This is the type of coffee shop that doesn't have nice pics but surprises you... when we were going there I was like ooook and asked the cashier to recommend us her favorite donut and sandwich and she gave us their traditional donut and a steak sandwich, both of them were very very very good. The place is quite but they don't have were to sit, I really liked it read more

Super friendly & kind staff. We visited Valentines morning for a box for work & they were almost sold out with how good their donuts are. We got a dozen assorted of whatever they had left & also got freshly brewed Thai tea. It's an amazing hole in the wall that's been in the community since 1992. Love this place & are so grateful they're close by to revisit. read more

This was the worst service I ever had! The lady with the tattoos and glasses has the worst attitude every time I go and i'm over it. Everyone else is so friendly nice she is unfriendly and doesn't like her job bc we were stand there for 5 minutes waiting for help while she slamming all the donut trays. I decided to bring my aunt here from mexico bc I love this place and the lady was completely rude to her even slammed the machine to pay. Inside is nice, clean, and quiet. The food and the sandwiches are great, but the coffee is way way too sweet and watered down. It tastes like it was made from powder creamer, powder coffee, and just a powdery, overwhelmingly sweet drink. Got a sandwich and a coffee and it came out to $15, but the coffee was pretty small to be worth all that and still not taste good. read more

I've ordered donuts, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches from Bridge City through DoorDash, and I've never been disappointed! The donuts always taste fresh, and their coffee is surprisingly very good for a donut shop (plus it comes in reusable merch cups). 4.5* Recently found out about this place because of their social media presence. Never knew they existed even though they have been in business for 33 years according to their boxes. Usually, I get my donuts from a chain shop because local mom and pop shops have been a let down. I decided to try this place because I was close by. They are open limited hours and it seems like they make a limited quantity and you get what you get. With that in mind when I arrived they had limited quantities. I got a half dozen just to try out the selection. The donuts were very soft and pillowy. They tasted fresh and not oily at all. I also asked for a ham and cheese. I was told they had ran out, but they still had croissants left and they'd make me an impromptu one if I was willing to wait a few minutes. The croissant itself was very buttery and flaky. The ham and cheese were fine. Normal deli slices you'd find at your local supermarket. The interior of the shop wasn't very appealing. It is very dated and can be a bit off putting based on looks alone. Please don't judge it before tasting the donuts. Everyone behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming. They also sell sandwiches. Maybe during my next visit I'll give them a try. This is a local small business worth trying. read more

We have been to this location a few times. The customer service is great each time we have gone. We ordered a dozen of assorted donuts and the ones I had were delicious. I specifically come back for the breakfast croissants! Super tasty and has made me a regular lol the mocha was a bit strong for me (I don't drink much coffee) I like mine on the more sugary side lol but it was not bad. Donuts were very fresh but it does get packed and sometimes they are limited on what donuts they have depending on the time you go. Which makes sense because sometimes they are super busy l. It is a cute little shop with nice decor on the walls with some sayings. I would definitely recommend trying this don't shop if you're in the area. read more

I do like the doughnuts from this place but they have a newer carry out box that is covered in a wax coating that advertises their business. This box sucks. It makes the day old doughnuts seem like they are melting the frosting off the doughnuts and making the bread soft like sticky. This never happened to my day old doughnuts in the old pink or white boxes. I'm gonna have to look for a new doughnut place that still uses the old pink or white boxes that are not covered in a wax advertisement. read more

I was told they keep it in a separate dough hopper to avoid cross contamination, which is great, but it also means they won't make just one or two. It's a half dozen minimum, and it takes about 20 minutes since they're made fresh and separately from the regular batch. Once mine came out, they were warm and satisfying, not quite as fluffy as the regular donuts, but still a solid treat. Most of the coatings and toppings are vegan too, just skip anything with Nutella or a dairy based coating, so you've still got plenty of options to customize. A couple of flavors I went with were cinnamon sugar and a maple glaze with walnuts and enjoyed both. On a less positive note, they have a claw machine game near the entrance that took my money and never actually worked properly. I tried to find someone on site to help, but no one seemed to be able to do anything about it, and I've had a hard time getting a hold of anyone since to get it resolved. If you're going to have one of these machines in your store, someone should be able to actually help when it eats a customer's money. Staff at the counter were friendly and made sure to double check which toppings were vegan. Just know before you go, call ahead to confirm the location carries vegan batter that day, and be ready to commit to a six donut minimum and a short wait. 4 out of 5. Donuts were good, but the claw machine situation knocked off a star.

Bridge City Donuts isn't just a shop; it's a culinary journey that elevates the humble donut and sandwich to a whole new level of deliciousness. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted by the irresistible aroma of freshly baked treats and the warm smiles of the staff. Let's start with the donuts - they're simply divine. Each one is a work of art, handcrafted with precision and passion. Whether you're craving a classic glazed or something more adventurous like their maple bacon masterpiece, every bite is a symphony of flavors that dance on your taste buds. And then there are the sandwiches. Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? Each sandwich is a masterpiece of culinary craftsmanship. Fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted croissant, and generous portions make every bite a moment of pure bliss. But what truly sets Bridge City Donuts apart is the atmosphere. It's cozy yet vibrant, with funky decor and upbeat music that instantly lifts your spirits. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite on your lunch break or lingering over a cup of coffee with friends, it's the kind of place where you feel right at home. In a city filled with dining options, Bridge City Donuts shines like a beacon of culinary excellence. If you haven't already experienced the magic of their donuts and sandwiches, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. Trust me, you'll be counting down the minutes until your next visit! read more

Bridge City Donuts have a variety of delicious tasty donuts. I had one of their special custom donut called cronuts. It is a blend of a donut and croissant mixture. You can have any special filling and topping with it and it's Bomb!!! Plus they sell croissant sandwiches, for breakfast and lunch. They don't hold back on the portions and their bacon bits are extra crispy. I highly recommend this neighborhood shop. It hits the spot! read more

Amazing bagels! This place has such a great selection, from specialty Tea to a wide variety of fresh bagels. Everything looks fresh, colorful, and well put together. The setup and design of the shop is really nice too -- clean, inviting, and easy to browse. You can tell they put a lot of care into the details. Definitely a great spot to stop by, and I highly recommend it! read more

Checked out the spot today for the first time. It is definitely a hidden gem. I love that they have more than just donuts. They have juices, smoothies and sandwiches and something called a Cronut. Which is a donut made out of croissant bread. They even fill it up with different toppings and jellies. So good! Highly recommend the spot. read more
