I come here often. The interior is very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly. I usually ask for my drinks less sweetened because the regular sweetness level is too much. The doughnuts are never stale or old. The wait time is not too bad either. read more

So slow. I left my house 30 minutes early just to try and get there before I went to work (which is less than 5 minutes away from dunkin) I waited in line ( which there were only 2 cars ahead of me) for at least 10 minutes without ever getting to the microphone to order! I then attempted to call and the phone rang no less than 20 times before getting disconnected. Always wanted a dunkin in my neighborhood but NEVER expected them to be this slow. Let me start by saying I know this place is new and expect that they would still be working out the kinks. However, the experience I just had was terrible and there's no excise for it. I did a mobile order and when I got there stood at the mobile order up pick up. The two people working the front (at 8:45 on a Saturday!) refused to make eye contact or acknowledge me. Maybe they assumed I was some crazy person who decided to skip the line (out the door) and just hang out by the mobile pick up. After 15 minutes of holding my screaming toddler ( this is why I do mobile order) two more people finally come out of the back. I ask for some help and after looking at my receipt on my phone I'm told they are out of the donuts I ordered (glazed, WTF how can you be out of those?!) and I said just give me anything at this point. I was told that there was something wrong with my app as the order dId not come through, even though I received my receipt. So essentially this is my fault? I am assuming it is considering how I received these donuts. I will not give them a second chance as this was unacceptable. read more

RUDE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went there this morning and the shift leader named ELVIS was outrageously rude. I received cold bagel minis so i came back and let them know the inside was still frozen. It was like a rock. The very first thing to come out of his mouth WASNT an apology or anything he goes "i literally just made those" and he had an attitude. I had to knock this rock hard bagel mini on the table and rip it in half for him to go in the back and make new ones. Then when he finally came out to give me the new ones, he handed them to me to check if they were cold WHICH THEY WERE. He proceeded to ARGUE with me and when i told him he can feel them for himself if he doesn't believe me he told me "i don't want to touch them because i don't want your virus". Not only was he being extremely rude and difficult he was getting loud and was refusing to provide me with HIS managers information. It got to the point where i just asked for my money back. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. STRAIGHT UP BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The whole thing could have been resolved with a simple "I'm sorry somethings seems to be wrong with our oven" but instead he wants to be rude and disrespectful af. I wish i could give less than 1 star for my review. The customer service i received today was just AWFUL. I don't know how somebody with such bad customer service skills has a shift leader position.... he's beyond disrespectful. His "i don't want your virus" comment was BEYOND RUDE. And have an attitude with me right off the bat. What is there to lie about? Maybe try checking your oven before you get mad at me. The situation was handled so poorly and it still is. The only reason why I gave this donut place a 5-star rating ahead of time it's because Dunkin Donuts has a very long history with me as a customer since I was 13 years old back in 1980 in the Philippines!. Their customer service is unparalleled and unrivaled Donuts unbelievably delicious and this joint was already established back in my former home country 40 years ago!. I was excited to see this location was finally open, I usually drive to Fremont for the Munchkin donut holes. I was disappointed that they didn't have any of the jelly filled nor the original ones at 4:30pm! I asked if they would be making more since they close at 10 and was told no more would be made until tomorrow. So only bought a few as opposed to the amount I was gonna get. So normally I visit the Oakland site however this morning I went to Hayward. As SOON as I walked in I was greeted. It's cold out so I did a little dance when I walked in and one of the staff members made a joke about how cold it was out. I've come here 3 times and each time I leave before I can buy any. Each time ONE person was in front of me while 3-4 employees were there (one making coffee and the other helping customer in front). The other 1-2 people just stand there and stare at me. I have no issue waiting for my turn but is 5+ mins normal and not a single person could acknowledge me by saying something like, "Be with you in a min." Done trying this place out. I went here on Friday September 23rd and my grand baby got some donuts and the next day green throw up was everywhere. I should've left when I saw roaches scattered all around looking for food, there was also flys in the display case . I should've left when I had a chance, and what really caught my eyes is when I saw black mold growing from the walls. I don't know if that's what my grand baby got sick. The air vents had spiders hanging up from them. The employees had no mask and no gloves when making my drinks and grabbing my donuts. The teenager that served me was awfully rude and my drinks were extremely sloppy. She charged me four times for two drinks, and when I complained about it she just stared me down. I also ordered a bagel and it had mold growing from it. I ordered 24 donuts, 2 black coffees and one bagel. The teenager did nothing about my bagel with mold. The inside of this place is extremely clean. Their coffee machines literally shine. You can see your reflection in them. And it smells nice and fresh inside. The worker was really nice and the manager has a great sense of humor. He was able to tell me about all of the donuts and what was popular based off of what people had been ordering. I moved to Hayward from Boston, where the original Dunkin location still stands! We have a location at every corner over there, sometimes 2 right across from each other. Needless to say I've been to many many Dunkin Donuts throughout my life. Gotta say, this Dunkin is one of the cleanest with one of the best service. Our first time ever at a Dunkn. Once we walked in everyone (staff) were loud and it seemed like they were busy. I looked around the eating area and saw just a few people and ALL tables were dirty. I thought to myself maybe thedrive through is slammed but then they don't have one! Ha. So that was kinda odd. Anyway..we stood there at the front register. And stood there. Stood there. An employee came to the register and said to a co-worker that she's clocking out. Finally a little lady behind the donuts asked "what do you want". Ok.. Picked out what we wanted. Sat down and started eating. You see employees coming in and out front the front door. I figured cool, they're all on break.
