Brian is a great person to call for any plumbing problems. He's been here before to fix a big leak from our washing machine and install a new toilet. Most recently, he fixed and vastly improved three old bathroom sinks -- he replaced the rusty pipes and traps with new plastic assembly underneath and recommended sink stoppers that we found online. His wife Dana was also very helpful in passing along our photos to Brian before he came so that he had a clear idea of what to do and what specific plumbing materials to bring. HIGHLY recommend Belfast Plumbing. I had a tankless hot water heater that needed it's yearly or bi-yearly maintenance done and Brian took care of it for me super quick. His wife Dana was also extremely helpful in getting the appointment setup and answering any questions I had beforehand. In addition to the service work I also learned something along the way (I had a few questions :)) While he was waiting I asked if he could take a look at another small issue we had with a drip under our kitchen faucet. I told him I'd call back to make a follow up appointment and he could rest during the hot water heater flush but Brian took the task on straight away. He could've sat in the car or taken a break but he busted the job out for me. I very much appreciated his 'get it done' work ethic AND his overall kindness! It was affordable and high quality work. Brian arrived on time. When he got there I asked if he could flush out my water heater which was not part of the service I originally called about. He was able to accommodate my request without any problem. He took care of replacing the pipes under my sink since they were leaking. He was done with all of the work within 1 hour including cleaning up the area. He tested the water heater to make sure it was all functioning correctly. He cleaned up the entire area before he left. Amazing! Brian totally helped us out with a lingering plumbing issue in one of our bathrooms. The contractor who did the renovation did a horrible job. On Brian's first visit, he got the water flow up on the bathroom sink. It was at trickle. He then took apart the shower unit and diagnosed the problem. I scheduled him for the second visit and he just competed it . Everything is working as it should! He took everything apart and cut into the adjoining wall to reinstall the shower correct. He also put a new wax seal around our toilet as you guessed it, it also wasn't done right the first time. Here's the thing. He is one guy. Owner-operator. You need to book him 7-14 days out for your plumbing issues. He charges a fair price and there are zero surprises with him. As long as he is around, I won't use any other plumber. Ever. read more

We've called Belfast Plumbing twice now and highly recommend their service. He's very quick to arrive, does top notch work, and our cost has been far less than I was expecting to pay. We'll be using them exclusively for our plumbing needs. I have a fear of being overcharged by service techs, but Brian is a stand up guy. First job: Snaked our kitchen sink drain line. I tried to do it myself with several snakes and after an hour of frustration and sweat was unsuccessful. It seemed an impossible task but Brian arrived and fixed it perfectly. Second job: We've got an issue of tree roots impeding our main line. Brian chopped the roots via our toilet which was a horrible mess.
