They worked late into Saturday evening, staying until about 8:30 PM, so the pipes would have 24 hours to cure and we wouldn't be without water for an extra day. I called them because I had low PSI for water. They quickly found out my PRV needed to be replaced. They have great communication and they follow up with their customers which means a lot to me. The following was done: - reinstalled sump pump with new 30 inch sump pump basin in the crawlspace; - used schedule 80 pipe + trenching; - schedule 40 3-in breather + wiring (underground trenching); - two trench pipe outlets; - new vapor barrier in the area + taping and cutting; - the connections were glued; The system was observed in operation during 2023 bomb cyclone and operated without any known issues. Total time on and off operation was about one month during that rainy period. - No known leaks are detected. - I have two sump pumps (same brand), but this install is so much quieter than the other.
