I called ahead to schedule a tire change and alignment, and was told no appointment was needed--just to walk in. After waiting 45 minutes, I was informed that my tires had been changed, but I would need to come back in four hours for the alignment. This was very unprofessional and a poor use of my time. I would not recommend this place. Went next door to TG Tires their prices were cheaper and they have better customer service. read more

This is the third time that I've now come to Gutierrez's tires. The first was our first travel trailer, which they did amazing, the second was installing four tires. I got from tire rack on my wife's Explorer. Now we have a newer trailer for our family and needed to get the tires changed out. I showed up around six and a team of guys came out and quickly lifted up the trailer, changed out the tires, got them installed, used a torque wrench to make sure they were perfect. And I was on the road. I can't recommend this place any higher. Great customer service and great work. read more

These guys are awesome! They are fast, friendly and have far better prices for the same quality of tires.

I went in and asked if I could get some air in my tires as my light was on. The woman up front said yes and took my keys. I waited about 30 minutes before I went up and asked if I could have my keys because I needed to go, and I had seen a man had come to the desk with them quite some time prior. The owner was the one who then grabbed my keys and then proceeded to charge me $10 for air. The lady up front never told me it would be $10, and every other tire shop I've been to doesn't charge for air as it's supposed to be a quick service. One of the previous reviews on here said they were not charged so they just pick and choose who to charge. I thought that 30 minutes of waiting for $10 air was absurd. Save yourself the time and trouble and go to discount tire, they do it fast and free. read more

Went in right as they opened, there were 5 people in front of me and I was worried I'd spend my day there. They took my keys and within 30 minutes they patched two holes in my tires and rotated them. They charged me only 55$ total! Other places in town had quoted me nearly 70 to just patch one hole. Was very impressed, very quick and affordable. Will return here if I ever have tire problems. read more

Would be a 5 star because it's where I have gone for 2 years and I've always loved everyone there and their work, Today, a new person (at least to new to me) named Jessica? .. was SUPER rude! I called and asked if they carry my tire used and how much for 1. I said I forgot to take a photo, can she please look it up. She said no. And that's bull since they've looked it up in the past. So I went through my texts to see if I can find my tire size. I found it. I told her and she said ya we have your tire, it's gonna be 123. I said for 1 used? She said "did you not hear me?" I said that's pretty high for a used, they used to be 50. She said "ya for a used one". I said yes, I'm looking for 1 used. She put me on hold for 10 min, came back and said "we don't have your tire". Crazy because the 2 plus years I have been coming here.... They've never not had my tire. They've also NEVER had someone so damn rude. People are already frustrated because they have to get a new tire or tires. You think we want to deal with your attitude as well? I may find a new business. That interaction was just horrible. read more

Horrible experience, unfriendly and rude employee who look like they rather be sleeping. I saw 3 mechanics pass around a vape. Can't believe they smoke and "work" lol. I suggest going to Hernandez Tires on Peckham Ln they are always attentive there and truly value the customer compared to this sad place. FYI I simply came for air on the wheels yet the front desk people and "mechanics" had ugly faces with customers and themselves, truly demonstrating what work environment they have. 1/10 read more

Got a flat tire on my trailer as we were heading up the mountain to camp. It's a Clips attitude Toy Hauler and the tires are about 10 years old, so they were due to be replaced. So years of experience taught me that each time we have a flat tire, we change the tire and then head to the nearest tire place to get another spare just in case. Yes it has happened where we got two flats in the same day. After calling les Schwab, a new tire for thetrailer was $175. I saw this place on my Yelp app and called them. They had a used tire mounted for $40. I went and looked at it and it had a good amount of tread. So $40 covers back on the road to camping. The lady I talk to on the phone was polite, when we went in let them know that we were stuck on the road and they expedited our request. We were there less than 10 minutes. They were wonderful and knowledgeable about all wheel drive vehicles. I had one tire get a sidewall blowout and they informed me that all four tires would need to be replaced at first I was taken back and I didn't want to spend a ton of money when I just had one bad tire, but they explain to me that not replacing all four tires would mess with my vehicle in the long run. I appreciate them being upfront and educating me on this issue. I feel that these are trustworthy, reasonable people working at the shop. read more

I bought 4 tires and within two months one tire fell apart and within days from that the other 3 tires began ripping apart. When I returned to use the warranty the owner would not replace them. Do not recommend this shop. read more

After reading other great reviews on Yelp, I took my truck to the shop to have 4 tires off another of my trucks mounted and balanced. Even though I was a "drop in," they were able to take care of my project in 30 minutes for a reasonable price. They also reset the TPMS. This business just came through for me after no one else could! I called no less than 10 tire shops needing snow tires after another shop (that will get their own separate scathing review) dropped the ball. The other shops either had the tires at $900 to $1000 but no time or had time but no tires. I get it, big storm coming. But I had been working on tires for a week. By the time I called Gutierrez Tires, I was about to cry. Giovanni was able to find me very good tire, in a price range I could afford, and made room for me asap. I haven't been IN the shop yet but I fully expect that the experience will be just as wonderful as the phone experience. If not, I will update my review but I dont anticipate that happening. Thank you so much Gutierrez Tires for helping out a mountain girl in a bind! UPDATE: The wait was the only downside as they don't take appointments and just so happens they were unexpectedly swamped. It was just 2.5 hours, which was about an hour longer than promised. But all is forgiven because they got it done!!!! So far, a month later, tires have been an EXCELLENT recommendation. This place help me out in a bind. Woke up on a Sunday morning to a flat tire. After putting on the spare it was an eight minute drive down the street and took 45 minutes because they were Hella busy but they only charged me $15 to patch the tire. I called Gutierrez Tires around 11am this morning (a Saturday) and they had my car in the stall within 30 minutes of me calling. Every other place I called said it would take around 2-3 hours to see my car and that I'd have to leave it there all day. Everyone was super friendly & they repaired my tire within 10 minutes of me being there. It was only $10 to repair. I would recommend this place to anyone & really appreciate their help! Bring your business here. They are legit! Also, I read the customer below my review who was disappointed and felt like they treated her differently because she didn't speak Spanish or "look like them."
