    Key lime pie doughnut

I was in the area today, and wanted something sweet. I decided to pay Krispy Kreme a visit. Walked it and it was only one family ahead of me. When it was my turn to order the guy I don't know if he was the manager or not but he was rude and rushing me. Why I don't know because it wasn't busy and it was again one family in-front of me. I wanted to try the key lime pie doughnut but wanted to know what filling was in it? I wanted to try another one as well the coconut doughnut. So when I was asked what can I get you? I ordered the key lime and before I could say anything else the guy was like is that it? I said I would like the one on top it was bigger than the other ones and I felt it was worth my bucks. I was told those were only for display he can only grab from the bottom rack. I never heard of that before and I have gotten doughnuts from the top rack before. He just kept saying is that it like damn it give me a second to keep looking. It was supposed to be two separate transactions but we paid as one. We actually wanted to get a box to go and order single doughnuts for us. After our interaction with him we were like forget it grab what we are rushed to get and leave. You should never rush anyone to order!! Then to say I can't have a doughnut from the top rack which had a lot on both racks was super crazy to me. Why would you have ten display doughnuts?? We will not be going back there!!! This was smaller than my palm that he put in the bag I couldn't see until I walked out. Maybe he just wanted to get rid of that one.

Got my favorite original glaze and the Oreo cookie one. They are warm even though the hot sign was not on. They definitely satisfied my sweet tooth craving.

Had to stop by and pick me up a dozen of Grinch donuts!!! My lil girl wanted donuts and I promised her I'd get her some. I always keep my promise so I pre-ordered my donuts online so I can just pick and go. Service was fast and there is a drive through so even faster to get your donuts and go!

My first time actually walking into a Krispy Kreme and ordering donuts Inside is clean and well organized They have cute (free) hats at each table There is a donut bay where you can see donuts being made and on a conveyor belt Huge variety of donuts available to choose from Donuts are reasonably priced and customer service is friendly Parking is easy to come by There is also a drive thru They accept Apple Pay, debit cards and credit cards as well as cash

Okay get people who want to work to work here. The guys here were Hella slow when there's only 4 of us in line. Why it took 1/2 hour with people just standing in the back not making doughnuts or doing anything we'll never know. I was only here for the Pac Man collaboration which was awesome. Doughnuts were 5 stars with the strawberry one with strawberry filling being our favorite. We need more collaborations like this!

The usual selection sugar-fix donuts - good price when buying by the dozen! The place is clean, the restrooms are number pad locked. The service is a little slow - I guess the staff is overwhelmed by the inflow of people. They've recently introduced the cinnamon bun - it isn't worth the price and doesn't taste good. No where close to the cinnamon bun at Cinnabon!

    hair in the cup

This store is honestly disgusting. I came with my 2 year old niece and just ordered a cup of ice and 2 glazed donuts. The problem was t even the donuts itself it was the cup of ice. As I got to the bottom of the cup of ice, after I finished MAJORITY there was a clump of HAIR at the bottom of the cup with lint in it. The shift lead Micheal was rude and didn't have any compassion towards the situation and just try to offer me more food which I did not want. He didn't want me to speak to his boss which was also a red flag, when he took the cup for me, and when I saw he wasn't going to be compassionate, I asked for it back and he lied to me and said he threw it away. When he saw me getting upset. He finally went and got the cup off the back counter. He gave my mom a doughnut, but he used the same hand that he was twirling his finger around in my cup that had the clump of hair in it, and when I picked her up a doughnut off the conveyor belt. Just overall disgusting won't be patronizing this location anymore.

I should know better Every time I come here they always mess up my order. I ordered a Brown Butter latte and she gave me an iced coffee. It looks nothing like the picture

    Empty Assembly Operation

I was hoping that they're still operating the assembly line, but they just don't. Not sure if it's because they lack employees or it's the weekend. Or is that they're broken now. The place is big but lacks seatings. This location has been here for years and surprised that nothing has really changed. They have all sorts of donuts at the front.l you can choose from. They're still good though. Perhaps, I should come back during the weekday to see if they're operating it? We'll see.

Wow, it has been a long time since we last stopped in here. I do appreciate Krispy Kreme for giving out a free glazed donut for the whole year to those who were vaccinated and showed proof. THANK YOU AGAIN!!! Shout out to Yelper Lee D for raising this point during the pandemic. I know this is a late review but we used to stop off here after doing a grocery run for a friend. I appreciate that they do create new flavors to get us to come back in to try their new flavors! Barbi Themed, Dr. Pepper, and now Pumpkin flavored donuts. This location has a drive-thru!

This is supposed to be a chocolate iced donut with sprinkles that's fully covered and looks like a jelly filled donut.

Donuts sold to me were deformed and seemed like the young lady who picked out the donuts was picking out the bad ones does the customers before me. Very oddly shaped for Krispy Kreme. I would recommend going to another location. This one based off other reviews is going downhill.

Union City's Crispy Cream horrible quality control :(
    Markiss A.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Never greeted, zero customer focus and by the look of the lack of responses from this locations management team, they can care less about their customers experiences at this location. Always issues with donuts being out of stock. Next stop , "Corp office "!!!!!!

Supposedly a lemon filled glazed doughnut.
    Sonia L.

Super disappointed in the quality of my doughnut today. My first visit at this location. The staff was friendly but when I asked for a cinnamon rolled he very shyly said, "they are staled." Well I opted for a lemon filled glazed. Normally the lemon filling oozes out at first bite and this time I'm half way done and the filling is barely there, very dried up and nothing like lemon. (See photo) I don't mind paying $3.99 for Krispy Kreme but this time, Krispy did not deliver. Better luck next time I guess.

The malasadas were definitely good. It feels like care went into each one--they tasted all homemade and fresh. They definitely did not skimp out on cream or filling. I'm typically not a fan of desserts, but these had the perfect level of sweetness for me. The fruits were nice and ripe as well. The two flavors I got were the blueberry matcha and the mango. The blueberry matcha had this nice rich blueberry jam mixed in with cream that actually has a good matcha taste. The mango one was really fresh--this one was my favorite. Although they aren't cheap at about $6.25 per one, they were definitely delicious. It seems like a family run business that puts a lot of care into their products though. There were a few people in line and it did take about 10 minutes before we were able to order. During that time, some of the malasada flavors ran out, but they were quickly replenished. We grabbed an assortment of flavors, an iced oat latte, and a black sesame latte. The banana creme brulee malasada looked so good that we had to try it in the store while waiting for our drinks. The dough is so soft and pillowy with a crispy layer of bruleed sugar and a delicious banana cream that was absolutely to die for. At $6.50, it's not a cheap treat, but it was super delicious and I'm glad we tried it. The drinks were also great. The espresso shot they pulled perfectly complemented the oat milk -- this is one of the better iced oat lattes I've had. We tried the black sesame latte because it sounded interesting and it was so creamy and loaded with black sesame flavor. For anyone that doesn't drink caffeine, I highly recommend you try the black sesame latte. With such great quality malasadas and drinks, it's no wonder there was a line! We'll definitely be back!

I chose this shop over places like Krispy Kreme because I loved that I could buy exactly the number of donuts with any flavor I wanted instead of committing to a dozen. That's a huge plus when there are only two people, because honestly, even one donut is pretty filling. I picked five flavors: * Boston Cream * Matcha Pistachio * Blueberry Cake * Old-Fashioned Glazed * Red Velvet Cream Cheese They all looked beautiful, but the taste is what really mattered. Matcha Pistachio - 10/10. Absolutely delicious! Great matcha flavor with a nice pistachio balance. Boston Cream - 10/10. Everything I hoped for. Rich, creamy, and definitely my favorite classic. Old-Fashioned Glazed wasn't really my style, but my husband enjoyed it. Blueberry Cake was a bit disappointing to me because the blueberry flavor tasted a little artificial. Our least favorite was the Red Velvet Cream Cheese. I love red velvet cake, especially when it's paired with cherries or raspberries for some freshness, but this donut was simply too sweet and didn't have much balance.
