Great service and very attentive. Clean atmosphere. Was able to sit outside during Easter and everything was clean. Shared the blue cheese chips and ordered the crab cake Benedict. Honestly amazing crab cake, I was pleasantly surprised. The egg was poached perfectly. Only complaint was that it comes with a side salad...which is just lettuce with a lemony vinaigrette, but it was my fault for not asking for a side of potatoes. My partner got the breakfast burrito, and it was also great. I am not normally a chorizo person but it was used extremely well, and mot overly salty. Portions sizes were perfect for us to eat and still have some leftover the next morning.

Still enjoy this spot at Bridge Park and their house made chips. I went for lunch this time and had the Caesar salad topped with salmon. Service was slow despite the fact they weren't busy.

I ordered the green Chili Cheeseburger and it was spectacular. The fruit was OK. Of course it looked pretty but unripe honeydew melon is not an asset to any fruit salad. It's easy to tell, too, It's hard and has no taste so note to the kitchen: use something else - anything else - besides hard unripe honeydew. But that was the only downside to the dinner. Our waiter was actually pretty amazing: he didn't even need to write anything down and he remembered everything perfectly. We all got our correct orders and correct checks.

Went to the Dublin cap city after many years! We went around 2:30pm for a late lunch, and the restaurant was very quiet and chill, which I loved, and the service was excellent. The food was divine and really hit the spot. The Philly cheesesteak was so tender and flavorful, and the lava cake killed me and sent me to heaven. I will definitely keep cap city higher on my list of places to go!

Went to the bar for happy hour on a Thursday night. The bar was packed but we found two seats!! We got a few beers and apps. It was a fun night. The service was Great too!! Appreciate this lovely restaurant!

More great experiences at Cap City! Most recently my brother made a surprise trip to Cbus so we celebrated his birthday early. I grabbed a reservation for that evening at 6 pm. He enjoyed his burger and my mom & I enjoyed fish & chips. Next time I want to try the chocolate cake!

I went here to just get dessert and it's a really cool vibe. The ambiance is old style city diner. I was greeted and got my order taken quickly by the hostess. Really didn't have to wait too long to get my slice of carrot cake. Carrying it back to my hotel was hard. It weighed a lot. The cake is a very healthy piece. I had just eaten at another Cameron Mitchel restaurant and since they did not have e any desserts I wanted the waitress there recommended I go to Cap City. Now one of my all time favorite carrot cakes is ocean primes. The cap city is totally different. It's very dense and not moist. It overall had a good flavor. The icing is pretty thick and almost like fondant. Overall I'll try and eat Ed's again but probably will avoid the carrot cakes

There's just something so incredible about Cap City. Everybody always loves it. I have been in love with the meatloaf, and was finally able to convince myself to try something new. The All American cheeseburger was delicious. The service is always fantastic. The Bridge Park location is very nice.

Cute place, delicious food and the Rum Runner drink was awesome! We had the warm pretzel for the appetizer (warm honey mustard & beer cheese were yummy!) We ordered the cheeseburger/fries and meatloaf/mashed potatoes (their "signature dish").

Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Pie

You know, I've been to Cap City at least 4 times now, and each time I find myself wondering why locals seem to like it so much. Is it the Cameron Mitchell name? is it nostalgia? Is it the service? Okay the service here is actually really great, the waiters and waitresses are responsive, quick, and friendly. The diner vibe is cool, somewhat moody lighting, loud, but clean. My issue is the food. I can't seem to find anything there I like. The calamari is typically a safe starter for me, this time though, it was mushy. I've ordered the pork twice and it's just a little too sweet for me. The burgers were fine, my fries were cold and stale, they did make me a new batch but they were also stale. The beef kabobs are okay, not terrible, not great, just..fine. The least picky eater of the family wound up not finishing his dish and opting to not take it home either. Make of that what you will.

Warm pretzel with beer cheese & honey mustard

4.5 Found good reviews and went in to try for the first time. Ordered some cocktails and apps and split the meatloaf dinner. The new pizza rolls were really good; however, it is a loaf form that pulls apart. Warm pretzel was great but I personally did not care for their version of honey mustard. The place was busy but Joe, waiter, was attentive. Plenty of seating. Clean. Cool vibe. Portions of meatloaf were huge; even split. Recommend!!

My family and I dined at The Pearl Dublin on December 23rd to celebrate my cousin's birthday while…read moreshe was visiting from Montreal. While there were a few minor service issues, our server was kind and attentive and acknowledged the celebration with complimentary desserts, which we truly appreciated. After dinner, my cousin and I went to wash our hands and use the restroom. At the time, all stalls were occupied and one was out of service, so we waited. When a stall opened, my cousin kindly let me go first. I finished and stood outside the stalls waiting for her for about three minutes. During that time, I noticed several people going in and out of the restroom area. I also saw a man sitting in a chair along the hallway wall near the stalls, hunched over. Shortly after, a woman exited the restroom and grabbed him to leave. I thought nothing of it and minded my own business. I also observed the executive chef enter one of the restroom stalls. When my cousin exited, she mentioned that the stall smelled strongly of smoke and that three girls had exited the stall before she entered. She said the stall smelled like marijuana but used it only because it was the only option available. She also pointed out that the man sitting outside appeared to be associated with the group who had been in the stall. We then returned to our patio table where our family was seated. Our server brought out her birthday pie along with another complimentary dessert. She blew out the candle, we shared dessert, and we began preparing to leave. A few minutes later, while we were still seated on the patio, the general manager, Nick Krafft, approached our table accompanied by Executive Chef Michael Wagner. We initially assumed he was checking in on our experience. Instead, he immediately stated, "I'm going to have to ask you not to smoke in our restaurant and bathroom," directing the accusation at my cousin and me. We were completely taken aback by both the accusation and the manner in which it was delivered. We calmly explained that it was not us and described exactly what we had observed in the restroom. We stated that neither of us smoke and never have. We even offered to have our belongings checked and explained that we had not taken any jackets or purses with us to the restroom, as our family remained at the table. Despite this, the general manager refused to listen or consider our explanation and continued to place blame on us. He did not speak to our server, who had interacted with us just moments earlier while bringing out the birthday dessert, nor did he attempt to investigate further or de-escalate the situation. As we were leaving, my fiancé asked the general manager if he actually smelled smoke on either of us. He responded "yes," which was not true, and continued to push a conclusion he had already formed. No apology was offered. We spent over $1,000 celebrating a family birthday at a restaurant we had trusted and enjoyed in the past. Instead, the evening ended with my cousin's birthday being overshadowed by an unfounded accusation. There were many guests dining that evening, yet blame was placed solely on two women who had simply used the restroom. I am a Nurse Practitioner, and my cousin is a special education teacher for autistic children. Neither of us have ever smoked. Being accused in this manner was humiliating, hurtful, and completely unnecessary. I was later contacted by the regional manager, who was understanding. However, I believe this situation highlights the need for better investigation, accountability, and staff training to prevent similar experiences in the future. A personal apology from Nick, acknowledging his actions and taking accountability, would be an appropriate step forward after innocent guests were wrongly blamed and a birthday celebration was ruined.

This is where maybe they could better. Not super hot as came out so maybe pre plated. Since it was my son's 24 th birthday celebration he got a free dessert and the crème brûlée was "chef's kiss". One of the best of it also! Had a small chocolate on top that melted into the dessert! Other than the bill at the end which we already knew was going be what it was it was a perfect dinner out. We were seated at same booth and had same waiter as last year which was lovely. He was very attentive but not overly and paced the meal perfectly like any fine dining waiter should. There is a great bar area also which I have sat at with friend from this area. They have regular seats at the bar! Parking is close in garage that the places in downtown Dublin stamp the validation so free.

It's located in a busy, very popular area, and on a nice evening the atmosphere is hard to beat. Families, couples, and food lovers stroll through the charming Old Town Dublin streets. After dinner, it's common to wander across the bridge to Bridge Park or join the long (but worth-it) line for ice cream. Honestly, don't stress about the wait--where else do you have to be? Just relax and enjoy the night. Walking in was a "wow" moment. The sunken dining room has a beautiful, garden-like feel that immediately draws you in. I loved the ambiance right away, and we were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived. One small surprise--I expected to be hit with those rich Italian cooking aromas, but didn't notice much coming from the kitchen. For dinner, we ordered the rosemary focaccia with truffle butter, sausage and shrimp rigatoni, chicken fettuccine alla vodka, a Caesar salad, and a house salad. The focaccia was a hit across the table. My friends both ordered the fettuccine and really enjoyed it--I tried it as well and agree it was the standout dish. Unfortunately, my Caesar salad and the sausage and shrimp pasta fell flat. Both lacked flavor and were disappointing. I did try the house salad, though, and its dressing was excellent. So it seems like I may have just missed on my menu choices. Service, however, was the biggest issue of the night. The restaurant was not busy, but our waitress seemed to lack attention to our table. We often found ourselves looking around trying to track her down. When she did stop by, she would leave quickly without checking if we needed anything, and we had to call her back multiple times just to place orders or ask for help. She was friendly, but the service felt inattentive throughout the evening. Overall, we loved the atmosphere and the vibe, but I don't see me coming back any time soon for the food.
