Fast, friendly and best of all CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! In a day and age where businesses increasinly look at answering phone calls as a hassle and expense, Take 5 answers the phone! I called because I needed a coolant change for a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 with the Cummins engine. Amazingly, a friendly lady answered the phone, FOUND THE MANUFACTURER COOLANT, obtained it, called me to say they had it and sure enough when I got there it was an exact match by part number and the crew was quick, efficient and rather personable as well. While I was told because they had to get a special part there would be an extra charge, I was totall good with it and just glad they could get it. Because of this experience I ended up bringing in another vehicle for a coolant change and they installed Prestone universal coolant. I *had* been taking my vehicles to a competitor but you can bet BY ANSWERING THE PHONE they managed to TAKE A CUSTOMER from a competitor!!! read more

My girlfriend had taken my diesel truck into take 5 for an oil change . She had been driving my truck and I noticed oil all over the driveway. It was down two courts . We hadn't been driving the truck very much and was worried something had happened to cause the leak , when she had reminded me about the oil change . When I went to check the filter it was five rotations from being tightened. Thats a lot .When I Called them up they said they be glad to come out and sand my driveway and tip off my oil , I said great . However when she checked the date it was a couple days passed the two month time frame, and she said she couldn't top off the oil, or come out to get the oil off my driveway . explained for five Dollars you won't spend the extra minute to make this right , even though you ruined my driveway ? Silence ... Great way to start a new business . Hoping you can learn to bend little next time you make a mistake after reading this review . read more

Take 5 gave me amazing service! As I drove in I was handed a free water bottle which was very nice. John was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions about my car and what he would recommend I get for gas. They were pretty fast with my oil change and even fixed up stuff they didn't have to do like a the bottom body plate that I dented from a speed bump. I would say that it was pretty affordable, and John hooked it up and even gave me a discount! Overall pretty swag experience and would recommend highly! read more

I thought I would give this place a try. I stopped in on 2-4-26, at 3 p, and followed signs to the service bay. An employee came out of the garage and yelled at me from inside the garage, to back up, and leave the drive. I was confused, and definitely insulted by his behavior. Maybe, walk to the drivers side window, and explain what you want in a civil tone of voice, and communicate. I left, and went to express lube. Very kind and professional. Came here because I needed an oil change last minute and they weren't busy. I called before I arrive there and they told me that they weren't busy that they can take me right in. When I got there, they guided me in and every body had their place; they work together as a great team and they were very informative. Being a female and going by yourself to get something as simple as an oil change can be a little bit overwhelming. But they were very honest and so what needed to get changed and what didn't. I am beyond upset! If I could, Ya'll would get 0 stars. I thought I loved my service when I went in. I was having A/C issues.... They suggested my carbon air filter be switched out. So, I paid for a part that I thought was for my car. NOPE! I ended up with HORRIBLE motor like noise issues and found a nearby mechanic to take a look at it. He pointed out that they put the wrong size carbon air filter, smashed it down to make it fit, shoved it into the carbon air filter location and just shoved everything closed. This was restricting air flow and almost caused me thousands in repairs if it wasn't fixed in time. This makes me so mad as I paid for a part I though was mine and for customer/labor services I thought I would be receiving. Please take your car to completely different place unless you plan on having additional repairs later. read more

They had to look up my car to find the answer. This was after they acted like they'd never heard of synthetic oil. WTF? They completed the job (hopefully). Young dude with the long hair had to ask me THREE times what method of payment I was using. His brain was elsewhere. He had another kid he was "training" who seemed clueless.
