A delivery team from Airport Appliance left me stranded without installing my oven range stating my valve is wrong and sticking out so it hits the protruding back panel of the new oven. This company responded to my request for service immediately, which was a huge relief as I had to turn off my water main. I had replaced the toilet fill valve and somehow the shut off valve began leaking. I tried to get it off, and replace it, but wasn't able to do so. They responded within an hour and a half. Their technician (I'm sorry I can't recall his name) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and had the problem resolved within an hour or maybe a little more. Bryan has done a better job than any other plumber I have encountered. For a few years I thought I had a leak in my upstairs tub going down to my rec room because of some blistering near the trim. Bryan sized up the problem up and decided a smoke unit ( a genius unit, BTW- ) would help to figure out if leaks are in my piping. Lo and behold, I came out clean!
