Went in looking to trade my relatively new car for an SUV. I wanted to receive a trade in value for my car so I handed over the keys. What I got was someone taking my car for a joyride around the block picking up people along the way? Not entirely sure why my car was driven off the lot without my permission to began with( I have a dash cam and watched the video after I saw my car had been moved). I have never been anywhere that had any type of precedure like this, and honestly feel violated. The funny part was I asked to take a test drive of their car without the sales person with me for personal preference and she said no right away, but they drive mine by themselves without me. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE - I wish I had the option to leave 0 stars. I bought a car here in mid-July because it was the only local place that had the specific make/model I needed and I had 2 weeks to get a replacement vehicle. Besides from offering me 1/4 the price for my trade in, not one other thing they told me was true. For financing, they told me it was illegal in MA to charge a refinancing fee and that I could sign with them and take the loan to anywhere I wanted tomorrow. Guess what? Took the loan to my bank, my bank said there were fees and it wasn't in my best interest to transfer. While on a test drive, the sales rep (Angie) claimed an expensive feature of the car (auto stop/start) was present, but just not turned on at the moment. When I came to pick up the vehicle, I asked Angie how to turn the feature on - turns out the feature wasn't in the car. I was furious, so Angie and her boss Addler offered me 3 free oil changes (worth apx. ~$60 and one is included with all new cars vs the thousands of dollars the feature is worth), were supposed to work with management to see what they could do to make up for it and call me the next day. They never called. I called them. They were not present to talk. Angie called me a few days later to check on how things were going. I said I was still waiting for their offer to make things right. Asked why I wasn't called back. She said she never received my call (guess she forgot she was supposed to call me back). She said she would check on it for me and call me back. I've called, no response; its now October and I'm still waiting for that call back. Also as part of financing, I purchased the extended warranty. I was told there was a $200 dedcutible, but if I brought my car in there to be serviced, this was waived. I brought my car in for the first time last week for an issue. I was told they stopped that policy and now I have to pay the $200 deductible. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told I could not. I asked when that policy went into effect. The date the service manager gave was PRIOR to the date I bought my car. Ironically, Angie called me a few days later to "check in". I reminded her I was still waiting for her first call back. And now I had a new issue with the warranty. Also mentioned I called her back, and no response. Once again, Angie states she never got my call. Once again, I guess she forgot about her commitment to call me back the first 2 times. Angie then says she'll look into these and get back to me on Monday (10/17). I'll give you a hint of what happened next. Its now 10/18, and no call back. I see that Andri or Greg S responds to post of these postings saying 'we are working to make things right' etc - so Andri or Greg S - I am asking 2 responsible things, as I have gotten no where with Angie or Addler - I am asking you honor the warranty you sold me and waive the $200 deductible for all services done at your facility for the length of the warranty and provide a service voucher or refund equal to the value of the auto stop/start feature. read more

Trying to summarize the experience, after 2 attempts to test drive the vehicle I was looking, I got to see it on the 3rd attempt. Moving forward, the trade offer came extremely low, but that is actually understandable as their prices are also good. Now delivery: this is where they blew it, it took over a week (I have never before leave a dealership in my old car), they send the wrong info to the insurance (stating new car instead of trade), took them 4 days to submit the application to the bank, I had to actually drive to the bank a no talk there to get it approved as it got stuck. Finally got the car delivered. Post delivery: even that they stated that they had just done a mechanical inspection and oil change I took the car to a certified service, thru found an oil leak, replaced the faulty parts under warranty. Also with the bank, as they took so long for delivery and processing I had continued to pay the loan on the old car, as when they would submit the payoff it would end in a credit from the bank to me, instead of paying the amount stated in the contract they requested a new payoff and paid the new lower amount. It took me to call them and ask for a refund on the difference, which I'm waiting to see that it arrives. read more

I am an out of town buyer and attempted to purchase a truck that I saw at Direct Auto Mall on the internet. If I could give a zero to this dealership I would. The truck was on auto trader for an internet price of $37,000. I contacted the dealership and gave them an offer on the truck. The sales person stated that she would give that offer to management. After a few days and an email that I sent no response. The sales person eventually did get back to me and stated that she had been sick and not in to work. During that time the internet price on the truck was raised to $38,000. The sale person in an email said that I could purchase the truck for the original price of $37,000 plus their dealer fees of $695.00. I agreed to that price then the games started to play and a few conversations with sales people and alleged sales managers the price was now $38,695. After some texts it was now $38,195. The original offer in an email to me was $37,695. The sales people played it off as an honest mistake and finally offered me the vehicle for $37,695 which I now refused. I don't take kindly to being manipulated to pay a higher price. I would recommend if you are a buyer to beware of this business. I have seen and read the other negative yelp reviews of this business and I can believe what they say is true especially being an out of state buyer. Went car shopping with my daughter this weekend looking for a car to get her to her first real job. We were kind of prepared for the worst having just finished a painful car shopping experience recently at a system house on Rt. 1 Norwood. I may come back and change this review depending on how things go with the delivery and service, But I was really impressed with this used-car dealership. The salesman treated my daughter with respect and enthusiastically helped us find just the car that she could afford and that she loved (2 year old Hyundai Tucson). Most of all, the transaction was very easy and we got a fair price without all the BS that usually comes along with this type of shopping. Everyone was low-key, relaxed, friendly and helpful; no one tried to sell us a simonize system, low-jack or bulletproof bra for the car. They were also very attentive to anything that needed to be done and had a long checklist of things they do to deliver a used car that is safe and reliable. I would definitely recommend Framingham AutoMall for those who just want to get a nice car without all the usual drama. (Update after delivery: They did reschedule the delivery of the car 3 times, moving it from an initial estimate of Wed. to the following Monday. This was annoying but they did a good job prepping the car). Addiitional Note: The service department is pretty useless after the sale. We had two follow up issues and after scheduling a week in advance and waiting two hours, they had ordered the wrong parts for both problems. read more

BUYER BEWARE - What can I say what hasn't already been said about this place. I will just leave you with my story. We bought a car from them in August during the sale we were given a lot of "advice" and "reassurances" about the car, their policies and warranties. Upon pick up of the vehicles a number of features that we had been told the vehicle had didn't exist. When we complained the only thing the supposed manager told us he was able to do about it was give us three free oil changes which didn't come close to matching the price of the missing features. We unfortunately needed the car and did not have the ability to back out of the sale and find a different vehicle. We were also told we could go refinance our car with no additional fees or penalties whenever we liked at a different bank and that was Massachusetts law. Turns out that is far from the truth. And now every time we have had to deal with them since buying the car their policies have changed. Repairs that were supposed to be free if we brought the vehicle to them under warranty suddenly have a $200 deductible and the manager is always unavailable to talk with us. It is a horrible dealership that I have ever seen! I called them and asked for availability of that car. He offered me the test drive. On the phone I said it's far from my place and I really want to make sure about the price before get there. So we confirmed I be there in 50 minutes. When my husband and I got there he said another customer has a test drive! First come First serve. I said you didn't tell me about another customer for this car and he goes I didn't know they come earlier either! Poor management! After 15 minutes I said we should go and john said no, I've just got the key. Lets go for a test drive! we liked the car and my husband said you are doing the inspection? John said No! We check it all but after buying you do the inspection . It's gonna pass the inspection. I said if it didn't pass can we bring it and get our money back? He said we're gonna fix it ! I said we are buying a car from a dealership because we want to make sure about everything like we did the same for both our cars before. Do not buy a car here. I bought a car here and was told I could pick it up at the latest in one week but to call before to see if maybe it will be ready earlier. The week went by and I was guaranteed no later than 5pm at the end of the week. I go at 5pm and they said they were replacing the brakes and I can't rush that because they need to do it right. Okay.... So I wait another hour for that. So a few months later I hear a loud grating noise, brought the car to the actual Nissan dealership and they told me the brakes were put on incorrectly. (The same brakes that took so long to replace were put on incorrectly? ) Ok. So I bring it back to direct auto mall and they were not going to replace them at no charge even though they put them on incorrectly. The guy would only talk to my husband and not me . It's my car, I made the appointment, and I was the one explaining everything. Apparently my word was not good there as when the car was finally fixed, the would only talk to my husband. They finally put them on correctly at no charge, but I had to have some other reliable mechanic make sure it was done correctly this time. Extremely rude people there. I've never been treated like that anywhere. Needless to say, I will never recommend this place to anyone, I mean, putting brakes on I imagine is pretty standard and a mechanic should probably know how to do it correctly. We purchased a 2015 Town and Country from Direct Auto Mall and have gotten the worst most contradictory game from them. We paid 100% cash. You would think this would be easy. When we test drove, the lot was so crowded we simply couldn't even walk around the vehicle without moving it four times out of the way of other cars. When we went to discuss specifics after the process, it went excessively long, we simply left. With two toddlers 2.5 hrs was too much. Upon home, we decided we would purchase the car. I called Ang, the business manager, the finance manager and a half dozen others for approximately 6 hours before I got a call back, when I was told I had to drive an hr and half back to sign papers in person!?!. I said fax or mail and I will sign in front of a notary and we are done. Well apparently a notary is only good for buying houses....not cars. After enough arguing they agreed "made an exception",and I wired 100% payment. When we purchased from the north end auto, our Jeep was promptly registered and delivered. One of the most class act dealerships ever. Direct Auto Mall it was anything but! They can't drive it to CT for delivering, we have to drive up and pick it up after we register it ourselves. So I asked can I come pick it up? Oh no I can't, they need to drive it to Ct for a vin check!?! So you have to drive it to ct, but can not deliver it!?!?! After protesting and paying another fee (careful of all the fees people) they agreed to meet me at the DMV, and we met them at the DMV. Two hours of waiting at the DMV, the runner told my husband to sign here. He did, but the title was only in my name (the wife).... DMV says nope, you can't register! So dealership dropper off the unregistered vehicle at my house and send we will send you a check overnight for your sales tax and registration and required paperwork. Today, no checks came, no paperwork. I called Direct Auto Mall and the response was go back to the DMV with a back dated power of attorney saying I said he could sign the title, do you know a notary who will back date anything?, and then there's nothing more that they can do. Except if we want for another fee they will order a duplicate title, but it could take a week +. (THEY TOLD HIM TO SIGN IT) Additionally they supposedly refunded my cc sales tax and registration. But my visa (I called) says nothing has come through. So now we purchased a car we can't register. Now lets talk delivery, the kicker: the car was delivered with a CRACKED WINDSHIELD! So tomorrow I now spend a whole day waiting for wind shield repair. The care was also missing the drivers floor mat. Direct Auto Mall is a scam and time suck! Worst costumer service ever. They have 24 hours to make it right, before we ask for a refund, or file suit. read more

We were looking for a car and saw a vehicle we were interested in, spoke to the dealership and scheduled a test drive. The price was listed on their website. We were offered a coupon for $1500 matching downpayment. The vehicle, which we were told had been "completely gone over and anything that was even close to being worn out was replaced already" and "super clean in excellent condition" had bald tires in the rear, stains all over the upholstery, and was difficult to test drive because the air in the tires was so low (the indicator light was on). I told the salesperson that if the stains were out of the upholstery and the tires were replaced we probably had a deal. We discussed how much we would need to borrow and spoke with the finance department as we were considering using their financing. (I wouldn't advise anyone doing it.) We agreed to complete the deal the next day and get final interest rates on the loan. We decided to use outside financing since we found a great deal, and let the dealership know that the next day when we called. As we were going over the final figures the next day, the salesperson suddenly "remembered" to tell us the the original internet price quoted to us had not only included the $1500 discount...but also included OUR downpayment...making the price $3000 earlier than what we had SPECIFICALLY discussed with him the day before. I just purchased my car at Direct Auto Mall and am less than satisfied at the customer service I received. The prices of the cars on their lot were what brought us there but that is the only positive thing I can say about this dealership. I was promised that my car could be delivered by a certain date and not only did that not happen, the salesman I was dealing with lied numerous times about the status of the car. I was told the car would be detailed inside and out, was promised that some minor scratches would be buffed out and all fluids would be topped off. First off, the car was delivered with the low fuel light on, it was more dirty than when I test drove the car (which was in a snow storm) inside and out, they did change the oil but did NOT top off any of the other fluids, it didn't even look like they attempted to get the scratches out, and there was no floor mats in the car when there was when I test drove. It seems as though this dealership is just about making the sale and then you are not a priority after that. I guess you get what you pay for...NOT RECOMMENDED! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My wife recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Direct and in the 3 weeks we've had it it's basically falling apart. Left the dealership with it and there were noises and vibrations. She took it back, they apologized and she spent all day in service so they could replace a window molding. Didn't fix the problem. We offered to take it to a dealership if they, Direct, would pay the bill. Sure, no problem. Turns out the vehicle had been in a front end collision and put back together hastily and fixed with SHEET METAL screws, Non-factory headlight housings, bent back metal etc. etc. Nothing on the car fax, nor was it ever noticed by ANYONE at Direct. ....and now of course, no one will return our calls. I've spoken directly to the new service manager who was nice enough but I politely declined their offer to repair it and would like them to honor their granting to pay for the repairs in the 1st place but we were told it's ultimately up to management to deal with the compensation and/or honoring their "return" policy (which we are still eligible for). Can't get a call back from the sales manager. Have sent an email directly to the site and to another email, given to me by the service manager who doesn't have an email address. ...no reply, no call. Left voicemails when you can actually get a voicemail box. Good luck getting in touch with anyone at the front desk as you're continually put on hold and after 20 seconds rerouted to the front desk. If giving 0 stars was a possibility I would have selected that. I was so disappointed with the service given to me at this joke of a dealership. I had called to book a test drive with these clowns 2 days in advance. During that phone call I was promised that the vehicle I was looking at would be all set and ready to go for the test drive.... the morning of the test drive I received another phone call from them saying that the vehicle will 100% be all set for a test drive. So, I figured since I had now spoken twice about this scheduled test drive that I would be able to drive it. We get to the dealership all excited to find out that the truck I was looking to test drive won't be ready to be driven. This was due to the car needing a new battery. You'd think with the service center they have, this wouldn't be a big problem and at most it would take them a day to find a battery. We were told this would take 3-4 days.... Already disappointed with this news.... we decided to then begin to talk numbers. Next, we find out that this dealership is non negotiable with all of their vehicles. A used car dealership with non negotiable prices. NICE! We then spoke to a manager who clearly needed help brushing up on his English. The trick that they tried to get us to buy into as an alternative simply wasn't good enough for us to even consider agreeing with. This place is a joke.... don't even waste your time. read more

Saw a car I was interested in, emailed, got a call back, asked a question about car history, promised a call back, it never came. I got a e-survey and filled it out, no call back. I got an email from a manager asking why I hadn't followed up on my first email inquiry, I explained my question on the car history from CarFax, never got a follow up. Leads me to believe, if you look under the hood and see something they don't want you to, they try to sell it to someone who doesn't look under the hood. It's pretty simple don't buy a car from Direct Auto Mall, I made an appointment that was confirmed by phone and email but when I showed up at their deplorable building they acted like I did not have an appointment. I was told the car I wanted to look at would be ready, the car was not ready and they said they could not get it their quickly. I looked at one car, as I was leaving the lot I found the car I wanted to see in the back of the building with damage to the front fender and the interior was a mess. They advertised it with a clean Carfax, with captains chairs (no captains chairs). How can they operate a business this way? How do they sleep at night? Terrible experience here. I felt that the staff was disrespectful and had NO positive customer service. I ended up purchasing a car there (first mistake) with engine trouble (that started a week after purchase) and felt that no one was willing to help me resolve the issue even though I had just purchased the car. It all seems that they lack communication skills with one another. After numerous calls and a threat to go to the Attorney General,they finally were willing to help fix my car. I've never been more frustrated with a business that does so little to make their customers happy. DO NOT GO HERE! It isn't worth the aggravation. read more

Update to my previous post about Direct Auto Mall's failure to contact me regarding a vehicle purchased. They were contacted by the Better Business Bureau who I also complained to. They replied they had been trying to contact me for a week. The problem there was that they had put the wrong phone number on the paperwork so they were leaving messages somewhere, but not with me. The many calls I made to the salesman went unanswered and he could have contacted me, but he went on vacation so didn't bother to reply. I have to say that Direct Auto Mall made it right in that they did reimburse me a pro-rated portion of my car payment due in Jan since they had processed the loan before delivering the car. I feel they made it right in the end, however, I feel they could have done better from the beginning. Great prices, customer service so-so. read more

How do I say this, JUST DON'T DO IT RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! This is by far and I mean it's not even close the worst Car Dealer experience I have had in the last 20 years bar none. Seriously I've been using yelp for so long and never post a review, but this is needed for other folk in this community. This place is the poster child for all the worst stories you've heard about used car sales places, just read the earlier reviews from others. I took the chance even after reading those stories, because the car I wanted is not a popular model and their ad was the only one available in the MA area when I started looking for the year and mileage I wanted. My advice, do not pay attention to their aggressive pricing, you'll end up paying more than almost all other places even those with higher advertise retail price. that's because it appear to me their business model is all about selling you stuffs at an overprice on the back end, from warranties which previous reviewer here have had issues with, to financing charge and the HIGHEST fees I have encounter of all the dealership I have visited in recent memory. I have never seen a car dealership refusing to give you a counter offer unless wait for it you drive to the dealership so that the manager can see you and talk to you. hahaha If you have questionable to bad credit, life can be hard out there at times I know. Trust me when I say there are a lot of other dealerships out there that will work with you with respect. This place is more like a leach who's aim is to take advantage of the most vulnerable specially minorities Latinos. If you have good to great credit don't waste your time here even if they the only one that have the car you want. if you can be patient like myself there is always another vehicle to come along. In the end my car search ended well, after dealing with their ridiculous demand that I come into their dealership for the manager to see me LOL. I emailed a few dealerships both in States and CT, It was amazing how much better the experience was. Got timely responses from all of them, and two offer and counter offer through email and phone calls in a matter of 24hrs. Happily picking up my Lexus this Friday at a lower price, and millage and its L certify, I encourage all to do your research, used edmunds, KBB and all other tools out there before you walk into any dealership. places like this will lie to you, like one of their sales people trying to tell me that KBB prices is only use for insurance purposes when I made my offer using kbb trade in value as my baseline to start negotiation and not their silly retail value price(ridiculous statement). And if you want to deal and negotiate through email you should expect equally good services. Remember it's your money that you work hard for to pay, so you should expect good services the dealer is not doing you a favor. Make sure you know the numbers regarding the car you want. I went home and soon noticed that there was a very strong smell of paint inside the car I got out of the car and I put my hand on the carpet behind the seat driver was fresh black paint that came out in my hands, and after 3 weeks the smell still And very strong, the next day I complained with luiz alves the seller, that I was not satisfied because the vehicle is very scent of carpet paint, and also the vehicle was not made a detailing, it was just what is called Fresh up,wash and vaccumm,When your detailling guys should have done a thorough cleaning, they painted the carpet instead of removing the dog hairs that were on the seats and carpet, this was a very poor job they did, my wife wanted me to return The car the same day because she was very nervous when she saw this situation, so I communicated with Luiz, he passed the problem to the service, the service manager said he would set a day and time and would call me to take the car Back to resove this issue,the result, until today 3 weeks later and he did not call me, my car is still dirty stinking fresh paint, and besides that now that it is not raining anymore I could see that the car is full of scratches, and there are 2 that are deep that Need to give a touch up paint to cover, it's work that the detailling guys is supposed to do.Look I've been working on dealer ship for 7 years and I have never seen a bad service and a service as poor as these guys did, I got tired of calling there and asking for help,if until wednesday no one call me with solution, I will call my lawyer and file a lawsuit against this place for negligence with the client. This place is absolutely horrible. They seem nice as they are selling you the car but once i signed the papers for the financing, they pretty much fell off of the face of the earth. After I signed the papers, they said they would fax the information to my insurance company right away. That was Monday. I called my insurance and they didnt receive anything until Thursday morning and it took me 15 minutes to insure the car. I started calling and apparently everyone there is complete moron. BUYER BEWARE!!! I was so happy to have found the exact car I had been looking for. I saw it online so I emailed that I was interested. Over the next few days I received call after call after call from different numbers but never leaving a message. I finally spoke to someone and set up a time to see the car. I said I would be there after work and would be there around 3:00 that afternoon. Of course with traffic in Framingham It was 3:01 and I was about 5 minutes away when I got a phonecall asking where I was as I had a 3:00 appt. Really????? After looking at the car I received NUMEROUS phonecalls and emails. I finally decided to go and talk numbers. Now, my salesboy was very nice but the sales manager was another story. I ultimately made the decision to purchase the car and arranged a day to pick it up. Since the day I drove out of the parking lot, I never heard from anyone there again. Usually you get a follow-up call or a thank you for doing business but nope nothing. A couple days after I got the car I realized I had a blown speaker. I called and was transformed service. I left a message and never heard from anyone. I was frustrated so I figured it's just a speaker I'm letting it go. Now it's just 3 months of having the car I needed all new brakes and tires! The brakes were COMPLETELY rotted and literally had chunks that had rotted off!! The tires were all different and had all different tread on them. With my car being AWD that could have done great damage to the drivetrain. I completely understand typical wear and tear on a car an expect to have to replace brakes and tires however, I thought theses cars go through a safety check before they drive off the lot. That was DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE. This was a MAJOR safety issue and I am shocked that this was not taken care of before the car was sold! I have since called AND emailed about this issue and still have not been able to speak with anyone! However, because I emailed they ASSUMED I was looking for a car. The phone calls and emails about my "interest ' in a car have started. I spoke to Andressa and she said " I see you emailed an interest in a car". SERIOUSLY????? I told her NO, I in fact had a complaint. She said she would talk to someone and have them call me. Needless to say I've yet to hear from anyone! Bottom line...... I purchased a car that I wanted the salesman was acting like I was his buddy telling me his wife problems. When I was not sure of purchasing the car he said he don't care because he already make is quote that day. The car came with one key I asked them to receive another one they told me I had to go to the dealer to have it made. I had one made gave them the receipt and they told me over the phone they will not honor it. I drove an hour alway to speak with the sales man, he replied I never told you that. I spoke with the manager and they finally gave me the money. Then I still was waiting for my registration via mail.. 1 week later when I need an inspection sticker I had nothing... I called they said to come pick it up.. 1 hour drive later I received it. This costumer service was nasty and rude I will never recommend anyone to go there... STAY AWAY. LIARS, SCAMMERS, CROOKS. An issue every step of the way. I typed up a super-detailed review but it was actually too long to post. So here is a summary: -Made an appointment, drove over an hour to the dealership. Was told someone else was looking at the vehicle and that I'd have to wait. I walked out and found the vehicle, nobody was looking at it. They were either lying to artificially create competition (most likely), or willing to sell the vehicle to someone else despite my appointment. -Dealership is a dump. Fold out tables and chairs, no separators between customers negotiating on vehicles. Waiting room looks like something you'd see at the hospital ER. -After making a deal, I waited 2 hours and 40 minutes to see someone from finance to sign papers. -Was told vehicle would be ready a week later, when I called it was not ready "because the bank was talking too long to process paperwork". I called the bank and determined this was a lie. -Sales guy agreed to drop vehicle off at my house so I didn't have to drive over an hour in rush-hour traffic. When he arrived, he jumped out and left the truck in drive. It started rolling down my driveway, he ran and jumped in and threw it in park. Close call. -After driving the truck for a few days, I noticed there we no inspection sticker. I called and asked why, and they said they don't give stickers. Would have been nice if they told me that. They dropped the truck off "ready to go". Uninspected is not ready to go. -When I went to get an inspection sticker myself 7 days after delivery, THE TRUCK HAD STILL NOT BEEN REGISTERED. I called the dealership, livid, and they got it registered. They emailed me the new registration. Had I not called, who knows how long it would have been before they registered the truck. -When looking into registration, I checked my bank accounts. I noticed the dealership filed for the new loan (meaning, they got THEIR money), BUT NEVER PAID OFF THE LOAN ON MY TRADE IN. So they got their money but didn't bother paying what they owed on my trade-in loan. On top of it, my direct deposit made an auto-payment to the old loan. I called the dealer, livid again, and they said the check was sent to the bank Friday (this was on Wednesday). I called the bank and they told me this was a lie, that they had not yet received payment from the dealer for the trade-in payoff. -I am still chasing them for the refund for the monthly payment that went toward the old loan after it should have been closed. They claim it has been sent but can provide no tracking number. They owe me $226. -I worked with Gus Lima in sales and Mariana Martins in finance, both were very polite but had a list of excuses a mile long and obviously weren't doing anything to resolve the major issues with my purchase. Bottom line, these people are liars, cheats, and crooks. They worked very hard to get THEIR money (down payment and loan from bank) and then put in zero effort to complete the other aspects of the transaction. They seem to prey on the people in the local community. The proof is in all of the negative reviews. All of which receive a generic response from some guy named Greg "Oh I'm sorry that happened, we will look into it". No resolution on any issues. I recommend people call the better business bureau to report issues they have had with Direct Auto Mall. This is not how to do business. STAY AWAY. read more

Once I got there the salesman took my license to run my credit history and then told me they sold the car the previous day. A phone call would have been appreciated! I bought a car from direct auto mall. Im so disappointed for their service since day one. They keep us waiting 3 hours for all paper done. When the sale (Richard) agent make appointment to get the car after signed one week. He forgot to do the plate for me even though i confirmed with him 2 times on text and phone. Later i said on Monday he will deliver at 12.30am. Monday morning he called he can do it at 3pm. Im off from work waiting till 3pm, i dont see him. I called around 6pm he said he is on the way. Im sooo disappointed with his service. He doesn't respect people time and so rude to me. He promised on the day that he forgot to do plate number that he will give free 3times oil change. He said its not going to happen because i called his manager. Last hope, I complained to his manager but they don't say even sorry or make up anything for me. The managers help me nothing but rude. I live 450 miles away; but found the SUV I really wanted there and the price was right. It has been two weeks of dealing with them; and I can never get anyone to call me back. I know I am already financed with the institution they financed me through, only because I had to call them on my own to find out. I am very unimpressed with them right now. If they would ever return a call I could have this done by now. My last vehicle motor went and have had to rent a car waiting on them. I am about ready to say screw it and go some place else because of their poor customer service. I would say if anyone is thinking on going there make sure you stay right on top of them. 10 phone calls a day and getting "we will have someone call you right back." it just shows bad buisness. read more

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE... seven days to get the car..after signing for the loan not detailed, though I was pushed off one whole day because the car "was being detailed and had to dry" Air bag light went on immediately...Had to be brought back in for service Again, was told it would be detailed and it didn't get done. Rear AC didn't work...fixed on the second time back (finally detailed), but they still need to order another part, resulting in another trip, more miles, more inconvenience... Theyclaimed to have replaced the windshield wipers twice....broke off on the ride home (it's not the wipers that are the problem...but I guess the techs can't figure that out) Took 13 days from date of purchase for them to submit the registration paperwork All in all, a horrible experience. I have called about everyone in that dealer no one has called me back I have my car the Paper work has not been processed yet, I have been towed, ticketed and wasted about 3 days trying to get someone from there to call the DMV to update my information since the car dealer has to do. The Sales man Joe a great guy . ***WARNING PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE,THE PLACE IS HORRIBLE *** I bought a car from them two months ago, a gorgeous Lexus, I test drove the car and it needed work, the brakes, leather fixed a handle for the shift. The sales woman reassured me that this would be taken care of within in a day or two, I was able to get a good loan so I went with the sale. That was the only good thing with this dealership. The two days went by I had to call them and see the status of the car , she stated that it was not fixed they were waiting for the parts, this two days went to two weeks by the last day I had called them and canceled the car because I was so upset with the lies, they were waiting, waiting , waiting and nothing was happening. On Friday when the " MANAGER" assured me that the car would be fixed they had switched all my old car information to this new car, I called to confirm that everything was fix and NOPE IT HADNT EVEN BEEN LOOKED AT. So I did not have my old car because everything was transferred over to the new car and the new car was not even close to ready. So I had no choice to pick up the broken car that cost me $22,000 with broken brakes and tore leather. The didn't even put rugs or a dollar air freshener in the car, and the detail was a joke still had a coffee stain on my cream leather seat. So I go back in a few days where they again reassure me that everything will be taken care of and they would provide me with a rental car for half the day. I taken off work drove there for them to tell me that they did not have any cars available and the leather repairman was not available, now mind you I had had this appointment for a week now. After complaining again the manager assures me he would fill up my gas tank for the trouble. I wait for 3 hours and the manager drives me to the gas station and puts 20.00 dollars in gas, I laugh and ask him are you serious $20.00 dollars wouldn't fill up a 4 cylinder junk box. A month goes by and I am not able to follow up with them because I was hospitalized. Nor did I receive any calls to fix my leather ( as was contracted). So I call them two and wait on hold for 45mins both times to speak with the sales manager, explain to him the problem and he tells me that they did not replace the four brakes only "fixed two" and did not replace the routers they " shaved them down" and put new brake pads, my mouth almost dropped I paid $22,000 dollars for this car and they do have the professionalism to put new safe brakes on the car. So now within in two months , the brakes are not working properly, the leather is still torn the ac is not working and the passenger window does not go down. I am not one to complain however this is the worst business that I have ever worked with and I would never wish my worst enemy to deal with these people.
