I haven't had Jersey Mikes in a minute but it was fire. I don't know if it's because it's so hot or because I haven't had it in a while but I truly enjoyed it. I ordered the Club Sub. It comes with Turkey, Ham, Provolone, and Bacon. I don't get it the Jersey way because it's way to soggy and oily for me. But I get pretty much everything still. The meat was sliced fresh, the bread was soft, and it was just refreshing. The service was great. For the most part the order was correct but one of the other sandwiches was wrong. However, they rectified it. The ambiance is casual and has a deli feel. They offer a few craft soda options and they have outdoor dining. read more

I would like to give one star. I ordered a regular tuna fish sandwich and seen they had avocado. I asked for avocado and instead of slicing it on the sandwich. They spread it across like smeared it only, no slices and charged $3.45 and also charged $2.25 for the provolone cheese. I got the combo and total for one person was $22.07. Ridiculous prices. Will not be back unless there's some combo special that's way cheaper. read more

Used to be a bi-weekly to weekly visit for amounts between 30-100$ Was one of their first customers. Now lucky if I can get there monthly. Sad but staff are not consistent. Topping and quality of sandwiches have gone down. When asking for a big kahuna with no jalapeño, loaded with double. Not good. Tonight wasn't the first time, I have walked in that computers are down. Can only take online order and they are behind so going to be a while. The attitude telling me not to bother. So left. I already drive 20 minutes to get to you. Bread is a little on the rough side, doesn't have that nice soft texture a lot of fresh quality breads have, the roast beef and condiments inside the sandwich were pretty fresh. So I ran out for my quick little work lunch already risking traffic and my precious 30 minutes of freedom and Jersey Mike's really said let's ruin her day. I ordered the #8 Club Sub for my coworker, which already comes with bacon, and the worker asked if I wanted avocado or bacon. Huh?? I even said, "It already comes with bacon," and she just... didn't acknowledge it. Like talking to a wall. We come here occasionally. Their sandwiches are decent but their cost could creep up if you're not careful. It is fairly quiet at this location and not a lot of foot traffic even on lunch hours. We of course will keep coming back when we feel the need for sandwiches as we come here over subway. read more

I can always count on Jersey Mike's in any city to have quality fresh food. The staff and ambience is always a different story. This place had loud music and not the toe tapping kind. The girl taking my order could not hear me nor could I hear her and I commented that I could not hear because of the loud. That should be a sign to turn the music down. I wasn't going to try and yell over the music so my friend placed my order. It was too hot to sit outside, so unfortunately, I had to sit inside and listen to this obnoxious music. Whewwww...this was a terrible experience! Let me start by saying that Michael, the young man who made my sandwich, is the reason I gave 3 stars. He was cool, calm and very attentive! Now the girl who kept inserting herself into our conversation from the side room is the very reason for three stars! She was asked when I walked in by her team if she was going to help me, and she looked at me and said "No!" (If she would have kept that same energy and stayed in the side room...this review would have been way different!) Like danggggg..."what i do to you?" Now Michael and I were chatting and laughing as he was cooking the steak for my sandwich. I tell him "no pink please!" And we carried on a conversation about raw, pink, and undone meat. Light conversation between us both. We are laughing seriously I mean busting up. I then asked if he could hollow out the bread and here comes Alicia..."we advise you not to do that because the bread is what soaks up the sauces and it won't be any good!" I continued to request my sandwich the way I wanted nicely with Michael. I then asked if he could toast my bread on the flattop. Here comes "helpful Hannah" aka Alicia all up in my order. "We don't toast bread!" I ignored her again and she says "without a little pink in your meat, the sandwich will dry up!" She didn't realize I am related to half the security guards in that shopping center and I knew i did nothing wrong. So I would have welcomed the assistance! Now at the register. She's still rude and aggressive! The P.O.S. machines were not designated so I was unsure where to put my number in for my points. She said "you don't have enough points for a sandwich today!" Real snappy like. I told her "I know. I just want the points to go towards the rewards." She then insisted I get out the store because she was calling security! I have never ever been talked to like that by a young person. She was rude and aggressive. I'm sure if she would have called security, she would have been the one they would have made leave. Man I go to jersey mikes about 3-4 times every month. I don't think I've ever been disappointed. Way better than subway. Better than Quiznos and jimmy johns. Today is 5 April 2022. Based on my last 5 visits over the last couple of months. Location 1310 Riverside Ave in Rialto, CA. I usually have a good experience when I walk into a jersey mike's. The food is always great, the service is good, top quality every time. Except when I come to this location! The food itself is fine but the staff is horrible. God forbid you order at hot sub at this location, they will actually give you a dirty look and start talking bad about you with other staff right in front of you. Just overhearing some of their other conversations, it's quite apparent the staff don't care at all. If you don't want to work here, then don't work here. It's a clear reflection of bad management. Just beware, if you order a hot sub, you're going to be waiting a minimum of 30 minutes. Again, this review is for the location not for jersey mikes as a whole. I initially placed an online order today at 11:13am for immediate pickup at the Rialto Riverside Avenue location. After getting there at 11:30am, I waited a few minutes and asked an employee if my order was ready. He said he was going to check on it. After waiting another 30 minutes and seeing others who got there way after me pick up their food, I asked for an update on my order again. The employee then said there was no record of such order and I showed him the online order. He then printed out a duplicate receipt and said he was going to put a rush on it (apparently the original ticket for the order got lost). Being on my lunch break, I didn't have 1 hour to wait around for 3 sandwiches. I then asked the manager (whom I didn't catch her name since none of the employees wear name badges), she rolled her eyes at me and told me there was a 45 minute wait for orders. I then asked for a refund and instead of telling me she will have my order completed ASAP, she told me I would have to wait another 5 minutes for a refund. I then asked for the Store Manager's name and immediately gave her a call when I got home. At first, she was very apologetic and offered me a catering box at the other Rialto location that would be ready in 20 minutes. So I arrive at the other Rialto location on Easton 20 minutes later and gave the lady with no name tag my name. She told me my order was almost complete. I initially felt like she was on top of it since it was a complaint from the other location. However, after sitting there for another 35 minutes, a male employee asked me if I was waiting on an order. I gave him my name and apparently, my food was sitting on the back counter for 20 minutes and no one notified me it was ready. I then confronted the lady whom I initially interacted with and she didn't seem to care one bit about what had transpired. So to make a long story long, 2 1/2 hours after placing my original order, I had warm soggy sandwiches that all ended up in the trash. I guess I'll just have a liquid lunch. Next time, I'll just pick up a premade sandwich at Stater Bros and save myself the hassle and $50.00. read more

Walked in today. There was about 7 girls standing around the counter. One girl took my order and everything was fine. After I sat and waited for my name to be called I saw multiple girls looking at me and my husband laughing and whispering. Even when my name was called and my second sandwich was being wrapped up I look up and see another girl staring directly at me???? I felt super uncomfortable 80% of the time I was there. On top of that, I asked for my meat to be grilled (I am pregnant, it's recommended to only eat deli meat after being heated up) I got home and saw that only my turkey was grilled and not my ham? I said "can I have my meat grilled" so therefore it should have been cooked like I asked, but no. Instead my husband had to just heat it up in the microwave at home. If I am paying for a service, you need to give me said service. Businesses really need to stop hiring teens that don't actually care about customers. read more

Im a huge fan of Jersey Mike's Subs. But this is the last time I will ever go to any Jersey Mike's. The services from the manager Summer was horrible. She does not have no customer service. Sorry for the co workers who where working with her they are great. I went in at 10:30am today order 5 subs meals total over $67.00. I was trying to pay with a $50.00dollar bill and a $20.00 dollar bill. She did not want to accept it. Her response was because they been rob many times and can't accept any bill over 20. Her explanation does not make any sense because giving 20 or 50 it's the same. I understand if I go in trying to by 1 sub with a 50bill or larger but my bill was over $50.00. This does not make no sense when you are spending over $50.00. Then she goes on and gives me her district managers number with a huge attitude. read more
