Worst service iv ever had at a yum yum donut in the morning The store was dirty the workers were moving fast not paying attention to who's in line first started feeling like you want to start pushing and yelling IM NEXT! no line! My server Dinora decided to sell me a frozen sesame bagel. I was wondering why she went out of her way to go to the back and come back with a Bagel. I actually asked her if it was fresh baked and she agreed. Another strange thing that she did was she sealed the bag with scotch tape. Once I got home I opened the bag and to my amazement the Bagel was frozen solid. Now did I miss something here. Since when customer are serve a frozen Bagel instead of a fresh one. Well not only am I Yelping yum yum donuts and thank God her name is on the receipt but am also sending their corporate office a copy of this yelp and mailing them the who knows how many days old bagel. Maybe they can enlighten me about this weird and disgusting experience. I can actually say that Winco supermarket sells one of the best sesame bagels. The only reason why we keep coming back is because it's convenient to where we live but today was the last day I came to get a bagel with cream cheese and I told the guy I think his name is Edgar to double side cream cheese. I would pop in sometimes for the fresh juice. either carrot, pineapple etc or the green one lol not sure what exactly is in it, spinach, pineapple. it's good. This time a co-worker and i were early for a meeting and we went to grab breakfast. we were throwing ideas around, McDonalds, Bakers, the usual when my co-worker suggested YumYum. i had never been other than juice and donuts but she said they had good breakfast so we went. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Some Yum Yum places will let you call in an order, especially when it's a big one. This location doesn't understand the concept at all. Had two children that needed to go to the bathroom and refused to let them use theirs. They keep it locked even from customers. While I'm in the car with the kids my wife asked for a large Coke. The guy almost started filling the cup with coffee. The lady answered in English her questions about the bathroom. So we know she understands. I sipped the drink & discovered that there's no carbonation so I go back in a bit upset. The lady acted like she didn't understand a thing I said so I insisted on getting a refund. The soda machine is no good. I don't want a different flavor with same issue. The two of them speak in Spanish. She complains and says "no sabe nada" and other rude things in Spanish. Yes, I speak Spanish too, and she speaks English. Don't talk about your customers like that. We have much better experience at the Yum Yum location on Mill and the 215 FWY in San Bernardino. read more

Some of the best donuts in rialto. The place is clean and always has fresh donuts. I come here every other Sunday with my father in law and occasionally during the week to get my daughters class mini donuts! They are so cute and perfect for little hands. I love the tortas and bagel breakfast sandwiches too. I tried the fresh OJ once and that was really good too. For the last two years I have come here to get donuts for my husband's birthday "cake" because the mini donuts and donut holes and the giant glaze donuts are perfect for decorating and filing gaps in the stacking. What happened to Yum Yum in Rialto? I haven't been here in about 5 years and should have stayed away. We went in and we were so happy because they had a lot of donuts. We were greeted with a blank stare and MUCH ATTITUDE!!! but there was no "hello, how can I help you?" This lady that was helping us stared at us with one hand on her hip while she waited for me to tell her my order. She came from the back with NO gloves and her mask ONLY covered her mouth.
