Lets start off with the word honest. They have five stars for a reason. They refused to leave until all of my clogs were fixed. They did not charge extra and they were friendly. You can ignore the comments for this company and go somewhere else, but you will regret it. I was told by Nancy's that I needed about $4,000 in repairs. I played roulette and got lucky when I called Pro Plumbing. This is a family run business and the owner has been a plumber for over 40 years. We had a nice chat as Jose was working hard to clean out my clogged pipes. Look at the reviews. Yelp is the best way to find a good, honest business'. I chose Pro Plumber since they had 5 stars. 08/16/18 Called and live person answered the phone and asked me several questions and said she would get back with me shortly. That was about 3:00 in the afternoon. I received a call back about 15 minutes later and said they would be out 9:00 the next morning to check out my leaking hot water heater in the garage.Arrived on time and assessed new one needed and explained why. After 17 years, our water heater finally gave out. From the very beginning, Jesse made the whole process incredibly easy. He took the time to explain all of our options and answered every question we had. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Once we looked over our options and made our decision, they scheduled the installation quickly. Jesse and another installer (I wish I remembered his name!) arrived on time and did a fast, meticulous, and professional installation. They removed the old water heater, installed the new one and it is definitely an upgrade. She quickly scheduled an inspection for the same day. Jesus and Alejandro arrived and were polite, courteous, and professional from the start. They walked me through everything they were doing while diagnosing the issue, and sure enough, they found the leak. They left briefly to pick up the necessary parts and came back to complete the repair. Throughout the entire process, Jesus kept me informed every step of the way--no surprises at all. They also left our home just as clean as they found it, which I really appreciated. This was my fourth time using Concord Rooter and Plumbing, and once again they delivered excellent service.
