Had high expectations but there was little to rave over. The mimosas weren't good. The crab cake was mushy and the peppers inside were raw. The ribeye was med on the side but well done on the majority. The manager dud offer a refire but we just asked for it to come off the check. Enjoyed the home fries though they weren't well done as requested. Challah bake french toast was ok, couldve used more butter, felt more like toast then french bread/kinda dry. They literally put a teensy strawberry piece on as garnish (what was the point). Garlic parmesan wings were cool my friend didnt like them also didn't vome well done as requested. The thai chili was a nice flavor. For an automatic 18% gratuity (we both tipped above, it wasn't the waitress fault, it was the cooks) I'd prefer more consistent service. Manager was accommodating to the feedback, the staff said it was an "off" day. I wouldn't personally go out my way to revisit but you never know maybe the weekends are better. We were staying in an AirBnb down the street, and were in search of an easy breakfast before the football game. We got take out, so I can't speak to the service. But the food was good and the menu creative. We had a breakfast bowl, which was really cheesy gooey goodness on top of potatoes. We had a breakfast quesadilla, biscuit and gravy and then a breakfast pretzel. Everything was excellent, except the pretzel. The pretzel is just ok. It's sort of dry and doesn't really come with anything "wet" to help it out. The biscuit and gravy was my fav. Overall, I'd definitely try it out again to see what else is on the menu. read more

Please listen when I say save your money. The service is lacking and the food is not great especially for the price point. Upon arrival it was a 35 minute wait which ended up being more so an hour. I ordered the egg Benny and it was whatever and honestly lacking seasoning. I also ordered two mimosas and both times it took about ten minutes for me to get my mimosa. The service was incredibly lacking and my waiter was not at all personable. For the price point, you're better off getting a cheaper meal at hangover easy--at least you know you'll eat a cheap meal that HITS every time. The cleaning product they use after someone eats is also incredibly strong. It was very hard to ignore the smell. read more

Well worth the wait. When we got there, there was about a 30 minute wait. They require you to wait outside since the host stand is only a few feet from the door. Everything is spaced out appropriately and seems like they're taking appropriate COVID precautions. There are SO many mimosa options and you can "drunch it up" by adding a shot of liquor for an additional $5. Kind of expensive (each mimosa ends up being $15; meanwhile I could get a bottle service at Forno for similar pricing.) The cheese sticks were stuffed with bacon and cheddar and was wonderful. The woahnuts were also delicious and I want them on a sundae. I got the avocado bennie and it was just what I wanted. However, if you get the biscuits and gravy, be warned that it is topped with A LOT of shredded cheese. read more

I'm really surprised they only have 3 stars. My friends and I came for brunch on a Sunday. There was a 45min wait but you could wait in your car until they called you. They do take your temp and give you hand sanitizer before seating you. The service was great although I do not recall my servers name. They have some pretty great drinks. The mimosas and the grilled pineapple cocktail were awesome. Now for the food. If you like french toast, get the Challah Back. It was so good we ordered 2! I'll be getting this every single time I come 5/5! The shrimp and grits were ok. I wouldn't say the shrimp were blackened...more like seared and in a gumbo style sauce on top of the grits. It was good but not great 3/5. Breakfast quesadilla was so good 5/5. It'll be hard not to get it again but I really want to try other things on the menu. The loaded home fries were great too! Picture a skillet with nice sized seasoned cut potatoes with eggs, cheese and bacon on top 5/5. Breakfast waffle was good if you like the combo of waffle, sausage, cheese and eggs in each bite 4/5. Came on in to give this place a try. I thought the atmosphere would be "vibish" but damn this place is LOUD!!!! Definitely not a relaxing ambiance or a place for a date. I was honestly stressed out the whole time. From the make-shift benches with a piece of stained plywood on the back to the sporadic service. I think this would be my first and only time. We were rushed from the moment we walked in To the food... Not memorable, maple syrup was cold and the French toast was $14 for 8 small pieces (no side included). Menu was small to say the least. Came here today (Sunday ~ noon) with a friend visiting from out of town. The parking lots in the front and back of the restaurant were full, so we parked on the street. We called ahead of time to see if there was a wait, and the hostess said about 30 mins. We decided to come anyways, hoping it wouldn't actually be that long. When we arrived, the hostess offered to seat us at a table with another couple if we didn't want to wait. We agreed, but I'm not entirely sure the other couple knew we'd be seated there, as they looked confused when we sat down. The restaurant was very busy. I was hoping to order a coffee, but their only options were black hot coffee and cold brew without any milk/flavoring (only creamer), so I decided against it. For food, I got the drunch bagel, which I enjoyed. My friend got a frittata and also ordered a breakfast burger to go. I have been here a few times and have never had a good experience. A friend wanted to try it out this-morning and I decided to give it a shot again. The food was okay. Mostly cold but tasted good. The service was absolutely terrible. I feel like because the servers know they are getting 18% GRATUITY regardless of the experience and service, it gives them an excuse to just not care about the service at all. And leave you waiting for way too long to be spoken. Not once were we asked if the food was good or if we needed anything. They also still live in the Covid days. Everything so closed in and very scattered. The atmosphere was decent. Although we were ignored for almost 25 mins. We finally got service. Our server didn't greet us for 30 mins. Then we waited another 30 mins after 2 people got food and left the other just sitting there without letting her know what was going on with the wait for food. Mind you. It was eggs and bacon. Went in hungry and didn't look at the prices. (None found should have been my warning) $75 bucks for 3 for breakfast is, in my book excessive. Tried a new spot on a busy Saturday and found it survivable but not worth the cost. Found parking easy enough even with the area and were able to be seated right away. The rambling of new rules and regulations wasn't to surprising but the following constant checking on us to clear plates and so on was code for "eat fast and leave" Nice staff over all. Food was hot and came right away but not an experience I will repeat. No alcohol or extreme request just a very loud and an expensive breakfast. I enjoyed my time at Drunch with a peach mimosa and crab cake Benedict. They had a variety of different flavors for mimosas, including the Apple Cider mimosa, which my girlfriend got. The brunch menu had a lot of good options and the hostess recommended the crab cake Benedict. The eggs were poached perfectly, crab cake was seasoned, and the hollandaise sauce had a nice kick. Went there for brunch on Sunday. I'm a big fan of french toast and promise myself that I'll go every where that have french toast on the menu. I was so excited to get the Banana bread french toast, I don't know about my husband food, he said it was good but a little too much :P Back to my french toast, I'd say my first bite was delicious, but when I kept eating I feel how dry it was. The bread was good but I think it need more watery! If it could be banana caramelized or banana syrup would be great! Extra whipped cream will be excellent and if can top with some crunchy nuts....ummmmmm would be supper yummy. AMAZING is literally an understatement! I was beyond impressed with everything about this place from the atmosphere to the service and food. It was amazing all around! Move over, every other Short North brunch spot because I definitely have a new favorite . For starters, I appreciated their COVID precautions as I am usually super anxious with indoor seating but they required everyone to have temperature taken, and sanitize. They also limited floor traffic and had two separate doors for entry/exit. Also, in addition to that, they're currently doing automatic gratuity on orders to ensure that servers and staff are taken care of during the pandemic. I absolutely love that, but just a heads up for others!! Now for the food, literally a 10/10. I got the Drunch Mimosa and it was good. For my meal I had the Crab Cake Bennie and it was so good (would HIGHLY recommend) and fresh tasting! Met a few friends here this past week. The place was moderately busy with a large party seated near us. We were greeted and received water promptly but the good service ended there. Thirty minutes in, a manager came by and asked if it was our first time there and then promoted their new location in Hilliard. I had to mention that we had not even been asked for our food orders yet. In another 5 minutes, the server came to take the orders and we had our food in less than 10. The food was delicious but it was delivered 45 minutes from when we had sat down! In addition the place was loud and the bathroom was messy and needed attention. I'd recommend take out or door dash if you'd like to try the food. Oh and they automatically add 18% gratuity to every check!! read more

ROUND TWO with Drunch. The brightly lit, open, football-on-the-tv kind of hipster diner. I really, really, want to like this place. The whole premise is clearly aimed at me - but as I've often found with eateries, they fucking nail the appetizers but their main courses flounder. I blame myself - the first time I came, I got avocado fries and a bennie. The avocado fries were unique and different, and memorable. I only *think* I had the Bennie last time. This time - breakfast egg rolls (brekkin' delicious) and steak and eggs. I ignored that inner voice where my friend said "I come for the ...chicken... and... something" (chicken and waffles? fried chicken bennie?) - I simply was not impressed with the steak and eggs. They committed the cardinal sin of steak - and drowned it in sauce. The bone-in was mixed in with the steak and sauce, making it hard to figure out what was meat and what wasn't. It was just... disappointing for the price. So... service continues to be amazing here. Attentive, friendly, the right amount of chat and "leave me to stuffing my face." The appetizers? Amazing. The entrees? I'll have to come back sooner to do chicken and waffles, because for the price point - the steak and eggs was NOT worth it. But I want to like them, I really do. read more

This place has such a unique vibe for a breakfast/brunch joint! My boyfriend and I both ordered mimosas, him the original and me the strawberry lemonade. Mine tasted like a Mikes hard but it was still good! We also got the wownuts which were super cute little bite sized donuts with sprinkles and drizzles! I ordered the fried chicken benny and let me tell you, this was a GAME CHANGER. I have never seen fried chicken with an eggs benedict and I was soo excited to try it out. This did not disappoint! It was delicious!! My boyfriend got the gumbo bowl and he loved it also. We were both quiet the entire meal because we couldn't stop eating. Staff were so nice and welcoming also! The food was ok. Nothing special. Unfortunately, the service was spotty although the waitress was friendly. I'd ordered something off their monthly special menu that took way too long to arrive. My companion had nearly finished her food before mine finally came out despite the host and waitress telling me multiple times "it's coming ". In the meantime, a runner brought us a French toast dish we did not order three different times. When the bill arrived we were charged for the unordered dish; not the dish that I had ordered. When I asked about it I was told the price was the same and I was charged correctly. Maybe I was, but at least the mystery of the French toast dish showing up three times was solved.
