I rarely come to Dunkin' but I had a gift card so I thought I would stop by. I saw that they had an almond protein matcha so I asked the barista if she tried it and was just said no, make a little conversation, offer me another option or something you have tried. Anyways I really wanted to try the protein matcha but was hesitant so I order a small and added a shot. The barista said a shot of what ? I said espresso. lol I'm thinking protein milk is already included but it's actually an up charge, wait whaaaaat !! Why advertise a protein drink then add additional pricing on it. I have gone to this location twice now. First time no problems. That was yesterday. I ordered a hot Matcha latte with almond milk. I recently had to have stomach surgery and cannot tolerate ice cold drinks as I will be in excruciating pain. At the same point, I cannot have regular milk. It will cause me problems and I have always ordered 2% milk. They don't have it so I ordered almond milk. I could not hear them too good on the speaker through the drive-through, but I know what I placed. They get to the window and the girl working there tried handing me the ice cold and I said I'm so sorry you're supposed to be hot. I can't have iced and I thought I miss her her when she said how much it was so she gave it to the guy to remake, and I could hear him make a comment about what is supposed to be hot? The girl then disappears. The guy making the drink brings it to me and I apologize to him by saying excuse me. I'm so sorry but yesterday the drink was $6.13. Today it is $6.45 could you explain to me why cause even in the app it's almost a dollar more expensive today than yesterday. I let them know that I do auditing and I'm just an attentive when it comes to accuracy of numbers. The only thing he could tell me and I could tell he looked at the screen was oh that's just the price now. Again I showed him the app again he goes. Oh I'm sorry I don't know what to tell you, but that's the price now. He never offered to get anybody and the girl never reappeared. So I asked him for a receipt and he had a look on his face of uh-oh. He prints me the receipt and I look right on there and I see it says iced Matcha latte with almond milk. My suspicion was correct and instead of correcting it or owning up to it they just tried playing it off. I did leave the drive-through and also was gonna go back inside to say something. However, I got a phone call and had to deal with that. I start driving home which is about 42 miles away. I take a few sips lo and behold. They used regular milk. It doesn't take much to cause me to have problems and I would say within 20 minutes of taking two sips. I am experiencing problems. To say that, I am not a happy camper is putting it mildly. I honestly have been waiting for this drink most of the day. Not only was I overcharged and they tried to cover it up , then to add insult to injury it wasn't made correctly. And now I get to deal with the aftermath. There's a few things I do not like in life first and foremost, is being lied to, being overcharged, and having to waste thanks. My 2nd time trying Dunkin', but my first time at this location. Service was fast, they were moving customers right along in the drive thru. I ordered a Turkey, cheese and egg wrap (delicious), hash browns (ok), munchkins (fresh&delicious) and a Butter Pecan and Vanilla Protein milk iced coffee (good for the splash I was given). It was so much ice in that cup, I felt like thats what I paid for. I'm definitely requesting light ice next time. The hash browns could have been warmed a little longer, because I still tasted some parts with that frozen taste and wasn't warm. All in all, I would go back, because there are some other drinks I want to try as well. read more

I come to this dunkin only because I work close to the area so its either that or Starbucks because 85 degrees is so busy all the time. I've had so many more unpleasant experiences than positive ones. Its not even a problem that they are busy because that's understandable & unavoidable. Its the lack of customer service & care. Call me a boomer all you want. Every time I come theres an issue. Most of the time its because my drink gets left there for minutes on end waiting for the whip or cold foam, whatever it is depending on what im getting. From what I gather, one person puts the coffee together, it gets put down, and then someone else finishes it. But theres 0 communication between coworkers, it sits there a while, I eventually get asked are you waiting for an order? Well duh, I let them know, lo and behold its the cup that's been sitting there. They finish the drink and im expected to take it. Im not the type to get in people also faces and rush them or ask about it as someone who also works in customer service. Cause when its done, they place it on the counter. Why should i bother them. And this isn't a one off and im being dramatic. This happens every single time. Im so tired of trying to come here and being disappointed every single time. I recently visited this Dunkin location. It is one of my favorites on the way to Las Vegas. I ordered a sugar doughnut and a croissant sandwich with sausage. Both were delicious. The service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant itself is clean The bathroom is also clean . This review is as much for me to remember never to come to Dunkin' Donuts again. I keep letting myself get duped by seeing these nationwide advertisements for specialty drinks and specialty donuts and this location never has what's been advertised either on the website or in national commercials. Last time it was Christmas donuts. On the website there's a graphic of 30 different Christmas donuts. My kids were excited for all the different Christmas designs and different feelings so I caved and went to Dunkin. Out of those 30 donuts they didn't have a single one and a manager told me "those are only in Boston". I should've gone to Krispy Kreme, at least when they advertise special donuts for a holiday they do them at every store. I know this store doesn't make their own donuts, so don't bother. I went here on 4/15/2026 with a relative arrived around 7:50pm then realized your establishment closed at 8pm. We were still able to order and was told there was no espresso due to cleaning. Was provided the option of cold brew ordered a medium caramel cold brew and a large blueberry pie matcha. Both of the drinks were subpar and tasted like water and was horrible. I went bc everyone was hyping up Dunkin on social media, but this showed me that no matter how amazing the national marketing team is, it's the management and store teams that will ruin it. Despite it being slow in the day, the place was filthy. Trash everywhere, not a clean table in sight even tho every table was empty except for one. I've been to this location a couple times now. While I understand that this location gets busy from time to time, it does not excuse the attitude and lack of customer service. A well ran company thrives on the way customers are treated. Each time I've been here, I've had issues with the same worker. This young lady, Kaylina, is often working the drive thru. I believe she is some type of supervisor. She constantly has an attitude with most guests and even her own crew. I have seen her ignore customers and get annoyed at them fairly quick. When you walk into a Dunkin Doughnuts you expect there to be doughnuts for sale. Nothing but doughnut holes and cinnamon rolls. The service was the worst part of the experience there. The two young ladies working there seemed to be in another world without an ounce of urgency to serve the public, like watching paint dry. 2.5 - 3 stars in general. I come here from time to time for breakfast foods, however, I haven't tried any of their doughnuts yet. If you're used to McDonald's breakfast sandwiches, this just doesn't compare. It's good, but not nearly as good. McDonald's just has that certain taste that's hard to beat! I tried their frozen matcha blended drink and although their large cup size is a good size for what it costs, it's nowhere near as good tastewise as Jamba Juice's matcha green tea blast. They put too much ice in it and not enough green tea powder mix so the flavor is bland. I actually couldn't even finish drinking it, it was so watered down and bland.
