Store is clean and employees are professional and helpful and NEVER complain about having to make decaf hot coffee in the middle of the day when it's 103 outside. Terrible customer service. A Mexican guy is the manager. My bagel is sitting on the counter for 10 minutes no one is telling me my order is ready, I don't know if I was supposed to touch all the bags to find my order or not, I don't like anybody touching my bag. Finally he comes and gives me my bagel and as I am walking out I noticed there is no knife inside the bag to spread my cream cheese . Was I supposed to spread it with my nail! Literally my favorite Location to go to. To start with, the Manager is amazing, his vibes are always great and he always provides great customer service. What is going on here? Came in today to order 2 drinks, 2 sandwiches and 2 donuts. Placed the order just fine, it was even repeated to me and I agreed. Get to the window and the cashier only hands me one drink. She claimed I only ordered one drink. I wasn't going to argue so asked to purchase the one I was missing at the window, the cashier said no, we needed to go around again. Again, I didn't argue but when I turned the corner out of the drive through the cars were wrapped around the building. I decided to park and go in. Inside, was a mess full of people asking for refunds on nasty drinks or messed up orders. I wasn't shocked considering my own order was messed up to. After 10 minutes I get my drink I'm missing, go to car and drive off. I picked up the first drink that was handed to me in the drive through and noticed it felt light which was odd considering I hadn't touched it. To my surprise they served me a pumpkin spice drink that was HALF Full! This place is a joke. The drive through Cashiers are also wearing AirPods while taking orders. So this is literally the best Dunkin's around. I come here all the time, and when I went to the one in Upland and the one in Santa Monica, I was confused as to why the drinks and food I got wasn't as good. First off, there is this girl Onnie that's at the drive-thru that is amazing! I met her one super early morning. It had to be 5:30am, and she had me laughing so I always look forward to seeing her. She remembers me and my order whenever I come through too. I usually get a medium ice coffee with either unsweetened Coconut, Almond, or Blueberry syrup. I didn't think I'd like blueberry-but it's really good! I also always get the snackin' bacon and they make it perfectly here! it's crispy but not burnt and the toppings stick to it, and it's so good! I ordered this at another location and it came out mushy like a pile of grease and all of the toppings came off with the grease. It was so gross, so I only get it here now! I also always get the egg and cheese wake-up wraps and at this location they're really good at dividing the egg and cheese evenly and not over cooking it. Again at another location I ordered this and the cheese came out burnt and one had the entire egg yolk, and the other had just egg white.... So I really appreciate this location and glad it's the one that's closest to me! read more

I would like commend this Dunkin' for the service that we got. We ordered a frozen chocolate and received it incorrect. I took it back up to the counter and received a very nice how can I help you from Harley a young man that was very helpful with the correction of our drink. No questions asked. He did explain that the sticker that comes out is a frozen hot chocolate and sometimes it is watery. He jumped on making me another one but correctly. Harley needs a promotion and a raise because you don't get that from most young adults in the fast food industry. I also want to say the the whole store was a great big team working together and they all knew how to step up when needed. read more

Total disappointment... Stopped in around 8:30 or so last night, and were told they were basically sold out of everything except coconut. I know, I was shocked too. So that tells me something very important, their donuts are not fresh, and that they are shipped in. From where, who knows. Ummmm...no thank you. So now I'm assuming if you get there after the morning donut and coffee rush, you get leftovers like coconut. To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts to begin with, but I won't pass one up if that's all there is. We got a small vanilla bean drink, a caramel Craze drink and 3 doughnuts. I will say, it's just gross. The doughnuts are overly sweet, the maple long john has so much of the maple glazing on it it feels like frosting on a cake. The caramel craze tastes like there is no sugar at all, and the vanilla bean, tastes like straight sugar. Won't be back! I'll stick with Starbucks and my local doughnut shop. read more
