Big, yummy, fluffy and crispy variety of donuts made fresh everyday and sold at this small local business. Sharing space with a good number of small shops, there's plenty of parking and activities to fill up your morning or afternoon or simply to just complete your errands. The shop itself is decent sized and hosts a few seats and tables for dine in, however, it was pretty quiet when we went in the afternoon just before closing time. The place is pretty clean and they have a huge display case for their donuts of the day. They do also serve drinks but although they've advertised boba, they do not currently have boba available. They do have your typical coffee drinks and Vietnamese coffee for those you want something stronger. We first heard about this donut shop through Too Good To Go and had a great experience with their donut variety and quality. The donuts we got included cake and fried dough versions and were topped with sugar, sprinkles, frosting, or coconut flakes. They were all delicious and filling for their size! Cinnamon sugar old fashioned - I am a sucker for old fashioned donuts and this one hits the spot! Crispy exterior, fluffy interior, and light sweetness due to the sugar was divine. Glazed old fashioned - Well done! Glaze was not too sweet and the donut retained its fluffy interior. Strawberry frosting cake donut - This was a tasty change up to your typical fruity flavored donut. The cake base made this hearty yet the fruity frosting lifted the weight a bit and balanced the richness of each bite. Plus it's pink and beautiful! Chocolate frosting cake donut with sprinkles - Fun sprinkles to lighten up your day while devouring the richness in the chocolate frosting and cake base. Not my typical go to but it was good! Vanilla frosting with sprinkles - I'm not a fan of vanilla but I did give this a try and it was good! Bright colors as with most sprinkles and light, fluffy dough base made it a pleasant treat. Chocolate frosting cake donut with coconut flakes - I despite coconut flakes on anything but still gave this one a try. The chocolate helped balance the coconut out and made it tolerable for me. The coconut added a bit of texture to each bite which paired well with the cake base. Pretty filling and if you're a coconut lover, this might be the one for you. Not me though! Glazed original - Classic! Airy, fluffy and lightly sweet. Perfection! We were a bit donutted out but we did get a glimpse at other items they carried. They have HUGE croissants that you could order just as featured or make it a croissant-wich. Also if you're a bear claw fan, the ones they have are gigantic! Overall, Fairway Park Donuts carry all your favorites and executed them well at a very fair price. The owner communicates well and is friendly. The space is well maintained and the location is convenient for commuters. If you happen to come here for the indoor playground with your kids, this is a nice place to go beforehand to top up your caffeine and grab a quick bite. Hope to be back here soon to try their other goodies!

Love coming here for the breakfast sandwiches and donuts! This visit I ordered the First Class sandwich on wheat bread for the first time and it's my new favorite! Really tasty and filling.

Great little gem. Our glazed old fashioned and glazed donuts were great, even at mid afternoon. They have a heft to them but aren't heavy in a bad way. Friendly staff. Will have to try their sandwiches next time.

This place is 3 miles away from me. There are 3 donut shops less than a mile where I live. That alone should tell you something! Lol This place gives you extra love and attention with their great customer service and extra donut holes! Their donuts are soo fluffy and delicious that when I brought in a box to work, it was gone before I was able to get myself one and everyone was asking me where I got them at. Every time I come by, whether it be a weekday or weekend, they are always busy with people coming in and out.

I only bought the sandwich and three donuts but the lady was so nice she gave a couple more. Actually my first time buying here and they have good quality of food. Thank you!

Ask the Community - Fairway Park Donuts

Did Fairway Donuts change owners as of Nov 2022? I haven't seen the usual family there and a lot has changed!

Yes this shop has changed ownership. The owner also in 2024 changed the cook who has been making donuts there for over 14years...it's sad they had to let it go.

But don't think there are multiple locations...yet. Upon receiving my sandwiches, it was wrapped in a paper with their company logo, and from a quick glance it is super similar to the Jersey Mikes logo in terms of color, so it has a real familiar vibe. No hate just an observation. This used to be another restaurant (maybe even several) on the edge of an industrial zone/business park, but also not too far from several shopping strips. There's spacious seating inside, but in the later afternoon when I went, nobody was eating in. But quite a few take-out and third party pick-ups. I even saw a poster showcasing their catering aspect for common work lunches on the company dime. Good for them. Niles Canyon ($14.50/4*) I opted to up this to their combo meal which includes a bag of chips and a soda for another $5. So this was easily a $20 lunch meal without tipping yet. Pricey yes, but not because they are pricier than most, but that is just the going rate for eating a meal outside these days. $15 - $20 per person are common and anything under $15 is now considered cheap eats and getting harder to run into. This sandwich had slightly warmed up deli turkey that when stacked with the swiss cheese slices, kinda softened the cheese. It wasn't ooey gooey but the cheese wasn't firm and cold either. There was another layer of prosciutto as well which wasn't too noticeable but did add another dimension. I chose to go with the full produce choice, as I love the freshness of veggies to go with meat sandwiches. There was also a layer of fresh avo slices which lent a creamy richness to the bites. I tried one of their sliced breads to go for this sandwich, as I tried a sourdough roll for another sandwich that I got to-go for my work lunch the next day. That way I got to sample their bread offerings. Their sliced marbled rye bread is thick sliced, very soft and moist with a good bread chew. They use a good bread supplier for sure. On top of mayo and mustard which is common, they also put their Bomb Sauce which seems like a garlic-y spread of sorts. I can definitely smell it, but the taste isn't overly strong. I'd say super similar to Mr Pickles. Prosciutto Sandwich ($13/4*) This was an all-cold traditional sandwich. I took a couple of bites there to see how it was fresh from the counter, and I ate the rest the next day at work. I gotta say I liked it better the next day as all the flavors melded more together. Even tho the veggies get a bit mushier, I've always liked a well dressed salad sensation in sandwiches, kinda like a Muffeletta sandwich where it is refrigerated overnight, meant to be eaten the next day. Their prosciutto isn't the old school imported version, or at least I've never had one quite like it. I'm assuming a domestic version, even seemed more like cappicola to me as I sensed a tinge of fennel up in there. So pretty satisfied with my first visit. I'll definitely get sandwiches here again for work or day trip lunches. Pretty much on the same level as Togo's or Mr. Pickles, but just more local. With sandwich names as The Quarry Lakes, The Decoto and The Dumbarton, just pulls on my local lovin' heartstrings. Props.

The bulgogi was flavorful and the sauce that came with it was really tasty too. The veggies gave it a nice crunch. I enjoyed the cucumber, but the carrots didn't seem as fresh. First thing that surprised me was the size - it was certainly on the smaller side, especially compared to other sandwich places. Understandably their price is more affordable, but next time I would probably just size up. Flavor-wise, the sandwiches themselves tasted great and I had no complaints there. The issue was the bread. The Dutch crunch was a literal ROCK. On my first bite I actually had to stop and take the sandwich apart just to eat it more comfortably. I thought maybe it was just one, but both sandwiches had the same issue. Dutch crunch is usually a bit firm, but this was on another level. The mac salad and potato salad were solid for what they are, maybe a little more sour than I prefer, but still enjoyable. Huge props to the staff though. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Regarding the viet coffee, this one was particularly strong, with a definite higher proportion of coffee to condensed milk that doesn't offend but also risks being a bit TOO strong (wild to say that when all viet coffee at its core is strong).
