I never thought I could have a better experience at a dealership but proved to be beyond exceptional. The service from the department are so kind and helpful, offering to wash my vehicle everytime. I bought my 2025 Lexus TX here and I'm definitely getting my future cars from here again. The only thing is sometimes the sales reps gathers at the desk to chit chat and they judgmentally stare and I've noticed sometimes they do not greet people, making approachability non existent

Bought a Certified Pre-Owned RX350 AWD F-Sport. Came around 7:45pm and made the deal around 8:15pm. Everything happened quick and professional. Shout out to Zayden for being patient with all of our questions and various test drive. Happy with the overall service. That's what makes Lexus a Lexus and better than Toyota.

We are already loyal Lexus and Toyota owners. Quality/Quantity - Car shopping for my wife. Today we looked at the following following cars: Lexus ES 300H. Lexus RX 350H. Lexus NX 350H Atmosphere - Small location for a car dealership. But nice and "upscale" Decent selection; I was able to see the models my wife was interested in. Open 6 days a week from 8:30am to 8pm, closed Sundays. Plenty of guest parking. Service - Good, two sales people helped us. The first person got interrupted with one of his existing customers, so he got another person to help us. Price - The instock models we looked at ranged from $50k to $70k. Owner Suggestion - Congrats on your success since 1982 and since 1992 at this location. Congrats on your 4th generation family and 40+ years of success since 1982! And congrats on your other dealerships: Dolan Toyota, Dolan Mazda, Dolan Kia, Lee Brothers Leasing, Dolan Dodge RAM Fiat, and Dolan Fernley Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM.

This week I purchased a new 2025 SUV from Dolan Lexus, after a year and half searching for the perfect car, and I can't say enough good things about my experience and my sales expert, Kymberly. She was exceptional during my entire buying process. From the moment I was introduced to her I knew she got me and was a pro at handling my very particular requests. So if you're ever in the market for a new or used Lexus (or anything you see at Dolan Lexus), I can personally recommend Kymberly Platt. She's genuine, honest, and in no way pressures you into purchasing what you don't want or need....that folks is a unicorn! After owning and leasing several Lexus and Toyota vehicles and being a customer of Dolan Lexus for about 20 years, I'm not sure I ever want to own another brand. And I'm so grateful that Julie Tomlinson (who I also highly recommend) in the Service Dept recommended me to to Kymberly, after I expressed my potential interest in buying a another vehicle.

I went into Lexus with specific priorities and criteria. I had a Lexus to trade in but was looking for something more economical. Due to a series of unfortunate events last year, my credit score took a significant plunge. Kandace, Zach, Vlad, and Andrew listened to my wants and needs and continued to follow and work with me and other lenders to get me the car I wanted for the monthly payment I needed. They went above and beyond with their communication, follow up, restructuring, and time spent with me over several days of in person and call/text. Once we came upon an agreeable vehicle and payment it literally took my an hour and 20 minutes tops to turn in my vehicle and drive away with my new car! I can not thank you enough for your superior customer service, time, and compassion. You have a life long customer! Thank you.

I made an appointment to get my RX serviced at the 15000 mileage maintenance. It's easy to schedule an appointment online and the next available dates are always within a week. From my previous experience, when I drive up into the service area, a staff member usually comes up to help. However, this time there was no one there and I had to stand around awkwardly until someone came up to me. The advisor was nice and explained some things to me, but said it was going to take a minimum of 2 hours. (I thought it honestly was going to take an hour to hour and a half at most.) I was told there's no loaners for me to use so I waited upstairs in their lounge area to get a drink and wait. But there's no one at the counter. I feel like there should be a full time staff that just works at the counter taking drink orders because when I finally saw someone, they walked away in a hurry like they were very busy. In the company's point of view, it makes sense to save money. But as the customer, I felt very neglected. When my car was finally ready, it took about 2.5 hours. They washed it and everything looks great. Next time, I do wish there the wait was better.

Five stars for Dolan's commitment to the community. They allow local running organizations like Reno Races and Race178 to host packet pickup in their upstairs area, and it is a treat to walk into their fancy schmancy building. My husband and I don't feel a particular affinity for the Lexus brand, but we absolutely love that on their second floor, they have a rare Lexus LFA (one of 500 made, a V10 supercar with 553 horsepower and 354 foot pounds of torque). The Dolan team does a great job telling their story in placards across their facilities and at the National Automobile Museum, and their billboards around town make me feel warm and fuzzy and #family. Three cheers for businesspeople doing well and doing good for the community.

I had a Lexus when I moved to Reno in 2021, I had fantastic service on all occasions, the property itself is very beautiful and clean. Unfortunately I haven't had much break on the previous two cars, in fact nothing. Today I stopped by to replace a brake like that got damaged, they had the part the next day and made room in their schedule to install it today. Unfortunately for me, Rob forced into his office to tell me about the deals available on the 2023's, how could I say no? I look forward to working with this outstanding dealership.

Can I give this place 5 stars for NOT working on my car?? Let me explain -- my car had been making…read morea noise like an RC car running out of juice and the guys at the auto part store said the alternator was going out. Lovely. I had called a few places around town and ZZZ was able to (A) get me in right away, (B) provide a precise quote for what I thought was the issue over the phone and (C) make me feel immediately "safe" with them in that first call. When asking if I wanted refurb or new parts, the price was about $150 difference. I originally said new, but they advised me about the warranty on refurb parts and not to feel scared of it. I appreciated that they didn't just take my money. Once I arrived, I told them about the previous convo at the auto store and they did some diagnostic tests, all while letting me stand there and watch. About 10-15 minutes later and some dusting stuff off they're like...nah you're good. If anything I needed a new battery, but they said even that was in pretty good shape. They offered to install that for me if I wanted, but basically said that I could just go. Since then, my car has been totally fine! A less ethical place could've easily just cheated me, charged for XYZ or installed a new alternator anyway. So they didn't really do work on my car this time, but their honesty 10000% earned my business for the next time a problem arises.

The results were described in a clear manner and I was provided with a clear outline of the further steps. The diagnostic work was of good quality and did not have any unnecessary additions. Pricing was negotiated beforehand and the final price was in line with the estimate which was fair value of the service offered. The process was generally well-organized and clear, and I would go back in case I require additional help.

I was recommended by multiple sources to come to this place and my only regret is not doing it…read moresooner. They are lovely. Their prices are incredibly fair and they're not going to talk you into stuff you don't need. I went to another place in town that told me I needed $1500 in maintenance and then when I asked again two months later, someone at the same shop told me I needed $400 in routine maintenance. I came here for an oil change and told them that if they noticed anything they thought needed a tune up - I was game as I was about to make a big cross country trip. They came back and said everything looked great. I ran through the list from the first quote I had and they eased my mind. They let me know that they thought all of that was unnecessary and didn't make sense given the past maintenance and state of the vehicle. It was so nice to feel like I was dealing with honest humans. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for routine or necessary maintenance!

I called to inquire on maintenance service for my Lexus-(that is at the Lexus dealer getting an oil change).... I was expecting to leave a voicemail, but they answered the phone... Nice! Very helpful and casual.. he even said they could just look to see if I need my serpentine belt needs to be replaced on the Lexus.. Since I am having the oil change there, I scheduled for the 4runner to get an oil change.. for next week. I have a great feeling that we will now have our cars serviced here! * Yelp discount of 5% that I can also use! Every little bit helps!

Honestly, I had a really good experience here…read more Nile was the one who initially helped me and recommended starting with a compression test first instead of jumping straight into expensive repairs. That really stood out to me because it showed they actually wanted to make sure the engine was worth fixing before spending more money. After that, Clayton took over and continued helping me through the process. He explained everything clearly and kept me updated the whole time. They found multiple issues like intake leaks, an injector problem, and a radiator leak, but I never felt pressured to fix everything at once. I really appreciated that they worked with me and let me prioritize what I could afford. I ended up fixing the main issue, and the misfire is now gone. The car is running much better. Repairs aren't cheap, but I felt like they were honest and transparent throughout the whole process. Communication was great, and I always knew what was going on. Overall, I'd definitely recommend CoAuto if you're looking for a shop that actually explains things and doesn't pressure you into unnecessary repairs.

They take pictures and video to show you what things actually look like vs what they should look like. Also big shout out to Nile whose unusual rep for repairs, he's super communicative with where they're at. The shop also has a couple loaner vehicles which came in clutch when I had to get my timing chain fixed. I was able to still get to and from work. The staff here is super nice and I feel like they care for my car as if it's their own. On my last repair they asked if they could hold onto my car for another day cause they weren't satisfied with where they got it and wanted to double back and tweak a couple things to hopefully give my car back in as best condition as possible.(this wasn't any extra cost). I also love doing my oil changes here, they check a bunch of other areas of your car while they do the oil change and give you a rundown of recommended fixes. Also if not they have never pressured me on any fixes which eases my mind. Pressure sales in the auto industry feel fake and dishonest to me. Also, they give your car a quick wipe down of the consoles and vacuum as long as your car isn't full of stuff. It feels nice to get your car back a little cleaner than you gave it to them.

Been here a couple times, and so far each of my visits have been good…read more The staff is always kind, and does acknowledge my arrival and that they will be right with me to help. I've bought my tires at the NW location, but came here for my tire rotation. A day later my tire pressure sensor came on, so I returned to the store to get it checked out. The staff was kind, helpful and pleasant despite it being quite busy. They checked my tires and indicated the sensor needed to be replace. I questioned this since the tires were less than a year old. They offered me pricing on replacing the sensor, but did mention that it would have no affect on my safety, just that I would not be able to see the pressure on my dash. So I let it go for a couple weeks. Came back to have it replaced, since it was bothering me to see the blank display. For whatever reason, when they took a look and another check, it was working again. Not sure, but the explanation was sometimes it just needs a bit of time to reset ? In any case, I was happy to have my sensor working and the pressure displaying on my dash. I was not charged for anything. Since I do have tires from them, I will continue to go back for my rotations as it is free.

Once again, the work was done right and was done quickly. I asked them to put the car on the alignment rack to double check, and a couple of measurements were out so they adjusted things back into specifications. It only took a couple of miles on I 580 to confirm that they are the best in this part of town.
