This is one order! 6 tater tots!
    Joyce B.

Came in on a holiday after lunch since my son was bugging for a donut. Super slow service. No boxes. 1/2 donuts were placed in a bag. Order said ready on the screen but it in fact wasn't ready. Ordered some tater tots. $2.99 for 6 small pieces that weren't even crispy!

Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich and Hash Browns

I live very close to this Dunkin' location and have been a regular customer since it opened. The food is consistently what you'd expect from Dunkin'--and most of the time, it's made well. Today, I ordered the Sourdough Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich, and it was excellent. The $6.00 meal deal, which includes the sandwich, hash browns, and an iced coffee, is a great value. We also added some Munchkins and a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwich. Overall, the food was very good. That said, I do want to offer some honest feedback about the customer service experience. While I believe the staff are doing their best, there seems to be a lack of proper training and coordination. On several visits, I've witnessed employees openly arguing with one another about helping customers and each other. One specific young woman (today 5/11) stands out--not for her service, unfortunately, but because she often raises her voice at coworkers, customers, and even delivery personnel from services like DoorDash. There also doesn't appear to be a smooth system in place for managing orders. When the store gets busy, it feels quite chaotic and becomes dysfunction junction. This morning, for example, the employee at the counter seemed overwhelmed and was shouting at guests to use the kiosk, saying things like, "We're too busy to take your order--use the kiosk." She was also dismissive when customers asked questions, though she would sometimes answer questions directed at others. This location has a lot of potential. It gets steady business, and with the right staffing and a focus on customer service training, it could really thrive. I hope management or the owner sees this feedback and considers investing in better staff development. A little guidance and structure could make a significant difference.

    Chocolate cream donut

This place had such bad and slow service. I can't believe 3 people had to take care of one customer about a complaint for an Ubereats order. Only 1 person was talking and the other 2 were just standing and watching. The other two could've had helped the other customers orders. Also the donuts were meh. I ordered a chocolate cream donut but there was literally only a teaspoon of cream in it. I thought biting into it more would have more cream but nope! They are very cheap and putting the chocolate on top too. I'm never coming here again.

Located Right off Jackson street in Hayward. Friendly & helpful staff. Takes a little bit of time when you order drinks so patience is key. Or use the Mobile order app and get points. Arrived prior to closing to pick up a TGTG and such a good deal for a dozen.

Came in around 4pm on 08Dec2025 to pick up 2 surprise boxes. Employee was in the back, saw me and went about their business. That's fine, I'll look around. I'm super excited for some donuts but then NOPE, flies all over INSIDE the class display.

    The Sabrina espresso

Valentine's Day drew me to Dunkin', lured by their heart-shaped donut promotion and a Sabrina-endorsed iced espresso oat latte. I braved the hype and made the drive. While the staff was undeniably polite, my donut dreams were quickly dashed. I bit into one of the heart-shaped treats, expecting something delightful, only to find it filled with custard. As a dedicated donut lover, this was a major letdown. We did grab a blueberry cake donut, which thankfully was yummy and delicious. It's rare for me to visit Dunkin', but the targeted ads worked their magic. Word to the wise: if you want the best selection of donuts, go early! We arrived around 4 p.m., and the pickings were already slim. PS do you see all of that ice in my drink?

Gave this location another try and yet again disappointed. This store needs more training. I walk in and it was so many people waiting in line just to order and nobody in sight. The pick up ordered wasn't even place in the correct spot. The guy in the back didn't even peak up front to greet or say he'd be out in a minute or anything. All the seats in the store was on the table so you can't even sit inside. The entire store was dirty. But to my drinks I asked for light ice and they both was filled almost extra ice and on top of that the matcha tasted nothing like matcha. I get this order all the time and it taste spoiled. Maybe the milk was old but I had to throw it away bc it was sour! Paying almost $9 for a drink just to have to throw it away is wasteful. The refresher was just ok very artificial taste, but also mostly ice when I asked for light.

This location truly doesn't get enough love or traffic, but with mobile ordering it's my go to! Got a Too Good To Go order from here $5.99 for a dozen donuts (still fresh)...it's a great deal!

I've grown to love Dunkin drinks. I'm not the biggest fan of their donuts, but their drinks are great. On the sweeter side compared to other coffee shops. I recommend gettongettong the app and ordering ahead. Keep a Lookout for their deals!

    Ask the Community - Dunkin'

Do they serve avocado toast at this location?

    Yes we do.

    What is your phone number?

Hello Gladys, our number is (510) 244-7191.

How can I request to make a custom donut flavor/order? Would I have to call ahead for this? Will it be available within the same day? Thank you in advance for your answers.

You can call the store and place an order. We can do most orders same day and in any quantities.

Is this place still open? Do they have the choco butternut donut? Thank you in advance for your answers.

Yes, they are still open for take out orders. I can confirm this because on the local Next Door app for our neighborhood they took the time to post to our area and was very nice about letting us know their plans during the Shelter in Place.

Are they still open? I'm assuming you can only order for pick up!

Yes we are open from 5am-6pm Monday-Friday and 6am-6pm Saturday and Sunday for mobile orders and carry out only

What is your store phone number?

The only number I know of is one I saw on Google Reviews. Have not tried the number and don't know if it's legit r not.

    Is this place open?

I stopped by today (12/13)--grand opening is scheduled for 5am Monday, 12/16.

Neighborhood Coffee is one of my favorite cafes in all of the Bay Area. Just don't tell anyone…read morebecause I want it to be one of our best kept secrets. Shhhh...! (It was worth the 13 mile drive for me.) With floor to ceiling windows welcoming in the comfort of daylight and warmth of Californian sunshine (thank you A/C), this cafe sits high above Castro Valley overlooking the distant hills and the bay, depending on where you sit. It's in the front space of a church and upon walking in (my third visit), I feel held by the Lord. Strangely, I'm feeling tears well up because this is the exact sort of space I've been needing as I go through some challenging life circumstances. It is peaceful here but it also has a vibrant community energy on a Thursday late morning. This space is welcoming to all of the bay are community and if you didn't know it was a church, you would never know. It's for the whole neighborhood and beyond. There are tall round tables, bar tables, normal round tables, armchairs at tables, long barnhouse style tables. This space was thoughtfully curated to allow for relationships to be grown, work to be done, and quiet time to be experienced. The Americano I had is nice and strong (whoowee... I'm awake now!). They had interesting drink options and some baked goods. Prices were average for the Bay Area. I love that the cafe supports community outreach. From the web, it partners with this church and community programs. It seems to operate around community support and social impact initiatives. I love that they actively support Inclusion & Autism awareness and medical debt relief (WOW!). This is a cafe that is doing it right!

Service just ended so a lot of cars were leaving as we arrived. Don't recommend getting in line right after service because I waited over 30 minutes just to get two drinks. The lavender lemonade was very refreshing and not too sweet. The matcha latte on the other hand tasted watered down, so I could barely taste the matcha, super disappointing. It was a nice and sunny day so we decided to sit outside. The inside was very spacious, but I was overstimulated from all of people talking, especially when I was waiting in line. A good spot to stop by to grab a drink and enjoy the view outside if you're in the area. Glad I meet the time to check this place out.

There is parking available in the lot that they share with Denny's next door. I would believe they are usually busy when the college across from them is in session. We came when it seemed busy but my sister in law order online for us while we hung outside where there are a few tables. They don't have sitting inside so just know you will be ordering to go. The drink I got was ok. I like Vietnamese coffee but as a frappe, I'll stick to the regular way. I finished it the next day but added to it and mixed it. I tasted my brother's drink of a strawberry colada. Yummy, will get that next time. There were stuffy toys inside but I don't know if it is for sale. The wait for our order wasn't bad but they are a bit pricey so definitely a treat if you plan to try. I see this boba joint in a few different cities. The coffeeshop feels hidden as this Hippies Brew location is off an exit from Highway 92. Is the coffee and food still as tasty as I remembered? Yes. The names of the espresso drinks have an urban feel yet their drinks are not overly sweet. Unlike most coffeehouses there are not a lot of food items - as only three breakfast items are served. Yet I would counter the food at Hippies Brew is better than those places as the three items served here are hot. The McLovin Muffin is a small, hearty breakfast sandwich to start in the morning. If you want a filling breakfast I suggest the Freakin French Toast with egg and ham. Coffeeshops should have their own signature coffee. Most of the time I at Hippies Brew I would order a variation of white mocha like White Iverson or Yonce. However the Rick Ross with the cinnamon makes the drink taste like hot chocolate. After a couple of visits to this location I can see myself coming to Hippies Brew again.
