Cookies and cream with all chocolate topping

Nice but felt rushed and very overpriced for about 17$ that's a lot for one cup ice cream

Ambiance: Grab 'n' go format. Seating area outside of Tutti Frutti in mall area. Service: Where are the workers? They appear a few minutes after you chill around the toppings area wondering where they are. Food: The flavors be aiiite. They have a decent selection of flavors, but out of all the flavors, usually only one is good. I really liked the cappuccino flavor. Everything else was either mehh or BLEHK. Price: Idk...but it came to a total of $17 for 3 bowls filled to near the brim of the bowl. Semi-pricey for yogurt? I think so. Tip: Dilly dally around topping area so that workers come out so that you can ask for sample cups and find that one flavor you like. Conclusion: Don't think I will be back.

BEWARE: I witnessed a customer use a spoon to taste-test the yogurt from the machine, put it in her mouth and then proceed to use the same spoon to taste 2 other flavors! I told the customer that it was disgusting and unsanitary to do so. She of course replied that there was nothing wrong with that. Ewww. I notified the employees and they were not at all concerned! I promptly returned the yogurt I had dispensed for myself and child. Will NEVER take the chance of eating their potentially tainted food! These employees need to be trained on public health and safety in food service! AAAANNNNDDDD: THEIR RECENT ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH INSPECTION DONE 1-25-18 IS ONLY A CONDITIONAL PASS!!

I chose the following flavors: Orange Sorbet; French Vanilla; TF Tart; Pink Lemonade. ... I might not get TF Tart again.

My wife and I bought some froyo on Saturday. I had been wanting to try this kiosk for some time. How it works here: http://melissathegreat.files.wordpress.com/2012/02/tutti-fruitti2.jpg. Froyo costs $.43/oz. No tax is added. Napkins and plastic spoons are available at the counter. Yo-Bowl is also at the mall. They charge $.38/oz. I would have saved $1.23 if I went there. The selection of toppings is better here, though. You also have more freedom (at the Yo-Bowl kiosk, the cashiers basically do everything). Anyway, I'll find out which froyo tastes better down the road (my wife is curious about Yo-Bowl too). I'm not sure (I wasn't able to find any helpful info online), but a small cup here may hold 12 oz. of froyo, and a large may hold 20 oz. (At other locations, there are typically 3 sizes to choose from.) My wife didn't add any toppings. She got a little over 9 oz. of froyo for $3.91 (she tried 2 flavors). I went crazy (I never buy froyo). My total was $10.58 (my cup weighed 24.6 oz.). I tried 6 of the 12 flavors and loaded up on toppings (I got about 20 oz. worth of froyo). Some people even stared at me (I, um, did share a little with my son- he was messing around, and so I ended up grabbing 3 spoons). I mainly found this to be funny. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/tutti-frutti-hayward?select=EkkKCU8D1eTQHZ7hLPYbzg#xEL8sF7HncCwXJ7IrKnLNQ: The kiosk is kind of small. Some people were in my way and vice versa (I think the woman in front of me found me to be a bit impatient- I said sorry to her at one point). Our cashier was quick and friendly (he looked like a young Trent Reznor in a happy mood). There were 3 employees total, but he was around the whole time. I like most of the music that's played here (cool instrumental songs are common). It tends, though, to be pretty loud. Some tables are outside the kiosk, as well as a general seating area, but my wife and I had to sit on a bench (the mall tends to be busy on Saturdays). The couple next to us shared some froyo (my wife and I initially thought that the guy was alone). Some syrups are by the register. I added some Creamy Caramel. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/tutti-frutti-hayward?select=LUv5uPzz7sC1agnMp0tLnA#LUv5uPzz7sC1agnMp0tLnA: I'm thankful for this photo. One of the jellies here looks like onion slices, and I didn't know the name for popping boba (I will get more of it next time- the pieces explode with flavor). My maraschino cherries were yummy. My son loved the tiny pieces of chocolate that I gave him (I laughed because of how cute they looked). The tiny Gummi Bears were a bit hard, but otherwise good (my son liked them, as well as the Gummi Worms). My sour belt was just okay. My grapes were cold, and I liked them even though they didn't quite taste like grapes. My pineapple pieces were too sweet for my taste. I should have helped myself to more strawberry slices. They were wonderful. My boysenberries were good (I felt bad when my son threw his on the ground). The dry toppings here are probably fine, but I basically avoided them (most people around me did too). http://tfyogurt.com/home/creamca/: Some of the flavors here can't be found on the website. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/tutti-frutti-hayward?select=EkkKCU8D1eTQHZ7hLPYbzg#EkkKCU8D1eTQHZ7hLPYbzg: Orange Delight is now called Orange Sorbet. Score: 8/10. Strong in taste, but not very orangy (it's hard to explain). TF Tart: 8/10. I should have helped myself to some more (things should be spelled out for newbies like me- TF = Tutti Frutti). Cookie N Cream: 7/10. The flavor is misspelled here (it should be Cookies N Cream). Anyway, my wife isn't a fan either. As she said, "It tastes more like cookie than cream." Grape: 8/10. I can see why it's a Tart flavor. Anyway, I was pleased overall. French Vanilla: 8.5/10. Hell yeah. My wife and I love this flavor. We'll get it again next time. NSA Strawberry (I didn't realize at the time that NSA means No Sugar Added): 7/10. I wasn't impressed. Mine was slushy and didn't taste great. Some other flavors: Piña Colada; Death By Chocolate; Taro. My wife gives her froyo an 8/10. I think the flavors taste a bit weird overall. Still, I enjoyed my froyo and will definitely return. Date Tip: If your date wants you to share, say that you have some kind of a disease. If that doesn't work, just run away. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c5vJIAn1Rp8

I don't get why the workers are always here when they hav another station to attend to but it's would be best if they stay in their own stations. It's always a quick snack to grab n not very messy the times I'm always here. Many customers n not such long lines.

A friend & I met up at Southland and she wanted Tutti Fruitti so we shared one - I would say out of all the flavors that was provided only one stood out to me (which is kind of sad since I wish there were more flavors that were good). ..the only flavored I enjoyed from this time of the year was the praline and I will probably come back to get this flavor with the array of toppings they have (they have a pretty decent selection). But it is a fro-yo place that is close to home and if I am craving for some fro-yo and I really really want some, I guess I can come here to get some since it's not that bad. I do think it might be a bit expensive compared to some places in San Francisco, but I can't remember.

    Yum!

The ube thai tea sounded hella good and wanted to try it besides the iced turon latte and i was disappointed not gonna lie. This drink was separated from the actual main menu so it was their specialty. I did not taste the ube, it tasted hella watered down, not sweet at all, just straight sadness. The turon latte was okay, i didn't taste the turon, it tasted just like an iced latte. I also got the ube cookie and the cookie was better than the drinks. I would love to try this place again for a redemption if i were to come back to the area. But kind of iffy since 2 drinks kind of got me bummed out. Tungtungtungsahur rates 2/5

The gentleman standing to the right told me to order at the truck window. It made the world of difference as the ice cream was smooth and creamy, a mix of the cheesecake 'crust' with strawberries and bits of the cheesecake filling. I would get this again. Being a huge Magic shell fan, it wasn't enough and I didn't want to walk back to get another squirt of two for my remaining ice cream. Might be better with the more liquid or dry toppings. With summer almost upon us, this is a welcome addition to the Saturday market especially on the balmy warm Saturdays. I was in the area having my truck serviced, and had the unique opportunity to visit this place right when they opened at 11am. I don't go to Cold Stone Creamery locations too often. Their "super premium" ice cream is rich, decadent, and high in calories. But on a sunny Saturday, I decided to drop by and maybe try their coffee ice cream. It was 11:05 am and there was already a line! Only one young lady was working behind the counter. She told me she would serve me in a moment. Everything appeared fully stocked. Lots of cones and waffle cups. The place was clean and shiny. There's several small tables inside. When it was my turn, I asked the young lady what's good. She suggested all kinds of combinations depending on what I like. I decided to get: Regular Chocolate & Coffee, with coconut blended in. She offered me a free sample scoop of any flavor. I picked mint, and it was placed on top of the frosty blended ice cream (see photo). I gave her a $2 tip. While I was waiting, I asked to use the restroom. She came out to unlock it. It was clean and well stocked. The ice cream was super creamy and rich. The mint ice cream was easy to eat. But the blended coffee/ chocolate ice cream was almost frozen solid. It took awhile to finish eating it. It's okay, ice cream should be eaten slowly. It's a comfort food, it makes you feel good. Overall, I had a very nice experience here. Customer service and quality of ice cream get an A+ & 5-star score. I was told the ice cream is made on-site. Free parking in lot.
