Cinnabon cinnamon rolls are so sinful and delicious and will always be one of my favorite desserts. We went there yesterday because I was craving for Cinnabon rolls and the staff were very friendly. We tried and bought the the 9 piece caramel pecanbon minibons and they were so delicious. But I still prefer the classic cinnamon rolls which I will order next time. Haven't been to Cinnabon in a long time, but had a craving for one. They used to be so massive I'd have to save half. Now the rolls are smaller, but more expensive. The way mine was cut it was missing half of the outer ring. YES. I want my full cinnamon roll for $7. Nothing really compares to a decadent, calorie-worthy cinnamon roll like Cinnabon. I bought a large cinnamon roll a few months ago and it was very delicious. The roll was flaky and chewy. The icing was perfect.

I'm a huge fan of anything cinnamon, so no surprise I like cinnamon rolls. I usually get the Center of the Roll because let's admit it, that's the best part. However, they really shocked me with their Cookie BonBite. Definitely recommend purchasing and perhaps sharing with someone. read more

The food & snacks here are great of course because it's made by Cinnabon. However the staff aren't friendly and they always seem to be out of everything. The new drinks they've been advertising I can't even seem to try because they never have them available. The food is rarely prepared as well and only can order certain items. Today I was passing by and saw they finally had a few Cinnabon originals available in the prepared food area. As we were standing all in one line, it finally was my turn to order and they opened up two lines. The man behind me rushed up and snatched the very last Cinnabon Original from the tray that I had been so patiently waiting for. Somehow the person behind me was served first and I was absolutely given the short end of that stick. I asked about the drinks on their display and of course they weren't available. So after all of that I wasn't able to actually order anything at all. I left without spending a dollar. The staff didn't seem to mind that fact. She was kind enough to share it with me and my family (my son loves sweets, and so he was quickly persuaded to stop running around the mall). I could have used a fork, but I devoured the sizable piece that I was given with my hands. It didn't take my wife or son long to finish their pieces either. So disappointed in Cinnabon today. I come here at least once a week and buy a box and per usual I went here to pick up and the cashier said we are not making any boxes today. Wth ?! I said well can you make one the lady said no. How come? It's 5pm you close at 7pm it doesn't make any sense. She was rude about it like do you job lady. Than she suggested I buy 6 individual Cinnabon's and pay $35 for it like lady why would I do that the box I buy is $17. I got some cinna sticks from here and it tasted like pretzel dough, it tasted stale like it was old. When I looked at it the dough was thick and dense. It is usually light and fluffy, melt in your mouth....kinda like churros with a crispy outside. I get these all the time and got 5 damn orders of it so I was not happy. I went back to ask for a different/newer batch and I got nothing but attitude...the worst part is I watched the lady take them out of my bag and put it back in a cup ( which is how they display them in the case to sell) instead of throwing them away.... after I already walked off with them, went to my car and came back 5 mins later. After a long day of shopping at Macy's, me and my party rolled over to Cinnabon and I had a terrible experience. I was excited, at first, because there was a deal on buy three pecan rolls and receive the fourth for free. As she was preparing my rolls, I asked her to fill up my water bottle (which I provided) because I needed to take medication. She said she couldn't do that but could fill up a cinnabon cup with water as long as I paid for the cup. Stating that she couldn't fill up my water bottle for reasons UNdisclosed. I could have walked to a water fountain, but I'm thinkin' I just paid damn near $15.00 for these cinnamon rolls and I couldn't even get a free cup of water??? Believe I'm filing a report with cinnabon headquarters. I won't be coming here again. I wouldn't have even given this place one star but my Pecan rolls were good. read more

So, there is this lovely little Cinnabon stand in Southland Mall now which was not there on my previous visit. After an appointment, my mom and I decided to grab coffee and a snack at the Cinnabon. We ordered the Center of the Roll which was quite luscious and not too heavy on the icing. As for beverages, my mom got a coffee while I chose the cinnamon roll iced coffee. I appreciated that their iced coffee had just the right amount of sweetness and cinnamon. We also ended up purchasing their Valentine's Day heart-shaped box of cinnamon rolls -- so cute! So I ask if she could just pack up what is left in to a complete box and sell it to me. She says no, because they have to have something to sell for the rest of the night. What a crock of sh__. The Staff here is a little rude sometimes but only some of them, a larger lady that is always there is not very nice or patient. But i don't even care, The snacks are all to die for! The coffee is cheap and strong, just like i like it! And i get a small discount because i work in the mall! Double score! When you want a good cinamon roll from a chain store this is as good as it gets. We use their frequent card which they no longer offer. They don't have much of an area or tables to sit and eat but we always get to go. I have found it's best if you can get them right from the oven rather than sitting out for a few hours but that's not always possible. read more

Someone accidentally knocked down my drink and it was all over the floor. I didn't want some one slipping on it so I informed this lady working there. She was the only old fat lady besides the other teenagers. She looked at me rolled her eyes and said something in Spanish to one of the younger workers!
