Today, I decided to switch things up and try their Genmaicha Matcha, and it did not disappoint! You can taste the subtle, nutty, toasted rice flavor infused with the matcha. It's smooth, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. I ordered mine with 30% sugar, and it was perfect! The owner is also incredibly nice and always so informative about their drinks. You can genuinely tell how much thought, creativity, and experimentation go into developing each drink. They really put effort into perfecting their recipes, and it shows in both the presentation and taste! I also love their baked popcorn chicken! I appreciate that they bake it instead of frying it, making it a slightly healthier alternative. I do wish they had more food options, although I haven't explored their entire menu yet.
