If i could rate this place -0 stars i would. The same older lady is rude as hell. Gives attitude when u ask a simple questions about their overpriced coffees & then not only that, u get below mid coffee doesnt even taste like coffee btw & it tastes like it'd give u diarrhea from the first sip. Their donuts are not always fresh most of the time theyre left over. Their customer service is hit or miss but as of these last 4 visits my partner & i had, its been a MISS. Located off Sierra Ave in the Vons shopping Center, this Donut shop unfortunately earns only a 2 star review from me. We visited on 1/25/22 in the afternoon and purchased a half dozen donuts and donut holes. You can tell a fresh donut with its softness, almost pillowy texture and these donuts were no way close to that. So disappointing! The other issue I had here was the fact they charge you $1.00 to put your donuts in a box and there was no communication about this from their employee until I asked why our total was almost $10. You would think he would tell me first- but no it didn't happen and he only pointed to a small sign in their store after boxing our order. 6:00 AM, the alarm clock goes off. It's Monday. Another dreadful week filled with work and family obligations. Another week of having to walk the dog, participate in boring meetings where I'm just a spectator, conversations with the boss about how I didn't meet expectations, and eat the same boring dinner. I was ready to give up and it was only Monday. I didn't have the energy to keep going for the week. It's the same meticulous routine day in and day out, ever since quarantine started. Being stuck in the house all day has taken such a incredible toll on my mental. But that all changed when I entered Yummy's donuts for the first time. The ambience was immaculate. The donuts spectacular. I personally loved the Simpsons themed artwork on the wall. The whole place was filled with such interested artwork and donut related puns. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant with a side of their delicious green Thai iced tea. With one bite of the croissant, I was in heaven. All of my tastebuds were jolted with the delicious tastes of the ham and cheese, along with the flaky crust. With my parched taste buds, I needed a drink. And the green Thai iced tea came in clutch. It was delicious, as it was advertised, and I was amazed. My jaw dropped and I couldn't describe how I felt. Instantly, from just a small stop at this local donut shop, my week was rejuvenated and I was energized for the week. If you haven't been here, I highly recommend it. With this small stop, I found my drive and passion for my career again. And for that, I can never thank Yummy's donuts enough. read more

I'm really disappointed in the service. I placed an order for 2 dozen donuts for a classroom. I asked very specifically for cereal or sprinkle toppings only NO nuts because it's for a classroom. I let them know I would like to pick them up in the late afternoon and the woman taking my order said no problem. I get a phone call the day I'm suppose to pick them up and she asked me to come early like 3 hours earlier than planned because "she sold out" of donuts and wants to sell the ones I ordered. I leave work EARLY because i promised a classroom of children donuts. I get there, she's not there AND it's NOT what I ordered. There's jelly filled ones, nuts, and only like 4 cereal topping ones! My daughters are big fans of yummy donuts so I come here at least twice a week to get it for them. The donuts here are one of their favorites - it is mine as well! The people here are nice and friendly. They are quick to serve you once you walk into the store. I usually can walk in and out with half a dozen donuts within minutes ($4.99 for half a dozen, with a 50 cents convenience fee for using a credit card or atm card). The donuts are so fresh and stays delicious until the next day as well. I've never tried anything else there besides the donuts so I cannot review the other items they serve there. Stopped by to kill sometime before dropping my kids off at school. We were the only customers inside but still felt as though we were being rushed. The woman behind the counter asked us more than once if we were ready. Clearly we weren't--we were still taking a look and discussing what we would be ordering. After paying I asked if I could use the restroom and the woman said their was no restroom. There had to be a restroom, assuming it was for whatever reason closed to the public. Unfortunate, but not totally unheard of. Decided to get started on our donuts and noticed the seating tables were stacked inside and out. There were tables available for seating but were essentially blocked off so they could not be used. Similar to the restrooms, the seating area was closed to paying customers as well. I went this morning to get a 2 dozen donuts, croissant , and a few more donuts for the house. I was then told since I got the 2 dozen that I could not purchase more of the donuts i already had, and I should have called the order in. This donut shop is probably one of the most inviting places i have ever been to! I come here every so often to get a box for my family.Even though Taylor Maid donuts is closer to me I like going the extra mile (literally).its always very neat and clean when I walk in and there is always a variety of fresh baked donuts and other pastries.I really enjoy their ham,cheese,and jalapeño croissant and their orange glaze donuts.On the weekend they serve specialty donuts which include (but are not limited to) Oreo,fruity pebbles,and bacon (yes bacon!) which is pretty great considering a lot of donut shops around here seem to get creative with their donuts.
