Crab Cake Benny - Note- portions are smaller than they appear!

Came here during my trip to Ohio since this place was recommended so highly for Brunch. Loved that they had all day brunch and loved the menu items. Service was a little slow, but that's expected on a Sunday. It was a very upbeat environment, but it was also night because despite the nice decor it was still casual. The food was good, but in my opinion the portions were wayyyyyy too small to constitute the prices. We ate our full plates and were still hungry after which is insane for $20+ plates. Also, the pancake chicken tacos had overripe strawberries on top which did not taste great.

This was my second visit to The Woodbury and I'm happy to say it's still just as great - if not better than I remembered! It had been a few years so I stopped by for Sunday brunch with friends and it did not disappoint! We were greeted with water right away before our server arrived which was a nice touch. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and our waitress Carrie was absolutely wonderful - attentive, upbeat, and made us feel right at home. Now, let's talk about the food - three out of four of ordered the Biscuits and Brisket Gravy and it was hands down the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had! The dish came with fluffy biscuits, tender brisket, rich flavorful gravy, two eggs cooked to your preference , red quinoa, ane spinach home fries. Everything on the plate was spot-on. Also, the mimosas were top-notch--strong, bubbly, and generously poured. Perfect for brunch with friends. Definitely a solid 5-star experience and worth revisiting again and again!

I can't say enough about this place. My sister suggested it and I'm glad we listened to her. I started with an iced latte with Baileys which was perfect. Our server let us know they use special coffee, I can't remember the name, but it is strong and flavorful. I ordered the salmon blt. I asked for extra of the sauce that's on it because it was so good. My sister ordered the chicken hotcakes tacos which she said were very good. My friend ordered the French toast casserole. The French toast is so thick and she let me have a piece. The fruit was fresh and the cream had a nice hint of sweetness. Our server gave us great recommendations and was very attentive.

Girls weekend has to start with breakfast and drinks. They have both. My vanilla latte with baileys was great. The food, delicious. I had the French toast casserole and bacon. More than enough to share. My whole party enjoyed our food and service. No complaints, ample parking in the area and a full bar.

This place has the best food! It's unusual and super good!!! I got cheesy grits tostada as my entree and Woodbury Nachos. Both were excellent. And parking on Sunday is free!!

Really pretty interior with a variety of entrees to choose from. We went for breakfast and they had everything for what you were craving. Service was great. The crepes were amazing!

Came here for brunch this morning with friends. They have really good dishes! We split the beignets and I got the regular breakfast too. I got over hard eggs and bacon. The sourdough bread was delicious! I will have to come back for happy hour!! It looks really good

A surcharge is added to any non-cash payment (both credit and debit cards)! Personal consumer view, It turns me off to a business that does this and should be factored into to the cost of doing business. I have seen businesses offer a discount with cash payment which comes across a lot better (personal opinion). It's a cool place. Love the inside, and plenty of parking around. We were nicely greeted and quickly seated (I had made a reservation via OpenTable). Our server, Keri was absolutely wonderful and it was her first dinner rush and she handled it like a season pro. Made sure to leave her a 25% tip (on top of the total + surcharges.) She really added the experience and did such a nice job. The food was good (not perfection, but good), we enjoyed: -Tap water (no charge) -Diet Pop $3.50 -Beignets $11.00 -Bottle of Jam Jar $32.00 -Lemon Barramundi $23.99 -Meatloaf Dinner $22.00 -Asparagus $7.99 I would have liked for the Barramundi had more Lemon Caper Sauce than what it did and maybe some capers. The meatloaf dinner could have used a bit more seasoning in the meat too. It would have been so bland if it didn't have the sauce and the mashed potatoes and sour cream on top. I think I would try something else that sounded good next time. Even with those observations the food was good, the service was best, and would come back to try another dish or two.

Finally got the chance to visit The Woodbury for the first time with my mother. I was excited to visit as I heard so many good things about the food. I ordered the ravioli lasagna and my mother ordered a fried chicken sandwich with side winder fries. We were pleasantly surprised * very pleased with our food! We both tried each other's food and were so happy about the taste. Kudos to The Woodbury for serving great food and leaving customers happy. I look forward to returning very soon with friends and family. The atmosphere was nice, but I expected it to have a different set up on the inside. It's almost a little too small of a space to me, but it doesn't take away from the whole reason we were there, the great good! Also, our waitress was super nice + very hospitable, which I LOVED! I encourage you to visit, you won't be disappointed

Kudos to the lovely staff at this restaurant. I appreciated their attention to detail. After my initial order was submitted, another team member came to inform me of an allergen in the main item of my dish. Although frustrating, after having had to wait for a bit, the turnaround time for the other items in the rest of my order made up for the inconvenience. I ended up with the Hotcake Taco and it was a great balance of flavors. Well seasoned chicken, complimented with fresh fruit on a warm pancake...10/10!

No relation. This place is the same crew that brought you Olde Towne Tavern, Walrus, Pecan Penny's....

Where is the best place to park on Saturday night? Do you have Valet? If so, what is the cost?

They do not offer Valet Service quite yet. But there is ample street/metered parking on both town street and 5th. Never had an issue grabbing a spot to park.

Every single plate was hitting. The steak was cooked exactly how I asked, seasoned well, and actually had flavor all the way through. The lobster ravioli was rich but not heavy, and the salmon was flaky and done right, not dry at all. What really made it though was the service. They were attentive without hovering, kept the drinks coming, and made it feel like a special night without being extra about it. For a birthday dinner, that matters. If you're going, don't go playing small. Order what you actually want. It's one of those places where you lean into the experience and enjoy it. My wife and I started dinner at 5:45 and didn't leave until 8:45 and it was a lovely evening. We chatted for hours, sampled some absolutely delicious food, and just generally relaxed. We had a lovely server, but to say it was just a single person would do the staff injustice. I feel like every single employee in the place waited on us. All of the staff were knowledgable and gave off pretty cool, chill vibes. Three hours is a long meal, but the pacing was superb. Courses didn't come out like beats on a metronome. Rather, the pacing was changed to meet the waxing and waning excitement for the next plate of an absolutely enormous amount of food. The appetizers came in at a measured pace, the mains slowed, and then deserts were served rapid fire. Between courses, staff might stop by for a quit chat before moving on to the next pressing matter. Lots of staff offered their thoughts on their favorite dishes or suggestions on how a plate my be best enjoyed. The whole experience lacked any pressure or pretense. There were fine dining touches such as replacement of my wife's napkin after she stepped away for a break, but it felt more like eating at a cool friends house than it did eating in the ballroom of a palace. Do you know what I mean? You aren't going to Agni for opulence. You are going for a cool exciting food adventure that you aren't going to get many places and certainly very few in Columbus. We had the Midwest Tasting Menu. 11 courses? Something like that. It was expensive, but I don't even mind it. We loved the "Health Sodas" that were curated by the bartenders. My wife had a coconut, lime, and guava concoction and I had some else that was sweet and fruity and tart. The first few bites of pani puri with spiced ginger and then the "happy meal" and salad course really set the tone of a kitchen that puts out excellent dishes with balanced flavors. For me, the best bite of the night was the Thai noodle salad. It was just a perfect amount of spicy with lots of textures. Mine was served with tofu since I'm not a seafood lover and it was the best tofu preparation I've ever had. My wife's favorite was the "soup and salad" course which is hard to describe, but I agree that it was delicious. The low point of the evening's food for me was in the seafood course. My wife loved her actual seafood, but my vegetarian replacement was a miss. They served it with a piece of baby eggplant that was nearly raw; crunchy and practically inedible. I will forgive them, but I think that one needs to be rethought. The end of the meal had lots of little fun touches. The bill comes in a giant lego minifigure head. The restaurant provides a souvenir menu that lists all the dishes that were tried. There were some curated, store-bought candies for take away. All-in-all, it was just an excellent experience. Do yourself a favor and try it, but go hungry and maybe don't try to eat every bite of every dish so that you aren't hurting by the end of the night.
