I gave this place a second chance after learning that Travis is managing. Travis has always taken such good care of us, is professional, efficient and non judgmental. He assisted us many times when he worked for the Meadowood location. I am grateful that I can now schedule an appointment, have that appointment honored and get the services requested in a timely manner. For my needs this is super helpful. For the years from 2020-2025 the service was unreliable and inconsistent. Now that Travis and others are managing they seem to have things operating smoothly. My husband also recently needed to replace the alternator on his 1997 Nissan and Travis and his team took great care of our Truck in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Tires Plus is great place to go. We went there to get a complete overhaul on our 2017 Jeep Patriot. from the time we went in till the time we left. I spoke to a Sean and he was very understanding. I explained to him that we were giving this car to our grandson and we need to have it inspected and repair everything that needed to be done, even new tiers and breaks If needed. He took care of us. Sean and his maintenance guys Are awesome. The price was right and what I liked the best is how Sean was right on top of everything. Great experience, fare price . If I could give 0 stars I would. This place absolutely sucks. Took my tires to get mounted and it took over 2 hours when I had an appointment, one of the TPMS sensors went out the same day so I called to rebook an appointment for the next week. When I got there they wanted to charge me $120 for one tpms sensor and then told me they would warranty it if I came back in a week.... I had an appointment and their mechanics were "over booked". DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. This is a follow-up to your previous request #4711805 "work order 174656" So to add to this debacle, I rescheduled another appointment after I heard from the store manager. My appointment was made for 9/15/2024 @ 0900 directly through the telephone with the store. They made it very clear that online appointments came second after direct appointments with the store. I was the third person in line to check in my vehicle this morning. Troy (the store manager) was there. I asked how long an alignment would take and how long they needed the vehicle. Troy the store manager said that it would be completed in two hours. I verified with him the appointment time was for 0900 and that I would be back to get the completed vehicle at 1100. At 1100, I still had not heard anything from the store. I had my wife take me to the store where I saw my truck was still sitting in the same spot and position I had parked it at 0845. I went inside the store to find out what was going on. I told the other counter person that I was there to pick up my truck. He went out into the service bay, was gone about 5 minutes and I then observed a worker heading to my truck. I told him not to bother, just give me my keys. I went back inside the store. Troy (the manager) was assisting another customer. After waiting for 5 minutes for him to finish up with them, I gave up and left. My service invoice number for today is 175007. This is the second time that I have gone to this store and work has not been completed. I am now asking that my "lifetime" alignment in the amount of $206.45 be refunded. In addition, before this debacle occurred with my truck, I purchased a "lifetime" alignment on my wife's 2022 Toyota Highlander. Since I have no confidence that Tires Plus will honor or fulfill their obligation for it either, I am requesting a refund in the amount of $418.34 (invoice #174004). Prior to this, I have been going to the Tires Plus store for quite some time. I don't know what has happened, but I no longer have faith that any work performed at this location will be done at all or done properly. I do not want to talk with the store manager. I have had extremely bad experiences with a few big named tire shops, so I was looking for a new one. I decided to set up an appointment with tires plus. When I showed up , they got my truck right in. I was kept informed of the status of my oil change and tire rotation throughout. I know I have a bad shock and they saw it as well and brought it to my attention, letting me know it needed replacing. The price for it was good so i set another appointment for replacement.(I will update after that appointment) My first appointment went great and i was in and out in less than 45 minutes. read more

Either they're understaffed or overbooking, and the front desk will tell you that YOU are in the wrong. Bought tires on a Tire rack and had them delivered to Tires Plus. Received multiple emails regarding my appointment being confirmed (Appt# 183938587) and that we would be waiting for the tires. Once we got there the front desk claimed we did not have an appointment and would need to leave the vehicle there all day, which was not an option. My wife needed new tires on her car. They had the tires in stock on their website so I booked the earliest appointment available 2:00pm the next Saturday. I called to verify the appointment the next day. I was told everything was good and they could get it in at 2:00pm on Saturday, I also asked if it would be available before 5:30pm to pickup since we had plans, again I was told that was fine it would be done. Before I hung up the phone I asked for the total cost I was quoted $737 (similar to what was shown online) I knew that didn't include the alignment so I assumed it would be $875-900. Saturday I arrive before 2:00pm and I'm told the total is $1,228. Talk about sticker shock. Bait and switch. But she needed these tires. Again I stressed I need the vehicle back by 5:30pm the gentleman said "yea shouldn't be an issue" At 4:30 I got an email that they completed an inspection on the vehicle and it needed miscellaneous repairs. I happened to be at Costco so I drove by. Her car was in the bay with the old tires still on it and the tech just barely taking the lug nuts off... I chose to not go in and cause a scene even though 2.5 hours after my scheduled appointment my car was just beginning to be worked on. At 7 pm they called and said the car was done. I was at the event I told them I needed the car back before. The only option was for them to keep her car till the next day. I have never had an issue with the other tires plus service centers but I will never go back to this one. read more

It's really sad. We have been taking all our vehicles to this location since 2009. They have not only gone downhill, nobody cares. Had multiple issues with the last few visits and asked to speak to someone about it. It's been over a month of me being promised one person would be calling then either being called back by a subordinate or nobody at all. NEVER GOING BACK! I ended up getting a nail in my tire close to the wall. I have awd so I though if it's not fixable, I need four new tires. Luckily, my tires were new and the tread was in good shape so I was able to just replace the one and it was under warranty. Don't skip the warranty! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but that was a horrible idea. I made an appointment for a basic oil change and once I arrived I was told they needed 4 hours to complete the job. Isn't that the reason for the appointment?? My next visit I made an appointment FIRST THING IN THE MORNING so I can be the first vehicle to be worked on for another basic oil change. As soon as I arrive I am being told it will be a VERY LONG WAIT and a "couple of hours". Why am I making appointments?? Customer service at this place is awful. I am done with tire plus at 4771 GALLERIA PARKWAY, have been going there for over 15 years but their service has gone downhill, with people that don't care, especially the management. I set up an appointment for an oil change, my appointment was confirmed by them, I arrived 15 minutes early, after waiting an hour past my appointment time, I asked how much longer before my car is worked on, he said I will check but never got back to me. I was not the only person in the store waiting way past our appointment times. I finally said I want my car and keys back and left the store. The manager did not apologize, but only said as I was leaving, do you want to reschedule!!!. We have bought multiple sets of tires here over the years and so disappointmented with their team here. I recommend getting a second opinion from someone that can be trusted. My second set in less then two years and this last set should have made it through this last year. Their team here did a diagnosis and I asked for an alignment that I paid for, but didn't receive. It took all day to get 4 tires on. We had a 9 a.m. appointment and didn't get a call to pick up my car until almost 5 p.m. When the hubbs and I went to pick up my car, my car was no where in sight. I'm sure if they would have done the alignment I paid for, I would still have my second set of tires. If it wasn't for their shop having my size tires in stock; I would have opted out to go elsewhere. Tires are expensive as they are and driving my kids in a safe vehicle are at uptmost importance to me. We paid for services that weren't rendered besides leaving with actual tires. You can't trust anyone these days and I will shop elsewhere for my tire needs before I return here. I will admit this shop still isn't as bad as Subaru's shop. read more

We walked in and were immediately greeted by Shelby. She was able to give us three different options for all season tires. She was very friendly and efficient and printed us a quote which she explained is good for 30 days. She was happy to check the air in our existing tires and got them to the correct pressure. We are going to obtain a couple more quotes but we were very impressed with Shelby and may very well be back to purchase our next set of tires. read more

I just find it troubling that although an appointment was made one week prior for a Saturday afternoon I'm asked if I can leave my car OVERNIGHT for an oil change!! I could understand if my brakes needed replacing. I was told I could bring it Sunday afternoon but would have to leave it for a few hours. I had a conflict so that's why I set up a Saturday afternoon. I was told I could bring g it Tuesday at 2:00 pm. I'm not clear how that would ever work when work is far away hence the weekend appointment. I'll miss the days of being warmly greeted and handled with consideration for one's time. I'll definitely be shopping around for better service. My tpms sensor went off indicating rear tire was low but luckily I have a portable tire inflator. Took the vehicle to tires plus they said they would call me when it's finished. 3 hours went by and not a call. Called them to check on the vehicle they said it was getting worked on now and to come in 30-45 minutes. Went to the place and the car was parked in a different spot so it looked finished. Fell in line to pick up the keys. The guy working was very anxious to leave because he was going on vacation. I asked him what was wrong with he car but he said he didn't know. He was busy doing multiple things so I just ignored it and got the key. The tire pressure was still low so I gave them benefit of the doubt and assumed they just forgot to put air in. Again luckily I had my tire inflator. Took the vehicle home and woke up to the tire being low again. They didn't even fix it.smh. What a waste of time! P.s. this is a work vehicle so luckily I didn't have to pay. The workers don't seem happy I'm sure it could be a lot of things here. Then finally he did. One of the young guys put air in my tires. The older guy asked what type of model my car was. It was the wrong model he told the guy. Turns out I hit a curb and my tire became flat. I asked how much he said $700 for both tires. He told me I should not drive it. All the while he was raising his voice at me. Treating me like crap. Since January (2020), I have had to add air to my tires at least once a week. I realized it was time to finally change my tires. It was recommended to me to go to Tires Plus. This location was the closet one to me. I chose my tires online and scheduled my appointment time. The whole process was pretty easy. A few minutes after I scheduled the appointment online, I got a call from Troy (who works there). He explained the tires needed to be ordered. He was fully cooperative in letting me keep the tire brand I wanted and schedule the best time I needed. Day of appointment, I wasn't able to go. I called and asked if my roommate could take the car. They said yes. I asked my roommate how the service was. He said it was great! They took the car ahead of appointment and finished well before the estimated time. Every employee was following Covid protocol, social distancing, masks on, cleaning, etc. I am very satisfied with this business. read more

We typically work with Steve or Troy and feel that they both approach customers with honesty and integrity, which is critical when it comes to vehicle service/maintenance. Brought in my car for a problem related to my radiator fan which needed replaced. They charged more than I expected, but I figured if they were going to fix the problem professionally and effectively it was worth the price. Drove my car home with a weird noise in my undercarriage, and called them to ask about it, they told me to drive it over the weekend and bring it back home if it was still there by Monday. Later that day on my way home from work, the noise was louder, and I checked under my car to see that the underbody cover had not been fastened correctly and been dragging since I left the place. Called them to fix it and they seemed annoyed, claiming they didn't do any work under there for that to happen, and simply refastened it to the underside of my vehicle, even though it had already sustained significant damage from being dragged. Employees were rude and curt, did not want to further discuss options for fixing or replacing the underbody cover. Charged way too much for the work to be ineffective and cause more problems than I had initially. Forever lost my business. read more

To my surprise it got changed either way to a drop off. CLEARY that option does not work for me so I don't understand why it was changed both times without my knowledge. I love this place. The staff are very straight forward and let you know everything going on. They make sure you are ok with prices and always try to fit your schedule. I have had nothing but trouble almost everywhere else I have gone to have car work done because they talk down to women, break things and don't tell you, or charge alot. I got a tires plus card so if there is a need and I don't have the money right away I can put it on the card which is also good cause you automatically get any deals when using the card. They have a key drop box which is nice cause I work at the home depot and can leave my car before I go to work and it will be done when I am ready to go home. Making an appointment via the website and wait time was easy and good, however, after getting a second opinion from another tire place about my flat tire makes me distrust Tires Plus moving forward. Reason being, I believe because I'm a female and Hispanic, they decided to take advantage of the stereotypical discriminatory reason and told me I needed all new tires. Come to find out, yes, I eventually will need all new tires like we all do, however, I did not in this case and time. Got my flat tire repaired elsewhere with no issues and even got the reason why it could easily be fixed. I will not ever go back or recommend Tires Plus. read more

I got a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon. Thought I'd deal with it on Monday, but then I remembered I needed to go pick up my pup from daycare. I went to my usual tire place which was closed, then to another tire place down the street, and they said I'd have to keep my car overnight for the tire replacement. I then called this Tires Plus location and asked if they might be able to replace a tire same-day for me. I got my car to them within fifteen minutes and they had me and my car out the door shortly after. These guys are truly life savers and so polite to boot! So glad I came here to experience the professionalism and friendliness of this location, I would absolutely use them again! read more
