That really stood out to me because it showed they actually wanted to make sure the engine was worth fixing before spending more money. After that, Clayton took over and continued helping me through the process. He explained everything clearly and kept me updated the whole time. They found multiple issues like intake leaks, an injector problem, and a radiator leak, but I never felt pressured to fix everything at once. I really appreciated that they worked with me and let me prioritize what I could afford. I ended up fixing the main issue, and the misfire is now gone. The car is running much better. Repairs aren't cheap, but I felt like they were honest and transparent throughout the whole process. Communication was great, and I always knew what was going on. Overall, I'd definitely recommend CoAuto if you're looking for a shop that actually explains things and doesn't pressure you into unnecessary repairs.

I chose this shop because of their reputation for being honest, top-notch, and respectful to women. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. When they couldn't find a code or cause, his advice was to just keep driving the car until it happened multiple times. When I asked about my safety, he flippantly told me "just don't drive it on the freeway." Telling a customer to keep driving a vehicle that randomly dies is highly irresponsible and unsafe.
