to which she charged $5... i said did you use the coupon i gave you. She responded, 'oh did you want to use the coupon?' Wtf! Yes! We were just talking about the coupon for five minutes. It was clear this annoyed her and I'm sure she assumed it was my fault. After she got the manager to input the order the correct way and give me a refund. She took my moms order and we waited. My mom received her donut and i received my coffee, we were both waiting for our other item for a few minutes. I finally asked the cashier if someone was going to grab my donut and she says 'i do.' ... uhm ... can i get my donut then? We wait. Few more minutes finally my mom is asked by an employee if she can be helped. She said she was waiting for her cappuccino.. he said there were no orders up and had to look back. Just left here, opted for the drive thru because I was lazy and didn't want to get out the car. There were about 3 cars in front me. They took the order quickly , the line moved relatively fast . I just ordered 10 doughnut holes :powdered and glazed nothing too fancy . Got to the window, the staff was nice and friendly. The doughnuts were okay, i sorta tasted a little bit of an after taste on them. The powdered ones were completely covered in powder which was good but some of the glazed ones didn't have too much glaze on the doughnuts ,but overall minus the random after taste my experience was good. I have visited this store on a few occasions now and each time they are limited in the selection of doughnuts. So, I guess you have to get there early morning for more variety. I had a free $5 promo, which is the only reason I visited Dunkin. My past few experiences have been just barely okay, meaning the coffee drinks were acceptable, but the donuts are not my type of donuts. I don't know why I just didn't use the free $5 on my iced latte today. WHY did I feel the need to get two breakfast sandwiches that ended up being rubbery among other strange textures: the bagel, english muffin, egg, meat--all unusual. The three of us (very hungry, by the way) took a few bites and were done. Even my cat wouldn't eat the egg. This is not the best place to experience DD. During my travels, I remember DD tastes better and overall experience... better than coming to this spot. I believe this DD needs a sink either on the side or behind the front counter top. Extra drinks left over from orders were dumped into the drain on the ground. Hope DD can take a look at the flow of the stations and improve by adding a sink b/c it looks pretty bad just spilling excess liquid into drain on the ground level while bending over or crouched down with customer's cup in hand. If I could give zero stars, I would!!! Horrible experience today. First let me start by saying service is absolutely a fail. These kids hate their job, and look miserable. No greeting, didn't even know who was available to help me order. The girls never made eye contact, when I asked for help, they couldn't even look at me to respond. As I was ordering I noticed there were a couple flies inside the display case. When I brought it to the girls attention, she responded "yeah that's normal, we just need to spray". No point ordering ahead here! Placed an early morning pick up order on the app. When I got there, they had a sign at the front doors that it's drive thru only. Hop back in my car and they tell me they don't have my order. Showed them my app with the order, but the manager repeatedly insists to the worker they don't have my order! Horrible experience this morning. Had my order interrupted mid sentence by Wendy the manager who was having a meltdown over a 30 sandwich order. Proceeded to tell everyone on their way to their respective jobs that it would be 30 minutes for hot food. The nice guy taking the order explained the situation and stayed calm about the 30 sandwiches and then she beamed in on the middle of me ordering after I asked if bagel bites would also take 30 minutes. The young guy apologized profusely on her behalf. Wendy clearly couldn't keep it together as I got to the window and she yelled at the staff to hand her drink trays. Disgusting as fuck! Snackin bacon was like 3 pieces and burnt as fuck. The hash browns were burnt as well, I put one in my mouth and immediately spit it out. The taste was so odd, I can't even describe it but I know what a hash brown should taste like and that's not it. As someone who has been to many Dunkin' Donuts all over the country, I'd say this location is just average. The interior is beautiful and well kept with lots of seating options. The donut display is always full and the coffee is delicious. (The real reason you go to any DD is for the coffee, not the donuts anyways.) However we've been to this location twice and both times had issues with our orders. We paid for 2 orders of hash browns and both times received only 1. While they were quick to resolve the problem, it is a bit annoying to have the same problem happen multiple times. The staff seem to be working out kinks with ordering and also filling the orders. Hopefully they get the kinks out soon. read more

CHECK YOUR CARD!! (Edited): The name of the receipt was Ayanna but it was brought to my attention that Ayanna was NOT the one who did this. But this review is for Ayanna. I don't know if this is her first job so I'll be nice. Drove back 2 times to get my card back. I'll take accountability for not checking that my card was returned to me in the drive thru. When I realized I didn't have my card (10 minutes later) I called them. They said the name of the card and confirmed that it was there. My card is a pretty distinct card. So like any rational person, I thought they would hold my card until I got there. I go through the drive thru again to get my card and Ayanna says, "OMG I lost your card. I swear it was right here. Do you want a free drink?!" NO AYANNA I DONT WANT A FREE DRINK, I WANT MY CARD BACK. I'm pissed at this point. I leave to cool down because I'm LIVID. I get home to call and cancel my card with my bank. I take a quick look at my card statement & what do you know?! MY CARD WAS SWIPED TWICE!! Brace yourself people... it was swiped twice at dunkin! My transaction was $6 and the card was swiped twice for $15. So much for cooling down LOL I call them again. They said, "oh yeah, my coworker lost your card but we found it! It's here!" I let her know the card was swiped twice. I go inside this time and Ayanna comes up with my card saying she refunded me for the one transaction that was accidentally swiped. I corrected her and said the card was swiped TWICE. She said "oh! I didn't know". YOU WERE WORKING DRIVE THRU. HOW DID YOU NOT KNOW?! I saw she was young and "apologetic" so I told her to be careful. So here's what I noticed. The first time I went back in the drive thru, the car in front me handed their card to the girl for their payment. When she returned their card, they gave the card back. When I went, there were two flies landing and doing their business on the glazed doughnut holes. I told the cashier who replied, "Oh yeah, there are a lot of flies recently", without batting an eye. As a customer, I would like to have seen the cashier throw away the fly-touched doughnut holes, because as a person who also works in the food industry, I feel that that would have been the most sanitary thing to do. Loved our strawberry and vanilla sprinkles donuts along with our maple and Boston creme donuts. This place is cute inside with Christmas tree, poinsettia, and snowflake decors. While my car was in the local shop for tire repairs, I stumbled upon this Dunkin' who were extra accommodating. Especially when I had a mini study session with my students via online. While at Dunkin', I enjoyed their Green tea and Omelette Bites (2x). There a nice ambience of Holiday meal while I work and study. They had a plentiful of charging ports and free wi-fi.
