Visiting my parents and they had a leaking shower that wouldn't stop dripping no matter how tight the handle was. Danny came out, diagnosed it quickly as a bad cartridge, and replaced it the same visit. Shower works perfectly now, no leaks at all, and the handle feels smooth again. Another great job performed by Danny at DG Plumbing!!!! Danny was able to save me from a complete bathroom guy and remodel. His creative approach was the only one that prevented me me from having to rip out my entire bathroom and remodel. We had a drain leak at our bathtub. We got one quote for 4 times the amount Danny was going to charge. And two other people said we had to remove the tub which meant removing the tile shower surround, part of the floors and walls, the toilet etc. at which point I may as well remove the entire thing. Danny was able to come through the wall and work in very tight spaces to save my bathroom!!! Danny is not in this to upsell you. He cares about your hard earned money and wants what is best for his customers. 5 !!! I called Danny about a water pipe that burst in our private road...Danny answered the phone at night, and was delayed by another order ahead of ours came over and gave us a fair bid and after meeting him decided he was right for the job. He came over on a Sunday, quickly got the leak diagnosed and fixed, added some fill, and did such a great job in removing the old asphalt square that with some cold patch was able to secure the asphalt square back on the road and we are back in action. Our main line was clogged so our kitchen sink was not draining when the clothes washer was running. Gurgling noises were coming out of the pipes behind the washer too. I wish I never hired this unprofessional plumber!! I found him on nextdoor somehow and he quoted me $550 to replace a toilet and said it would take 30 mns to one hour to do the job. He kept changing the time of his arrival saying he did not sleep at night because of his baby who kept him up. He imposed on me his 8 am arrival time and then he changed the time to 10:30 am...he arrived 15 mns late and was acting like he wanted to do the job very quickly and just collect the cash! he said he preferred cash and that I would be charged $50 more if I did not pay him cash. He came in and took the old toilet out and replace it with a new one and left in 10 minutes! No explanation, no eye contact...just telling me he had 8 other jobs lining up like mine! Obviously in a RUSH!! I did not go back to the office that day. The following morning my whole carpet was soaked!! the water was dripping from the angle stop and when I called him, he replied he was out of town. So he could not care less! Started to say he was not responsible for other failing parts! that he did the job he was paid for (replace the toilet) and nothing else! I had to pay another plumber to come ($265 an hour!) and estimate what happened and he said that Danny did not connect the supply line to the toilet and that is why it flooded my office! I am so angry at this plumber! He could have come back and fix it/finish the job properly but he didnt!!! I will complain at the Contractor State License board, he needs to be reported!
