He came quickly to fix the leaking toilet when we couldnt shut the valve off. He is quick and thorough.

Kevin is the best plumber I've had yet. To start, he's respectful, reliable, honest and professional. He was able to fix a shower drain blockage by snaking, but snaking through a sink drain instead that shared the line with the shower drain. He noticed something that I wouldn't have even known, and that other past plumbers didn't think about either. When he was here working, I could tell he was an expert-level plumber. If you want the job done right, and want someone you can trust call Kevin. Highly recommend! Worth every penny and then some. My anxiety for future plumbing issues has decreased immensely because I know who I would call. read more

Kevin is great... quick, respectful, and helpful. Got sewer main line cleared in no time.

We have used Kevin and Diablo Rooter three times now and each time the customer service, communication, timeliness, and value have exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this company and will continue to do business within the future. read more

Diablo Rooter is great local small business if you are in need of a plumber. I had some corrosion on the pipes that my garage sink faucet and washer hook up to. The warranty would not cover it because the corrosion was caused by a valve that the previous owner installed. The warranty company quoted me $600 to fix the issue. I called Diablo Rooter for an estimate and 2nd opinion and he said he could get the job done for $200! I had him out ASAP and he had the job done in about 30 minutes and he did not have to do all this unnecessary extra work the other company said they would be doing. The owner of Diablo Rooter is honest, fair and personable. If and when I am in need of a plumber in the future, I will definitely be contacting Diablo Rooter as my first choice. read more

At my home, Kevin replaced bathtub fixtures and toilet water lines. In a separate visit, he installed a new garbage disposal. I was so pleased with his work that I called him when my mother needed help for her toilet and kitchen sink. He is pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable, trustworthy, and his prices are very fair. He is also considerate to give updates on status of arrival time for your appointment. Kevin is our top of the list plumber! read more

Kevin helped me clear out a tough clog in my kitchen and one further down the line as well. He's honest, fair and the nicest guy to boot. I will definitely be hiring him again! read more

I can not say enough good things about Kevin and the business that he is running. He is exceptionally polite and damn good at his job. He is thorough, catching things I wouldn't have even thought of on a recent shower drain replacement job. He asked if he could snake the pipe while things were apart - this made snaking possible without potentially opening up walls someday for that pipe. He quickly assessed the issues and provided an elegant (for a drain pipe anyway) fix that looks rock solid for years to come. Diablo Rooter is worth every penny (and the some)!! He was kind and engaging throughout his time at our house and absolutely won over my daughter, who now wants to be a plumber!! Look, anyone can snake a pipe or replace a drain, sure, but Kevin's craftsmanship and demeanor is something usually lost in most of my business dealings these days. While nobody looks forward to having to call a plumber, I genuinely look forward to the next time that I get to chat with Kevin. read more

Kevin probably does not get many reviews from Reno. Our daughter who still lives in Concord had a plumbing issue that another company said would be a very expensive repair. I told her to call Diablo Rooter who we had used for years. Kevin came out and fixed the issue, a clogged drain. If I need a plumbing repair here in Reno I hope to find a honest company like Diablo Rooter. read more

My second review because I had such a great experience again. I highly recommend Kevin for any plumbing needs! He is not only extremely professional and kind but also very reasonably priced. Kevin has helped us fix our water line a couple of times, and his work is always top-notch. What really sets him apart, though, is his honesty and integrity. He even went above and beyond to clean up after a previous plumber's bad work. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled plumber who you can trust, Kevin is your go-to person! read more

I called Diablo Rooter because our kitchen drain was draining oh so slow. I knew it was a matter of time before it really didn't drain and I didn't want to wait for that to happen during our Christmas celebration. Kevin answered the phone and was able to give me a reasonable quote and make time to come by later that day. Communication was great through the entire process. Kevin is personable, professional and very ethical. He cleared the clog in our drain and cleaned up afterwards. I wrote him a check and he was on his way. What a pleasant first experience! I will definitely use him again in the future read more

What can you say other than he's the best plumber in the business! He was able to replace our old glacier bay faucet that came with our house with a much better quality Moen one. And he did it without having to replace any tile! Not only that but his prices are very fair. He's our go to plumber now! Just know that he's busy so get him when you can. read more

Kevin (and occasionally his brother) are as good as it gets. It's like "the good old days". Quiet competence, zero corners cut. We've been customers of Kevin for over a decade and I almost wish for plumbing problems just so I can see the quality of the job that he invariably produces. A balanced review should list the pros and the cons but with Kevin there honestly aren't any cons. read more

Kevin is seriously the most honest, reliable, and thorough plumber you will ever find. He is extremely trustworthy and an all around good person. When other plumbing companies refused to help, Kevin of Diablo Rooter stepped up and fixed our problem! I will not name names however when I called other companies to fix a leaking faucet on my walk-in tub I was immediately told they would not service a walk-in tub. I reached out to Kevin of Diablo Rooter. He made an appointment, studied the problem, proposed fix and away we went. He had to order new faucet so there was a small delay but everything is now fixed! He was absolutely great. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We have found our plumber! read more

Kevin was amazing! He is recommended by local community groups on Facebook and I see why. We had a new toilet installed in a rental property and he was helpful, reliable, and reasonably priced. We will definitely use him again. Five stars for sure. read more

Kevin was excellent. He's quick to respond and always gets the job done! His rates are reasonable and I would highly recommend his services.

I've called Kevin / Diablo rooter twice in the past 3 years, both times for sewer backups (due to roots). He has the best rates, but more than that, he's polite, straightforward, and efficient. This past time, we noticed the sewer backup just before we had to leave on vacation. I gave Kevin a call, and he was able to clear the line while we were gone. It was a huge relief to be able to come home with working plumbing. read more

Kevin is the best. Everytime I call him with a problem with my septic tank he usually comes the same day to fix the back up and is done promptly. Always friendly as well. read more

So efficient. Ok mute. Professional and super friendly to my dog. Cleaned up quickly and were wildly quick at taking care of the issue.

Today is #ServiceStarShoutOut Day and I want to recognize Kevin with Diablo Rooter! We have called him on several occasions to help with our plumbing emergencies. Not only is he fast to respond over the phone but he goes out of his way to fit us in...on the same day! Kevin is always busy (which is a good thing!) but he knows how to manage his time with his appointments and communicates even if he's just a few minutes behind. One instance was my daughter's birthday party. We didn't realize our downstairs bathroom was clogged and guests were going to arrive in a few hours. It was a Saturday afternoon and my husband tried to unclog the toilet himself with Drano. Usually Drano does the trick. Nope. Didn't work. Not this time. Ugh! I quickly grabbed my cell phone and looked up Diablo Rooter in my list of contacts. Kevin could hear the stress in my voice and made a quick stop to see us before his next appointment. That's what I call superior service. Kevin is very professional, honest, and thorough. His prices are super reasonable and he explains the work that needs to be done. I highly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed! read more

Sewer line was clogged and backed up into the shower. Called Diablo Rooter based on great Yelp reviews and I am adding to them. Kevin was very pleasant on the phone and was straight forward about when he would be able to come. He kept me updated and called when on the way. I've had the same job done by another service before, and knew it would require removing the toilet to get access to the stopped up line, so it was not an easy job. He also replaced the toilet water line valve and fixed the loose toilet seating ring which he noticed needed repair. His attention to detail and overall professionalism was much appreciated. Kevin completed the job efficiently and far more economically than the previous service and I recommend him highly. He is honest, skilled and his rates are more than reasonable. read more

I called after throwing in the towel, trying to remove an old faucet. It was late at night, so I was expecting to leave a message. Kevin answered the phone and even said to send him a picture in case he could give me some tips. He was able to come the next morning to get our faucet replaced. He exceeded my expectations, and I will use them again. read more

Great service. Kevin is pleasant and gets the job done efficiently. He has taken care of our kitchen and also cleaned our sewer line.

If I could give a plumber 6 stars, I would give them to Kevin Moeller of Diablo Rooter. I've used him periodically in the past, but he outdid himself this week. First, our toilet water supply line burst about midnight, flooding part of the house. Kevin was here the next day to replace the line (and change out the old toilet valve assembly while he was here). The next day, I discovered there was NO HOT WATER. I again called Kevin (who always answers on the first few rings) and he was out again the same day, replacing the pilot light assembly on our water heater. He is conscientious, friendly, hard-working, honest and super polite. I've even heard him recommend a larger plumbing company if he can't respond in a timely manner. What else could anyone want? Kevin is the best. read more
