Kevin gave me a nice ride and shared his photography skills, And Nick could not have been more professional or helpful. I am writing this review after concluding my purchase of a Range Rover Evoque at Herb Chambers in…read moreSudbury. Let me first start with some context. We have bought a number of luxury vehicles including BMWs, Range Rovers and Porsches across a number of dealers in the US and internationally. In addition to this context, I recently moved to the US and while my credit score is excellent, I have limited history which could have been a problem financing a vehicle in the US...until I walked into Land Rover of Sudbury! We were moving from NYC to Boston and therefore needed to buy a car. We initially went to a Land Rover in Manhattan who were only interested in taking my deposit. They were not knowledgeable about the car, and when they did get my financing, got it for me at 11% with a requirement of 50% down! They also took over a week to refund my deposit but that is another story for another day. I decided to try and get the Range Rover Evoque in Boston, given it was probably easier to register. I looked up Land Rover in Sudbury and gave them a call - Anthony Carbone picked up. I told him I was about to make the trip from NYC to Boston, but that I needed to finance the car and had limited credit history. He was upfront about the risks but assured me he would do his best to get a good deal. I landed at the dealership on a Saturday at 11am - Anthony and Bobby greeted me, and introduced me to Rusty who would take me through the sales process. Rusty immediately asked me if I wanted to go for a test drive, and we were off for a 6 mile drive around Sudbury. He was quiet, and not pushy letting the car sell itself. He was on point with any questions I had. He then asked me what trim I was interested in, when I said Prestige; he drove 10 minutes away to the back lot to pull out a brand new Prestige (still in its white shipping wrapping). He took off the wrapping but I didn't like the color. He then asked patiently if I wanted to see anything else. The Evoque on the showroom floor caught my attention and I asked if it was for sale - it was, and we immediately got down to numbers. Rusty provided me with payment plan options and after a bit of back and forth we starting calling the banks. That is where Anthony and his magic came in! He spent a little over an hour calling the banks, keeping all my limitations in mind, and only came out of his office when he had a positive result...and positive it was. He was able to get me a rate of ~2% with a structure very much under a monthly payment I was comfortable with. I agreed, we processed the papers and in a matter of 4 hours I was out the door with the deal done. I asked if I could pick up the car the following week, and knowing it was our 5th year anniversary and a gift for my wife, they dressed up the Evoque with a red bow for collection! Over the week I inundated both Rusty and Anthony with a number of questions and every time they were super quick to respond. This experience has been BY FAR ...THE BEST car purchasing experience I have ever experienced. I will only buy Range Rovers while we live in Boston (unless Anthony moves to another brand) because dealing with this dealership was exceptional. Given my limited credit history they were able to put us in a car of our choice with no car sales BS, the industry is known for and plagued with. In fact, I am so ecstatic with my experience that I am including my personal email address and encourage anyone who is thinking about dealing with Land Rover of Sudbury to reach out if they have any specific questions about the Range Rover Evoque or the dealership It is for these reasons and so much more I have them rated exceptionally high. The technician couldn't diagnose the issue as the power steering started working again. We then did additional repairs to the vehicle (tires, etc.) that cost approximately $5,000. The vehicle ran fine for the next 3-4 weeks until the heavy rainstorm on July 7th at which time the vehicle lost power steering while driving at 70mph on the highway. We contacted service and was able to drive the vehicle to Sudbury on July 9th. The only thing that was wrong with the vehicle at that time it was dropped off was the power steering. The dash illuminated the following message "Ok to drive with caution Power steering assistance reduced" My research online shows that the 2019 Land Rover Velar had experienced a known documented vulnerability. The driving rainstorm waterlogged the internal circuit board of the electric power assistance steering (EPAS) rack. The front sensors and steering rack are both mounted extremely low to the ground. There have been numerous lawsuits, class action suits for certain model years in the UK. I brought this to the tech and they discounted; no video of the damage was sent to us unlike every other prior visit for service. The tech then sent an estimate for 10k to fix stating there was a crack. We asked for video, tech on 7/10 at 2:52pm texted steering gear is crack, video did not send apologies. I asked if the crack possibly got water inside causing the failure, response "that could be the case". Again, asked for video, was told on Saturday at 7:05AM that we could get a video to me on Monday. Was asking the tech if possibly something caused the crack (hitting a pothole, etc.) no reply. I was continued to be directed to JLR North America to see if they could offer any assistance. Great customer service for someone who has been loyal to bringing the vehicle for all service to Land Rover Sudbury, plus the prior vehicle was a Range Rover Sport which I serviced at your establishment. Monday morning heard from Alex in Sales, offered $1,500 for trade-in against a new Velar. At 1:30PM texted service again, still no video showing issue. Reply, tech is out today so I will not be able to get you another video. Advised Alex that we were going to go in another direction and advised service that I would be in to pick up vehicle. Showed up at 5:20pm to pickup vehicle, my service tech was gone for the evening. The tech that helped me called for the car to be pulled up, I asked if I needed to sign any paperwork and was told no you are all set. No explanation of what was done to the vehicle, what was found, etc. The vehicle was not brough up and I had to go down to the back of the lot to pick it up. Remind you the only light on at the dash when this vehicle was dropped off for service was the power stering, Started the vehicle and the following lights came on the dashboard "2 wheel drive only, traction reduced" "Ok to drive with caution stability control not available" "Intelligent emergency braking system not available" "Ok to drive with caution Autonomus Emergency braking not available" "Cruise control deactivated" "Stop Safely Brake System fault detected" "Airbag default light on" "spedomter didn't work" Plenty of pictures if you would like me to send along. Difficult to explain and luckily didn't have an issue getting the vehicle where it had to go. My attempt to get some help with the issue was unsuccessful and very frustrating

If you're wondering if you should buy a car from Waltham Auto Gallery, stop wondering and just go…read moredo it. They are incredible and I'm so happy I bought from them. For reference: I'm a 30yo single woman who has been driving since I was 15, but never owned a car. It's the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, so everything is screwed up, and I really needed to buy a car but was having a really hard time. I had narrowed it down to a list of about 4-5 cars that I would want to test drive, but the pandemic made that impossible. I was going through this process alone. And the dealerships were being VERY annoying. Besides having wishy-washy reviews, they didn't email me back for days. I decided it would be best to just work with a dealership that had a stellar reputation. That way, I'd have the best chance of getting a good value on a used car, and work with people who were truly interested in earning my business. Waltham Auto Gallery showed up over and over during my search, with nothing but 5 star-reviews. I checked the website and saw a car that was on my shortlist of options - a 2017 Kia with only 20,000 miles on it. I called. Daphne picked up immediately. She was so friendly, and said it would be fine if I came by that day to test drive the car. When I arrived, she gave me time to just look it over myself and ask her questions. We were all distanced/masked, but she did offer for one of their employees (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name, he was awesome) to accompany me in the car, to help guide the drive and answer questions. I agreed, and he sat in the back with the windows down (we were masked.) I wanna emphasize: I knew nothing about buying a car until about 2 weeks before I bought one. Daphne was so patient with me and answered all my questions, even the dumbest ones. She repeated herself and clarified when I didn't understand. I felt comfortable negotiating with her (although the price was perfectly reasonable to begin with) and she was very forthcoming with details about the car. She was prompt in answering both phone calls and emails. She was transparent about the delays at the registry and how long it would take to register the car, but they took care of it, and when I went to pick up the car, they'd put on the plates and taken it to get inspected. I've been driving the car for a month now with absolutely no issues. Plus: my stepmother is one of the most insane clean-freaks I've ever known. When she sat in the car on the day I brought it home, she remarked that she thought it was a new car because it was so clean. (Now, it's covered in dog hair. Oops!) Lastly: when I was signing on the car, a woman and her husband came to look at a minivan. Daphne remembered them from 2 years ago when they'd bought a car, and the woman said they still had/loved that car and were back for another one. This shows 1. the connection that they have with their customers, and 2. that the car/service is good enough to bring back repeat customers. Waltham Auto Gallery is AWESOME. Go buy a car from them!

Herb Connolly Chevrolet Framingham…read more ***Beware of service manager Jay and service rep Joie Mullen - deceptive and unprofessional conduct*** I bought a brand new 2025 Chevy Silverado 2500 last February directly from Herb Connolly Chevrolet Framingham and, at the same time, purchased a brand new Fisher XV2 plow through this dealership for about $12,000, including their installation. In hindsight, I should have purchased the plow directly from Fisher, but I relied on the dealership's representations. The salesman, Joao Demarchi, and the finance manager I worked with both told me that if there were any issues, everything would be covered under warranty. I drove the truck home and did not use the plow until January 26th, which was a major snow day. I own two businesses and normally handle plowing ourselves. After less than four hours of light use at the first location, the plow's lifting mechanism completely stopped working. We didn't even make it to the second location. This was especially disappointing because I was told this was Fisher's most powerful and reliable plow. The truck had to be towed in because the plow failure made it unusable. When I brought it in, I was told that just to diagnose the plow would cost $250 per hour, despite being told the plow and installation were covered under warranty. I spoke with service rep Joie Mullen, who denied that any warranty applied and refused to assist unless I agreed to pay out of pocket. I went in person the following morning to try to resolve this. Again, I was told nothing would be done unless I paid the $250 per hour diagnostic rate. At this point, I was without my primary work vehicle and had to rely on my brother's accessible van to get to work. I explained that Fisher provides a two-year manufacturer warranty and that, under Massachusetts law, this product should be covered by the implied warranty of merchantability, since it failed to perform its basic function after only a few hours of use. I asked for the issue to be handled properly rather than escalating the matter further. I was dismissed and given no meaningful help. Eventually, I spoke with General Manager Brendon Connolly, who actually listened to what happened. To his credit, he stepped in immediately and said he would take care of the situation and ensure the issue was resolved. Only after the GM intervened did the service manager Jay become cooperative. This should not require escalation to the GM for a brand-new product that failed almost immediately. Even after approval to fix it, the dealership took nearly three weeks to complete the repair. For almost two weeks, there was no progress at all. I had to repeatedly call, text, and show up in person just to get basic updates. During this time, my truck and plow were sitting there unusable, which directly impacted my work. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If not for the GM stepping in, this would not have been resolved. I will not be doing business with this dealership again and would strongly recommend others be cautious when dealing with their service department.

I asked what she was talking about, as nothing had been recommended, and if I'd known about it, I would have had it done when the car was there. She told me it was in the report that had been given to me. I went through that report, page by page. There's even a section for recommendations, and this was not mentioned anywhere. I told her that. I also told her that 2 of the things that had been done were done incorrectly and I'd had to bring the car back to have those things done correctly. She said she'd speak to the manager and see how they could make things right. This morning she texted to say that my service advisor said he HAD told me about the cat studs, but that it wasn't an emergency to take care of them. A complete lie. So I take back all the great things I'd previously said about him, and would advise against going to Bernardi Honda for any type of service. They are dishonest, and I HATE being lied to. ------------ I drive a 2017 Acura RDX. A few days ago, I received a text from a Bernardi AI Bot named "Pam," telling me I could get $75 off any service or maintenance at Bernardi Honda. I needed a few things done, so I scheduled an appointment for the same day. David was my Service Advisor, and I can't say enough great things about him. A bit of a shmoozer, but extremely nice and informative. As it turned out, the car needed quite a bit more work than I had anticipated, and had to leave the car overnight. They would have been willing to send me to Enterprise in an Uber to provide me with a rental at no charge, but I asked if they could just send me home in an Uber (10 minutes away). They did that, and also had Uber pick me up the next day when the car was ready. So that was a great convenience. Here's what I needed: Scheduled maintenance, 2 new tires with balance and alignment, new windshield wipers (front and back), and it turned out I had an oil leak, so that needed to be repaired. When all was said and done, I paid them nearly $4,000 - but it's okay. I know the dealership will do the work correctly.... or so I thought. Yesterday was my first time going any distance (I had picked up the car the day before). First, the steering wheel was pulling to the left, so something was wonky with the alignment. Second, 10 minutes into my drive, the "Check Emission System" light came on. When I got home, I tried calling David, but it was his day off. He called me back first thing this morning and told me I could return with the car at any time and they would take care of it. I brought the car in this afternoon, and David greeted me as soon as I arrived. I waited in the waiting area, he updated me along the way, and about an hour and a half later, everything was done. The "Check Emission System" light was on because, in replacing the oil pan, they had to loosen the O2 sensor, and hadn't tightened it enough afterwards. They tightened it today. They ran a diagnostic and found the alignment was indeed slightly off, and they fixed that. It was really annoying to me that I would have had to return to have these 2 things fixed. They should have been checked before the car was returned to me. And since they weren't, I had to return. After this experience, I'm not sure I would return to Bernardi Honda for service. The saving grace was David, who would have bent over backwards to make me happy, but the service technicians need to be more thorough.
