Flow pro, we already paid for moet of The master cartridge to be fixed, we should only have to pay the amount "removed" from theprimary quote because it did need to be done.. My mother and i tried to explain this several times now but its not sticking, flow pro you need to contact sue menke and achedule a servcie to fix the primary shower for the amount that was removed from the first visit when it was incorrectly passed over. the owner is top notch tech, unforttunely that has not totally rubbed off on the other guys yet This needs to be made right !!
