Pleasant service. Sat at counter for our meal and enjoyed watch the kitchen crew assembling the pizzas as they went into and came out of the very nice pizza oven. First time trying this restaurant out. Atmosphere trendy, casual up scale. My style! My pizza was very good. Individual size, but lots of leftovers to take back to our hotel for later. Definitely would come back next time we come to tow

I had no idea I was gonna find some of the BEST wings in AZ today. I've eaten pizza from here before but it's been a while. I met Marley who works here and he mentioned I should come in for lunch or happy hour one day. I'm so glad I ran into him when I did. Customer service was friendly, patient, and helpful with any questions. The vibe was really relaxed, I came in right after 3:30pm so it was Happy Hour. A lot of great options and the bar area was open and relaxed with a couple games on. I'll definitely be back soon with some friends. This place is definitely FoodJones foodie approved.

Recommended by a fellow yelper and was not disappointed. We were seated right away in the bright, modern dining room. Our server was incredibly friendly and helpful with menu suggestions as well. The entire menu looked amazing but we opted for the seared chicken potstickers to start and the copper hat pizza to share. The food was brought out pretty quickly. The seared chicken potstickers were better than I expected, with a light crisped outside and just enough flavorful chicken filling. The copper hat pizza though was amazing. The prosciutto was tender and the dates with the goat cheese worked so well with the peppery arugula. Every bite was as enjoyable as the next and I would gladly order that every time but if the pizza and the potstickers are any indicator of the rest of the menu, I'd be here every week. I loved my experience/ meal at Doughbird and am already looking forward to my next visit!

I went here with friends for restaurant week although I've tried it before and have never had a bad experience. Neither of them had been here so I thought it was a good choice. For drinks we got iced tea, strawberry margarita, and yuzu peach margarita. All of us were satisfied with our drinks although I felt like I couldn't taste much peach in my margarita. It was still good. For appetizers we got hummus, Cesar salad, shrimp scampi dip and wings. For our main courses we got the pepperoni pizza to share, one friend got a pot pie, and another friend & I got roasted chicken meals that come with broccolini and mashed potatoes w/gravy. For dessert we got the lemon meringue pie. None of us had any complaints. All of the food was fresh and came out hot. It was DELICIOUS! That shrimp scampi dip was amazing! I had never had that here. The bread that came with the hummus was delicious and soft as well! The dessert was the perfect ending to a great meal. The server was so sweet and attentive. It was clean on the inside and tables are nicely spaced.

Our waiter was extremely friendly and happy to serve us. It was my first time trying Doughbird and I was pleasantly surprised. The interior atmosphere itself is very nice and feels like a typical Scottsdale restaraunt. The potstickers were very good and we ordered the pizza to share. I forget what it was called but it had dates and pistachios on it - it's my favorite pizza I've tried all year. I'll definitely be coming back!

This was my second time at Doughbird and it did not disappoint! My fiancé and I went for the restaurant week menu. $55 per couple which includes, 1 app, 2 entrees, and a shared dessert. Everything fantastic and the service was great! My favorite was the butterscotch cake and the hummus. We will definitely be back :)

What acute place. Love the atmosphere and the decor. It is very open and inviting. We tried a couple of different pizzas and a salad. My supervisor/friend had the chicken pot pie and she said it was excellent. I tried the frozen lemon cherry drink, and it was nice and tart. The pizza was excellent and I definitely would go back.

Like the name suggests, you can get a variety of pizzas and rotisserie chicken dishes along with large salads. The DIL and I ordered Caesar salads with chicken and we were pleased the chicken was dark meat, juicy and delicious. Son had the Ranch Chicken Salad, a huge, flavorful sandwich with scrumptious potato wedges dusted with Parmesan. The food was good, service was excellent, and the general atmosphere was a typical sports bar.

Ranch chicken salad sandwich - excellent!

The food was excellent. We both ordered the ranch chicken salad sandwich with fries. The fries were great. Thick but crispy. I would order that again in a heartbeat. The service was just OK. One of us wanted the sandwich without the avocado and one wanted it with it. So when the sandwiches came, we couldn't tell which was which and the server didn't know. We guessed incorrectly and the one who didn't want avocado got it. As well, one of us ordered iced tea and got a glass of it. Fine. Then along comes the server with another glass of iced tea, this time with lemon. Then she realized her mistake and came back to get it. My companion wanted the lemon and asked for it but didn't get it. So the server wasn't too aware, or maybe it was the kitchen (the avocado). Who knows? It didn't really damage our experience and we would go again. Ambiance - very nice. The booths were comfortable and we could have a conversation without being heard and we didn't hear others. Good location although I noticed that at lunchtime, they set up valet parking because it's in a busy center with lots of businesses who want to reserve parking for their customers. We were able to skirt the valet parking so that was good. If I had to pay for parking, I probably wouldn't go here. When we left, the valet parking was being taken down. So I guess it's a demand situation. Overall, I recommend it but make sure your server understands what you want and check to make sure you get it.

This is the 2nd time I have been to this Doughbird location and it was another phenomenal visit! The first time I came was with fellow Yelper Dee A. We went on the last day of Restaurant Week in September ans it was wonderful! I couldn't stop thinking about the Rotisserie Chicken which is what I had ordered last time. The dish is so full of flavor and the broccolini gets me every time! I think they put it in some kind of butter sauce then sprinkle them lightly witch cheese. Whatever they do, it's just simply amazing. The chicken is cooked to just the right temperature and it pairs perfectly with the mashed potatoes. This dish is big enough to share, so I had a yummy lunch the next day. I sampled my friends' food too, and I liked it all. The Crispy Chicken Parmesan was divine, and the Classic Chicken Pot Pie just melts in your mouth. Their portions are not skimpy at all, so be prepared to doggy bag your leftovers or bring a friend to split with. The service can't be beat. Employees here are always so polite ans very cheerful. We never felt rushed and they are attentive ans knowledgeable. They will even make suggestions of you are undecided (which is me 99% off the time). The atmosphere is very casual and laid back, but with an upscale feel. I love the huge bar area and the high top tables. They also offer outdoor seating. If you are looking for the perfect place to have lunch or dinner, I highly recommend Doughbird. They also offer a kids menu and a small dessert menu as well. Try the Warm Butterscotch Cake. You can thank me later! ;) Prices are average and there's plenty of parking outside.

Doughbird has a great vibe and setup for dining areas. Had an excellent old fashioned - make it 2 :). Jenna as a server was top notch great server with an excellent disposition and just all around a wonderful person. We were a little late for dinner on a weeknight so the chicken could have been a little better. It wasn't horrible but I think it was a little less fresh than prime time. I will say I had one of my top 3 Caesar salads at this place. That salad and Jenna took this experience from a 4 stars to 5 stars. We would not hesitate to return.

Doughbird is really good and the service, even on a busy Friday night was exceptional. I made a reservation, which I recommend especially on a Friday or Saturday evening. The parking lot was very full and my mom was with us so she usually wants me to park in the handicapped spot but they only had two spots and they were both full. We arrived about 15 minutes early and they were able to seat us fairly quickly. The place was buzzing and it was very loud. My mom is hard of hearing so I felt like we were shouting the whole dinner or repeating ourselves. We were trying not to overindulge so we ordered salad and a pizza. The people next to us ordered a bunch of apps that all looked really good but we were being good. The Caesar was really basic but surprisingly good! It even smelled good before I dove in. The pizza was also delicious! We split a veggie and a pepperoni. The veggie had mushrooms basil and olives. It was really good. My son also enjoyed his pepperoni pizza but maybe had too many globs of cheese. He doesn't like cheese that much though. We wanted to get dessert so bad because the people next to us had some kind of sundae that looked so good but we resisted. Next time!! Also I didn't get a drink but the wine list looked pretty good as did the cocktail specials. The reason for 4 stars is the place was cold (granted it was January and we were going through a cold snap) but it didn't feel like any heat was on inside. They had a fireplace and space heaters outside though, where no one was. Also the women's bathroom only had two stalls and on a busy Friday night the bathroom wait was long. Overall I enjoyed my meal and will come back in the future to try some other dishes.

Cool restaurant with a comfort/upscale vibe. Known for their chicken, but I think we may have arrived after their ideal hours, chicken was slightly on the dry side. Server was amazing, very pleasant and friendly. The sides were also OK, but not amazing, but I enjoyed the aesthetic of the restaurant, Would go again!

We even heard the "hands" announcements like you see on The Bear TV show! I believe the food here was on par with the West Hollywood location, so points for consistency. Unfortunately, I have the same qualms for flavor for their dishes. I tried the short rib pot stickers, the tortilla soup, and the Bolognese pasta. I would say that the flavors were not especially strong for each dish. I think they each needed a pinch of extra seasoning to really make their flavors pop! Moreover, I tried my girlfriend's Rigatoni Alla Vodka and the cheese had no taste! Nevertheless, the dishes were beautiful. Lastly, I had a bit of an issue with our service. Our server passed by our table multiple times as we tried to flag her down to ask for the check. I think she could have been more attentive especially in the context of this higher-end brunch spot. With all of these factors combined, it's an overall 4/5 for me.

Not a huge deal on its own, but it was the first of several little disappointments. The appetizers were actually excellent. We had the wagyu pigs in a blanket and tempura green beans, and both were really good. Our four guests had mixed opinions on the entrees, but the biggest disappointment was the portion sizes of some of the dishes that are heavily promoted on the restaurant's social media. The chicken Francese and fish & chips, in particular, were comically smaller than they appear in the restaurant's photos. The difference was significant enough that it felt misleading, and honestly left me feeling differently about the restaurant as a whole. Maybe we caught it on an off night, but when a restaurant creates such a strong expectation through its food and presentation online, the actual experience needs to live up to it. We ended up ordering the Crispy Chorizo & Potato tacos and the biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon to share. The tacos were good; they are filled with whipped potatoes and chorizo, but the biscuits and gravy were just basic biscuits and gravy. The scrambled eggs on both dishes were WAY overcooked and had zero flavor. Not sure if they misunderstood my husband when he ordered the side of bacon crispy; that also meant to cook the eggs that way too? Overall, it was a good experience. The espresso martini was good, and the staff were really friendly. I'm just not sure it was good enough to stop in again.

This was our 5th time to Buck & Rider and truly we can't say enough good things about it!!!! It's…read morethe most consistent restaraunt in my opinion. The food, the service, the atttentive-ness (shoutout to Shelby! She was so sweet and loved the whole dining experience with her) the ambiance is ALWAYS good. This time of year is especially my favorite with the doors open, the light breeze, the dimly lit interior, greenery, landscaping, it's just a vibe and I honestly don't ever want to go anywhere else. The seafood tower is our favorite! Every single thing is SO fresh, the best we've ever had, buttery, fresh, and delicious. They also don't skimp on portion size. Their drinks are super yummy, I love the Diego Riveria drink! So good. Great wine selection. The shrimp risotto was super yummy the pan seared salmon! Also, we've had their sushi and oysters rockerfeller and they are both outstanding. Thanks for sharing your amazing restaurant and staff with us! Cheers. We will be back again soon.

I recently tried Buck & Rider during Resaturant Week, and overall, it was a mixed experience…read more Let's start with the good: 1. I was seated quickly and the service was good. 2. They have complimentary valet. 3. The espresso martini, voodoo fried rice, and the steak and fries were all very delicious. Now, what could be improved: 1. The caesar salad was dry and basic. It definitely needed more dressing and more flavor. 2. The mocktail was a major miss. It taste like soap or cleaning products. It was essentially an overpriced glass of pure awfulness and disappointment. 3. I wish there were more than one dessert option. The small cookie and the average tasting gelato just didn't do it for me. I gave it 3/5 this time, but I might give it another try in the future.
