We don't live close to the Krispy Kreme in Union City, but we happily make the drive because of Armaan. We could easily go to a closer location, but the customer service he provides is truly unmatched. Every time we visit, he greets us with a genuine smile, is incredibly kind and attentive, and always makes us feel welcome. The thing that stands out the most is that he remembers us, even if we haven't been in for a few weeks. That personal touch means so much and is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. It's rare to find someone who consistently provides such outstanding customer service. Armaan has turned a simple trip for donuts into something we genuinely look forward to. He is a true asset to Krispy Kreme, and I hope management recognizes how much of a positive impact he has on his customers. Employees like him are the reason people become loyal customers. Thank you, Armaan, for always making our visits so enjoyable. We truly appreciate you! read more

Came in at 6pm on a Tuesday. Line was relatively long. They only had 1 person working the inside line. The same ONE person was taking orders, packing the donuts, manning the register, AND putting together the pick up orders...what upsetted us was she kept helping those that were picking up first. Many of the people that were picking up walked right to the register without waiting. When it was our turn, she kept attending to the pick up orders (at least 3 parties walked up straight to the register while everyone else waited in line). We finally got our donuts, 20 minutes later. The wait was horrible, but the donuts are 10/10 thus one extra star. read more

Went there 30 mins ago and got the dozen assorted. I told her which donuts I wanted. Just sucks when you get back to the office and the specific donuts you picked out she didn't put in the box. How do you mix up (4) chocolate custard donuts with PINK candy sprinkle donuts!!?? Then mix up (4) glaze donuts with sugar donuts? Sucks paying for donuts you didn't pick. I can now understand the poor ratings for this location. I really hope the owner of this establishment really reads these reviews and start making changes. read more

Located in Union Landing. I came in to take a treat back to the hotel for us. I liked the large window to the factory which you could see the donuts individually made. That was pretty neat. Andre's assisted and gave great customer service. I chose a chocolate custard filled donut and the banana crème donut, both were delicious. We really enjoyed them. Good location, plenty of parking and has drive thru. read more

I was in the area today, and wanted something sweet. I decided to pay Krispy Kreme a visit. Walked it and it was only one family ahead of me. When it was my turn to order the guy I don't know if he was the manager or not but he was rude and rushing me. Why I don't know because it wasn't busy and it was again one family in-front of me. I wanted to try the key lime pie doughnut but wanted to know what filling was in it? I wanted to try another one as well the coconut doughnut. So when I was asked what can I get you? I ordered the key lime and before I could say anything else the guy was like is that it? I said I would like the one on top it was bigger than the other ones and I felt it was worth my bucks. I was told those were only for display he can only grab from the bottom rack. I never heard of that before and I have gotten doughnuts from the top rack before. He just kept saying is that it like damn it give me a second to keep looking. It was supposed to be two separate transactions but we paid as one. We actually wanted to get a box to go and order single doughnuts for us. After our interaction with him we were like forget it grab what we are rushed to get and leave. You should never rush anyone to order!! Then to say I can't have a doughnut from the top rack which had a lot on both racks was super crazy to me. Why would you have ten display doughnuts?? We will not be going back there!!! This was smaller than my palm that he put in the bag I couldn't see until I walked out. Maybe he just wanted to get rid of that one. read more

Okay get people who want to work to work here. The guys here were Hella slow when there's only 4 of us in line. Why it took 1/2 hour with people just standing in the back not making doughnuts or doing anything we'll never know. I was only here for the Pac Man collaboration which was awesome. Doughnuts were 5 stars with the strawberry one with strawberry filling being our favorite. We need more collaborations like this! read more

The usual selection sugar-fix donuts - good price when buying by the dozen! The place is clean, the restrooms are number pad locked. The service is a little slow - I guess the staff is overwhelmed by the inflow of people. They've recently introduced the cinnamon bun - it isn't worth the price and doesn't taste good. This review goes specifically to Melinda Ivanoff! A huge shout out to her for being such a great host to me and my family. My family stopped in for dessert after celebrating my mom's birthday dinner at Texas Roadhouse. Melinda welcomed us and made sure we had what we wanted for our coffees, donuts, etc. She was very patient with us with our huge order. Melinda treated us like family and we enjoyed ourselves dining in. We'd love to come back again because she made an everlasting impression on us. Extremely disappointing experience at this location. I previously had a Valentine's Day order that was a mess, so I contacted corporate. A very kind supervisor called me back, apologized, and offered a complimentary box of donuts to make it right. He left a coupon at the store for me to pick up. When I went in to redeem it, the manager (Lady) called him to confirm. After confirming it was approved, she said loud enough for me to hear "You didn't have to do that. All you had to do was apologize. They don't need a free box unless they bought more than three dozen." Standing there while a manager speaks about you as if you're not present is incredibly unprofessional. This wasn't about a free box of donuts it was about basic respect. After reading other reviews about this location's customer service, I now understand the pattern. read more

This place is THE WORST. I took my kid to buy some of the Pokemon donuts they had available. When we entered there were only two people in line but none of the workers helped us (3 in the front, 3 in the back). They were just standing around talking to each other and avoiding the customers in line. It wasn't until someone, possibly the manager, came in that they started to do anything. The only person doing any work was the person supporting the drive-thru, which was great for folks in the drive-thru but bad for people inside as most of the Pokemon donuts were bought up while we were waiting. My kid noticed a tray of Pokemon donuts that were available by the drive-thru and when I asked if I could buy some of them the cashier had a look on her face like she no idea what I was asking about. It's safe to say I won't be coming back here anytime soon. read more

This store is honestly disgusting. I came with my 2 year old niece and just ordered a cup of ice and 2 glazed donuts. The problem was t even the donuts itself it was the cup of ice. As I got to the bottom of the cup of ice, after I finished MAJORITY there was a clump of HAIR at the bottom of the cup with lint in it. The shift lead Micheal was rude and didn't have any compassion towards the situation and just try to offer me more food which I did not want. He didn't want me to speak to his boss which was also a red flag, when he took the cup for me, and when I saw he wasn't going to be compassionate, I asked for it back and he lied to me and said he threw it away. When he saw me getting upset. He finally went and got the cup off the back counter. He gave my mom a doughnut, but he used the same hand that he was twirling his finger around in my cup that had the clump of hair in it, and when I picked her up a doughnut off the conveyor belt. Just overall disgusting won't be patronizing this location anymore. read more

Super disappointed in the quality of my doughnut today. My first visit at this location. The staff was friendly but when I asked for a cinnamon rolled he very shyly said, "they are staled." Well I opted for a lemon filled glazed. Normally the lemon filling oozes out at first bite and this time I'm half way done and the filling is barely there, very dried up and nothing like lemon. I've already pre-ordered 3 times at this place. What's the point of pre-ordering if our order isn't going to be ready by the time we put down for pick up? It isn't just my order too. It's multiple people . We pick a specific time for pick up so we can make it in time for work, school, etc... this guy and his daughter came inside before me and I asked if I can pick up my order, he said yes, if it's ready already because he needs to drop off her daughter to school. So I asked the worker if my order was ready, if not, please have this guy go first since he was here before me .. and the worker ignored me and proceeded to put together my order... I repeated myself 3 times but he was so laser focused and completely ignored me. I felt so bad for his daughter. The other guy before me also did an online order and his large order wasn't ready as well.... I gave this place 3 tries and all three times made me late . read more

We don't have Krispy Kreme near home so when we traveled to CA to visit family, I insisted on bringing some back home with us. We were leaving the following day so we dropped by the Union Crossing location to pick up a dozen variety. When we pulled up we noticed the Hot Now sign was on. We didn't plan on getting any original glazed but they did give us a couple to enjoy while we waited for our variety order (took a bit; we imagine less staff during later hours). Oh my gosh, I realize it had been almost a decade since we had a fresh hot one and can I just say wow? It was so melt in your mouth gooey goodness. If we had more space, we would've taken a dozen of those too lol. We drove away with 3 chocolate sprinkle ones for the granddaughter, 3 raspberry and 3 lemon filled for my jelly-filled loving husband, and 3 custard for me. We froze them in our hotel freezer overnight so they could make the flight back. When we got home, hubs heated some up for us all to enjoy. Since becoming disabled, hubs has had to handle all the cooking, reheating, etc and he's gotten really creative with it all. To reheat the donuts, he turns the ninja air fryer on to preheat then turns it off so the donuts can slowly come to a warm temp. It makes them taste just like the Hot Now ones!! This would work in any oven or air fryer just as well. I'm trying to savor them but we doubt they'll last the week o.O read more

I went here shortly after 8 a.m. on 3/8. My son quickly ate a glazed doughnut in the car (I partly went here because I had to drop my son off for a field trip at the nearby movie theater). I knew in advance that I was going to be charged over $20. I have paid attention to the prices over the years (2010: $7.69; 2012: $8.49; 2020: $16). Great Hours: 6 a.m.-10 p.m. daily. "Our Hot Light means we are making fresh, hot doughnuts in store!" Hotlight Hours: 7-9 a.m.; 5-7 p.m. This explains why I received a free doughnut: "If you visit us while the Hot Light is lit up, you can receive one free Original Glazed doughnut per person." The menu is now brighter and easier to read. The interior is nicer and more spacious now. There's a solid selection of drinks to choose from. The parking lot is big, but be careful if you walk up. Some drivers speed when heading to the drive-thru. Original Glazed: 8/10. They're still good, but I wasn't blown away this time. Chocolate Iced Glazed: 8.25/10. They were better in the past too, but not by a lot. Sugar: 8/10. I was pleased, but these doughnuts could have more of a kick to them. They're also the standard size (in other words, kind of small). Glazed Raspberry Filled Doughnut: 8/10. My wife has always enjoyed them. Chocolate Iced Custard Filled Doughnut: 8/10. I'm more of a fan than my wife is, but they're pretty good. Chocolate Iced Doughnut With Kreme Filling: My wife is a big fan, and I should have tried harder to look for them (I give Krispy Kreme in general credit for having a wide selection). I received good service, but I expected the doughnuts to be fresher at the time I went. The service from the salesperson at 4:45 PM on Saturday, April 25, 2026, was truly excellent.

Well good morning I went to get some Krispy Kreme items for my daughter and myself. I've drove up to the window absolutely no one there. So I'm like wow good day good day is going to go so quickly. So excited! When I approach the window absolutely no one in the drive-through no cars. I was ask can you give me a second I said of course I can no problem thank you. I waited and I waited and I waited and I waited. Not very happy because I waited to place my order literally for 10 minutes and there's no one no one in the drive-through. Then someone comes on and they shout can you wait a minute so loud in my ear. In my mind I'm like I'm already waiting 10 minutes plus. No finally they're gonna take my order yippee 15 minutes it's OK because I only spend money like this every blue moon. On these type of stuff junk stuff. I proceeded to place my order she repeats it to me and then she goes can you repeat your order again I'm like are you kidding me I've been waiting several minutes and you repeated it back to me and now you want me to repeat it again. It's like I mean $42 worth of stuff which is an a lot for this place but you know I'm ordering banana milk I'm wearing all these new donuts I'm so excited. Then I'll go to orange order the orange Creamsicle how can you be out of it at 10:08 in the morning. So upset because I want it like six of those and you're out of them. And I continuously had to repeat my order you know all these banana milk switch you like I think for five dollars each you know and then the new donut I wanted and it was becoming a bit frustrated. But I said it's OK I'm gonna go get my stuff now. I get to the window there's absolutely no one there to greet me to tell me just a moment to say hello how are you. I have no idea what's going on I'll come here maybe 456 times a year and spend $40-$50 on junk in one day and there's no one at the window to greet me. So I sat and after seven minutes I'm like OK this is a total of 2325 minutes well I'm sorry you just lost think it was a 46 something dollars do you guys have a good day and please get some help. Because I've always had excellent fast service even when it's a long line I get out of there within 10 minutes and there's absolutely no one at the drive-through drive-through she beach for drive through the front should be for the front someone should've greeting me let's get it together please. Personal shout out to the sweet [Filipina???] employee with the cheek piercings!!! Thank you for being so very kind, welcoming, and ensuring my toddler's first visit was absolutely memorable!! YOU ALONE DESERVE A SOLID 5 STAR RATING!! As always, Union City Krispy Kreme never disappoints. Since we were in the area having dinner and dinner being an absolute bust, our party of 4 headed right over to load up my toddler on some much needed and well deserved carbs due to that painful dinner (or lack of it). Purchases consisted of: Original Glaze [an absolute MUST] Strawberry Iced Glaze w/ Sprinkles Biscoff Cookie Butter Cheesecake Sugar Donuts weren't exactly fresh at that time of day but were good nonetheless. While we were there, we were lucky enough to witness a fresh batch of original glaze being made and moving along the assembly line. My daughter was extremely excited and so very giddy to watch the sweet treats get a dousing of its sugary coating and roll out to be served. To make the "show" even sweeter [PUN MOST DEFINITELY INTENDED!!] the kind Filipina employee surprised my toddler with a donut straight from the conveyer. 5/5 stars for this specific Krispy Kreme. Donuts are guaranteed to be tasty and employees [like the one mentioned above] go out of their way to be so kind. I'm a fan! read more

I visited yesterday afternoon very excited to see the "Hot Donuts" light on and immediately went to the drive thru. My first frustration was that the order box was out of order and I was to drive to the pick up window to order. So I met Rosemarie at the window and since I drove so far already I decided to get a dozen. I had to have 6 of their glazed (they're the best when hot) and asked for an apple fritter to find out they're out. Then asked for a cinnamon roll. They're out of that too. So I asked ok maybe you should just tell me which donuts you're out of because I'm striking out in getting the ones I want. She says ok just those two. So I ask to see a menu which isn't fully available to see as it was at the speaker box. She gives me a card with very small writing and I ask for a few others. So far this visit I drove 30 plus minutes for isn't going well and I rarely get to visit because of the distance. So I pay $32 and change and thinking I'll probably eat one in the car on the drive home but after she hands me the box she quickly walked away. I right away notice the box isn't warm. So my donuts aren't hot and fresh like the sign says. I called a few times trying to get her attention wanting to ask her why my donuts aren't hot. She says oh we're making donuts but you'd have to wait 20 minutes. Would you like to wait 20 minutes? I said no. I came here because you have you're light on saying their hot. I suggested maybe they should turn off the light because your donuts aren't hot. She says her manager won't allow that. The manager says because they're only open 5-7 (ok that didn't sound right and maybe I misunderstood their hours) but that they are instructed to have it on the whole time. So I asked her managers name and found out his name is Steve. So as long as Steve is managing this location you gotta ask if the donuts are really hot even when the light is on. This is so ridiculous and unethical to garner business so dishonestly!! Maybe then ask a follow up question if all their donuts are available. read more
