Arrived at 7:45am and there was no line. The parking lot is small, but I was able to find a spot in front of the shop. The shop is small. I would expect to order and take your donuts elsewhere instead of enjoying them there. The cases contained a variety of donuts, danishes, and croissants. They offer many of the donut classics. I decided to order a dozen donut holes. I paid $3.50, which was pretty cheap in my opinion. I've seen $6+ for a dozen donut holes at other places in the bay. They tasted good. They weren't any special, but they fulfilled my craving. Service was okay. The person seemed annoyed at me when I asked if they took card, but I think that's because they thought that I was asking if they take Apple Pay. They told me that they do NOT take Apple Pay and I can confirm that they do take card! If you want to support a local business to fulfill your donut needs, Lee's Donuts is a decent option.

Unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. This isn't based on one bad experience--the cashier is rude and unfriendly every single time I visit. As a regular customer, it's discouraging to be greeted with the same cold attitude every visit. A simple smile, greeting, or friendly attitude would make a huge difference. If the customer service matched the quality of the donuts, this would easily be a 5-star review. Great food deserves great customer service, and right now the two just don't match.

Stumbled upon World's Fare Donuts and knew it was the spot to be at as soon as we walked in, saw a long line, every table was taken with people enjoying coffee, donuts and doing their lotto scratchers. Line moved quickly, but you definitely felt the pressure to know what you wanted when it was your turn. Prices are a bit cheaper than most donut shops in the bay area. While we only tried a Maple Bar, Raised Crumb and 3 dozen donut holes (under $10), I wanted to try so many of the other flavors. The Maple bar wasn't your traditional light brown color, it was more yellow which threw us off. The raised crumb had more flavor than other places that I've tried. Great consistency and fluff in the donuts. It appears they have a lot of self serve coffee options and a full wall of lotto scratchers. My in-laws would love it here since this is their thing.

Lol Filling were lightly sweet (which I prefer) and hints of each flavor...my fave was the espresso: custardy, creamy, coffee flavored with the next being the pumpkin. Guava has a very mild flavor and could've used a tad more flavor but it was good! All lightly dusted with granulated sugar *** 4 - 4.5 stars *** I would recommend picking up your order when they're ready as no fried item tastes as good as it sits and best when they're fresh...I picked up mine about 12:30 and 1/2 of the sugar was melted and exterior got a little greasy but still a yummy product! Unfortunately, you can not walk into Denica's expecting to get some malasadas...must go to Instagram and DM her your order which will set you back $12/3. Yeah, yeah will log in for food! Flavors change weekly! Enjoy!

When the opportunity presented itself, I came by today for the first time. The decor was mediocre but I was here for a take out order so my review will be strictly on the taste of the mochi donut itself. Mochi donut (Macha & Strawberry flavored) - 5 out of 5 They were fluffy and chewy in texture. Compared to your regular donut, it's just a different style of donut altogether. There is not actual mochi in the donut itself just a mental note. The sweetness wasn't overpowering which I liked and they're extremely fresh. Compared to the ones they offer in Osaka Marketplace, this one blows them out of the park. For any type of donuts, I general look for two things: 1. Are they fresh (if they aren't, you can generally tell from the dough being tougher if no other additives are placed in the dough) 2. The sugar toppings (If they place a heavier emphasis on sugar, I usually stay away since I'm more focused on the flavor instead) Service - 3 out of 5 The lady over the counter was a bit slow. She was on the phone when I came in and it took her about 10 minutes to finish her conversation before she was able to get to us. I think it was a phone order? It looked like she's the only person taking orders since the other workers saw us but kept on doing whatever they were doing. If you don't mind waiting a little like myself, it's a definite must try if you enjoy a chewier textured type of dough in your donuts or would just like to give a new type of donut a try. I don't usually judge too hard on the service staff in places like these since they're mostly mom and pop owned. Understand that when we come, they're just trying to do their best with what they've got is all we can ask for. Ultimately, the food takes home the win and Mochinut here did exactly that for me. They seemed to be Vietnamese owned since they sell other Vietnamese items here as well so keep that in mind. I'll definitely keep this place in mind when I'm feeling like a mochi donut again in the future!

It's small but cozy and clean. I wanted to try all of the flavors - regular, chili oil scallion, and corn cheese. The regular was the best out of the other two in my opinion since it was simple but the bread could have been crisper even though it was warmed up. The other two flavors were very oily and too heavy. Glad I finally tried it, but I think I'm just going to stick to their macaroons.
