We thought we were hearing dripping behind the wall near bathroom faucets. Jesse and Star came out and after checking things out they said it was the water pipes that go through holes in a 2x4 expanding and constricting--normal. No water damage anywhere. It is my kids bathroom and they said they'd been hearing it for years. I didn't know about it until last night! The relief was immense that my walls weren't going to be opened to fix a leak. I asked what the charge was and they said no charge. It is very, very difficult to find this kind of high quality service these days. Excellent experience, Knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We contacted LV Plumbing for an estimate and they requested pictures of our new product and the location it would go. The images didn't get through the first two attempts but my wife tried and it went through on the third attempt. Soon after LV gave us a quote, we compared with another plumber and opted to go with LV. They were very busy but was able to fit us in the next afternoon. The job turned out to be a hassle but the LV team remained cool and calm and pleasant the entire visit. They finished and cleaned up everything afterward like they were never there. Noa arrived early the next morning and successfully re-lit the pilot. However, he discovered another issue -- the burner screen was damaged and could pose a fire hazard. Noa mentioned that the burner screen was under recall and that I qualified for a replacement. He contacted the manufacturer and stayed on the line for nearly 45 minutes to arrange it. The replacement part was confirmed and shipped the following day. Once it arrived, I called Noa again, and he came back the next day to install it.
