It's been years since I've been to this location and ordered one of their bowls, so I decided to stop by since they had a $5 açaí bowl and $3 drink deal that I couldn't pass up. It was quite busy on a Monday around 4pm because of the deal. The line moved pretty quickly, so I made it to the front in no time. The açaí primo bowl was just as good as I remembered. It's on the sweeter side because of the honey. Really liked the berry blend combined with the toppings (banana, strawberry, granola, blueberry). Jamba should have these deals more often. This location is always empty when I visit and i'm not complaining. It's located in the Target plaza across from Kennedy park. Even though I don't like the price of the acai bowl, I will buy it when there is a discount in the app. It tastes refreshing and I don't feel to heavy after I eat it. I love Jamba ! read more

Stopped by the Skywest Commons location today, and the customer service was disappointing. The employee, Valentina, handed me my order, and I said "thank you" three separate times. She never acknowledged me once. It wasn't until I asked for her name because I intended to file a complaint that she finally said, "You're welcome." I'm not looking for exceptional service, just basic courtesy. There was absolutely no reason to be dismissive toward a paying customer. I'll start off by saying I love Jamba Juice and come weekly to get orders. I consistently have had this one worker, Grace, mess my order up every time. When i ask her to redo it, she is rude. Deceitful Sales Practice! Came here and ordered purely squeezed orange juice - the ladies were gonna pour someone else's orange juice that they have not picked up for hours (ice watered down) into the cup they were gonna give me. It was disgusting! Upon seeing that I immediately asked if I can have fresh squeezed orange juice and not someone else's order. Apparently they got the approval from the long hair guy who was cleaning the window to do so. It truly always leaves a bad disgusting taste and impression when ordering purely squeeze orange juice and see the staff pour orange juice from a container or from someone else's order as we don't know if the orange juice has been watered down (have water added to it because the location wants to save money by ripping customers off) causing people to feel cheated and rip off as it's not pure orange juice no more but watered down orange juice. It's always nice whenever we go to the fremont branch and they see them squeeze fresh oranges on the spot after the transaction. Please stop watering down people's orange juice and make it fresh upon order. Worse Jamba Juice I've ever been to. I have allergies and notified the employee and asked the employee for specific substitutions to accommodate the allergies. Due to prior experience I realized that the juiced uses I would be allergic to. I was ordering on my break so I had a set time limit. I informed a different employee of my realization and she offered to remake it for me with another juice, I informed her that was fine as long as it's only the fruit describing the juice that's in the juice. From there she informs me that everything is pre-mixed and that she doesn't know what is in them. Seems like this Jamba isn't allergy compliant nor are their employees probably versed in their serv safe certifications.I walked away with a drink that I'm allergic to because no employee could access an ingredients label ? read more

Holy cow! I haven't had a good jamba smoothie since forever! We got the summer season blackberry and watermelon breeze, both of which had astonishingly great flavor! This location is my go to location even though I have a location 5 minutes away from my home. Staff is always friendly and has feedback when you are torn between what flavors to order. Positives: located in a shopping plaza with a great amount of parking spaces. Good service and a variety of very healthy options. They have a rewards application you can use on your smartphone, which helps resolve some of the pricing hurt. They have ginger shots and other very, very interesting drinks that are definitely better than alcohol for your body. Negatives: expensive items that are easily $6+ and the antioxidant drink I ordered, had black seeds that stuck to my teeth and gums so I had to brush that off...a severe turn off and very shocking. read more

As a smoothie lover and investor, moving between cities is always nice to find the right location that provides you with the right sourness, and not only that, the service and cleanliness of the location are just great. This location has it all, especially with the person who provided me with a 20-star customer service whose name is Alejandra. This person went beyond my expectations she was very pleasant as soon as I opened the main door, and the courtesy and her welcome made me feel very good. I even asked her for a particular smoothie that was not on the menu and Alejandra with a smile said, no problem we can make whatever you want. That was music to my ears and as soon as I told her what I wanted she made my smoothie and was super delicious. I have been to many smoothie locations in the Bay Area, but I don't remember when was the last time someone treated me with the service that Alejandra gave me. KUDOS to her because she is a great model on how a customer needs to be treated and be happy walking out of any location. So after visiting this location today I had to write something. The store was clean and organized like usual, the problem was the dress code for the employees. While waiting for our drinks I couldn't believe that one of the workers had his pants saggin displaying his underwear. Been giving this company store business for years buying 6 large (28 oz.) carrot juice once every 3-4 weeks. Since long time manager left and company was sold to valley juice the quality has gone down hill. I bought 5 large on 9/20, not 6 because juicer broke down, again, and when I strained it for pulp out of 28 oz juice allegedly I got actually 10 oz juice and 18 oz pulp! Yes, really. That was for 3 of the large size out of the 5 I bought. So only 2 had 28 oz of real juice I could drink and not eat. Manager said that's the best they can do and suggested I buy a juicer. District manager said I can expect pulp and who knows how much each time. You would think for the amount of business they get an industrial juicer would be used. My wife was craving Jamba Juice, and so we went here this afternoon. I was impressed right away. It's much more spacious inside now (the interior was given a makeover). My wife doesn't like the placement of the shelving unit (it's right in the middle of the restaurant), but the left wall was freed up, which is good. There were 4 employees around, and they all worked well together. The cashier was very friendly. She was also patient (this woman took her time ordering- she seemed to be totally new to Jamba Juice). Sweet: My wife's name is Brooke. The cashier really likes the name. If she ever has a girl, she plans to name her that. There's a decent selection of snacks (ex: SunChips; Miss Vickie's). Books are still sold here, but not really merchandise anymore. It smelled inside (the smell wasn't bad, just odd). I don't know if the smell came from cleaning products or from smoothies. The unisex restroom is in the back on the right. The seating capacity inside is about 10, and the seating capacity outside is about 8 (there were a number of customers around, but only the outside seating was really taken). Strawberries Wild Smoothie (Original- $4.99): 8/10. My wife only had to wait about 3 minutes for her smoothie (an Original smoothie, by the way, is 22 fl. oz.). She enjoyed her smoothie, and our son had some of it too. He sucked so hard that he dented the straw. (There are over 30 items on the menu. The Jamba Kids Meal selections are new, and we'll buy our son a smoothie next time.) Prices can vary. A woman near my wife got an Original smoothie for $4.59 (it's probably simpler to make). The prices here have gone up (my wife laments this). 2 years ago, my wife would have been charged $4.70 for her smoothie. I'm not much of a Jamba Juice fan, but every now and then, you'll find me at one because how am I going to NOT get a free drink with no strings attached? Things are never just free anymore and JJ is not cheap on my college budget. It's pretty much nonexistent. Rent or JJ? Anyways, they were having a FREE JAMBA day, the small size for their three new fruit flavors and since I had some time and the kids at camp love Jamba Juice, we took them here in the wee hours of opening. It was only free from 9am-11am, but two hours a lot of free drinks can go by. Showed up rolling deep sea of blue with about 21 teenagers and 3 adults, and the staff was super sweet and nice. No complaints and took each of my kids order with a smile on their face, offering coupons and explaining the three different drinks to them. They opened the door us, no complaints at all. Not one, no dirty looks, I mean I wouldn't blame them if they did, but it was so professional and I can't stop raving about it. It's so rare to see a business that not only gives free drinks but is able to do it with such excellent customer service. The location was fairly small since it was on a corner, but killer service. They even let us get more than one flavor to try out!! Corporate was also there that morning to check out things and they were excited to see that we utilizes their special day and invited us back to Jamba Juice! Hands down great service at this location especially when we didn't pay for a single drink nor did our kids tip. Went to Jamba juice yesterday morning purchased two Island Patiya bowls noticed fruit was a little wilted not the freshest called to let them know spoke to supervisor/manager Lina she was amazing polite and just had great customer service. She told me to throw them away come back either now or tomorrow morning she would replace them or she could give a full refund. She would honor whatever it was that made me happy was all that she was concerned about.
