When I called Certified Auto & Brake, Coleman was incredibly kind and assured me they service Mercedes. I've been going to them ever since! In my first conversation with their service advisor, Manny, I told him that stopping the car was more important to me than going fast. Brakes were my top priority--and they nailed it. The final inspection and test drives were handled by the owner, Coleman, and Master Mechanic Jeremy did impressive work on everything he touched. I've been buying auto repair services for over 50 years, and these guys have earned my repeat business for as long as I have miles left on my odometer.

My usual dealership shop was scheduling over a month out and I needed my car looked at sooner to ensure safe operation. Ayres were referred to me by another highly rated shop that didn't do suspension work. I called on a Thurs or Fri and they were able to get me in on Monday morning. Drop off went smoothly and they were patient with my ability to describe my car issues to help diagnose. I had to stay for a little while in their small tidy lobby to wait for my ride and observed them treat each customer that came in during that time with the same respect and courtesy. I mention this because I've observed other shops treat people different depending on their age, race, gender etc, so it was really nice to see a place where they are consistent and professional. They called me shortly after drop off to let me know what they found and give me an estimate and get my authorization to do the work. I missed the call and they left a message. I returned the call almost an hour later. They explained the issue and the parts they needed to work on along with an estimate. I wanted to know when it would be completed and they did advise that they had begun work on another client's after they waited for me to call back and so they would begin my car after which was understandable, however they assured it would be ready in the same day. My car was ready within 3 hours and I received a message when it was ready for pickup. I would be at work until close to their closing time, I relayed that concern and they reassured me that I would be ok. Luckily I was able to leave a little early and get there a few minutes before closing but appreciated the kind demeanor on the phone when I was worried. From beginning to end every person I interacted with was nothing but professional and kind with clear and constant communication throughout. I researched the anticipated cost for my repairs and I did not receive any sticker shock at the final cost, it felt very fair and competitive. Thank you, appreciate your service and will be referring and returning for future needs.

I was visiting from out of state, so I was worried because I didn't know any local shops and was afraid of being charged for unnecessary repairs. Instead, this mechanic took the time to properly inspect my vehicle and was honest about what he found. He discovered that my car was extremely low on oil and explained the situation instead of immediately trying to sell me expensive repairs. After following his recommendation and driving the car, it has been running great. At the end, he even jokingly said, "Hopefully I never see you again," meaning he hoped the problem was solved and that I wouldn't need to come back for the same issue. That comment really showed me that he cared more about fixing the problem than making money from unnecessary repairs. I truly appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and integrity. It's not easy to find a mechanic you can trust, especially when you're far from home. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and reliable service.

I looked up tire shops in Reno and El Camino popped up. I gave them a call and was "come in there's no wait". I got there 20 minutes later and Tony greeted me with "Hey, we were waiting for you". Which was nice to be remembered. He quickly got the tires out the back and started the install. There was a waiting room for me and my girls. The total install time took less than 30 minutes and I got them installed and balanced for $124 out the door with the recycling fee. I'm coming back next week to get an alignment done. Tony was super friendly and I'll recommend to all.

My first thought was I better order tires on Monday before the tariffs go into effect because that could add another couple hundred to my purchase. I went to see Sergio the manager at the Auto Clinic. He was upfront about my requests and what I could expect along with a quote. I asked about the tariffs and I was right, they received an email the prices were about to change! I locked in my estimate with a deposit and said " please order my tires". My tires came the next day and I was excited. They had my car on the rack and wouldn't be able to finish until the next day which was fine by me. I was happy they were able to do my wheel alignment because sometimes sports cars are too low to the ground and you have to take it to the dealer for double the price! They did not try to sell me any extras many other tire places are like that. They did inform me about an issue but said "I wouldn't worry about it, if it was my car". This is not your daily driver and you don't seem to put many miles on your car. My overall experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone reading my review.

They spent two hours on it, 4.2 ltr 6 cyl, it should have taken less than a hour. I filled it up afterwards to check how much my milage improved as it was about 2019 when I had my last tune up, I got 10.3 MPG, was getting about 14.5 around town before I took it to them. It took me some time to take it back because my part-time job was a on-call job. When I went in to tell them it was worse, they made me a appointment 3 weeks out. I declined saying I would take it somewhere else, it took until the first of this month (August) to have time to take it into Goldtech Auto in Reno. They pulled the pugs and wires, The plugs had about 40K on them, completely worn out with huge gaps and the wires were mismatched with two different brand names. They did not replace the plugs and threw on wires they had in the shop, I paid $95.40 for a new wire set and $49.20 for new plugs, plus $165.00 labor plus taxes. Not only did they totally rip me off for $327.75, it cost me time, more money to have it done by professionals and about $200 extra in gas. I know I won't get my money back, one of life's lessons I guess, never take your vehicle to a people who have no idea how to do a tune up.
