Nancy's Plumbing did an excellent job re-piping our house after a pipe burst beneath the foundation. They responded quickly to our emergency and handled the entire project professionally and efficiently. Their team kept us informed, completed high-quality work, and provided important guidance about contacting a restoration company to address the water damage. They also replaced and textured the damaged drywall, then repainted the repaired areas to match the existing paint perfectly. We greatly appreciated their knowledge, responsiveness, attention to detail. We highly recommend Nancy's Plumbing. read more

Work was quality. They were on time but I am not happy with paying a 4% charge for using my credit card. I understand the merchant pays when I use a credit card but I paid a premium for the job. Well over $500 per hour with very little material used. I believe they should have obsorbed that fee. read more

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Marlon truly went above and beyond fixing a water leak issue at my home. He didn't just repair the immediate problem--he took the time to carefully check other areas around the house to make sure there were no potential issues that could turn into future problems. That level of thoroughness gave me real peace of mind. Marlon was knowledgeable, professional, and very patient in explaining what he was doing. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing things right, not just fast. He kept me updated throughout the project. I also want to give a big shout-out to Nancy. She was friendly, responsive, and made scheduling and communication smooth and stress-free. It's always a great experience when both the field service and office support are top-notch. Highly recommend this team if you're looking for honest, reliable, and proactive plumbing service! read more

I had a main water line break over Memorial Day weekend and called Nancy's Plumbing on the holiday itself. Nancy answered the phone personally and had her technician, Chris, at my house the very next morning at 9:30 a.m. Chris provided a clear, all-inclusive quote before starting the work and completed the repair in less than two hours. He also took great care restoring the section of lawn that had to be removed when he was finished, it was barely noticeable that any digging had been done. I found Nancy's Plumbing through Yelp, and the excellent reviews are absolutely deserved. I also love supporting a woman-owned business. Professional, responsive, honest, and efficient. I highly recommend Nancy's Plumbing and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs. read more

The last time I wrote a review was years ago. Called my favorite plumber but they busy. Needed something simple. A toilet water line connection tightened with a pipe wrench as had small drip. Called Nancy's Plumbing, a woman owned business. They were available $79.00 service call plus parts. Nice person arrived. Wanted $375.00 in addition to service call... no parts needed. Called Nancy's back re the additional cost. $79.00 was a service fee I must pay before service if I agreed to an additional $375.00... no further discussions. Service person left. THEN my favorite plumber NAK for plumbing called. Had a call canceled. Showed up and about 15 minutes later leak fixed. If I had been told the $79.00 was to get an estimate for the fix I would not have set an appointment. A service call minimum fee should cover at least 1/2 to 1 hour. If such took longer more money due. Not real good customer relations thus this business is not one I could recommend read more

We requested service for garbage disposal . Service guy arrived the next day. Responsive. Good price. Good communication. Free quote

We needed a plumber to fix an issue in our kitchen as we previously purchased a new dishwasher from Lowe's and had them install it, however when the tech arrived to install the dishwasher he looked under the sink and said he couldn't install the dishwasher because the shut off valve was not something he could work with, he said I needed to hire a plumber to change the valve. My wife was sitting in her office when she sees a "Nancy's Plumbing" van drive down our street. She went online and found their number. We called them and were able to make an appoint for the next day. The next day Chris the technician arrived on time. He assessed the situation and gave us a few different ways to fix our problem. We arrived at the best course of action for us and scheduled for the next day to finish the job. Chris was able to come back the next day and finish the job. His work was quick and efficient, and the price was fair. I would recommend Nancy's plumbing for any plumbing needs. They do great work. read more

If i could give them 100 stars, I would. First off, they came out last minute and it was not even an emergency, yet they still accommodated me. Second, the level of honesty provided by the plumber blew my mind. He went over the cost, the options and did NOT upsell or try to make the job bigger than it was. I was having a moment of crisis (aside from the plumbing issue at hand) and Chris (the plumber) was patient, thorough and just overall an amazing human. the only plumbers i will ever recommend - thank you! read more

What started off as what I thought would be something as simple as changing the water valve turned into chaos. I had water all over my bathroom floor and was in a panic and called Nancy's. They gave me a quote over the phone and was in my bathroom within 20 to 25 minutes. The guy was really nice and professional and quick. It turned out to be the shut off valve that needed to be replaced. He finished the job within 10 minutes. Really grateful that they were available and professional. Would definitely recommend. read more

We have had the pleasure of working with Nancy's Plumbing and their wonderful Service Specialists over the course of the past year or so for multiple household plumbing issues which include replacement of bathroom sink faucet, kitchen faucet replacement and multiple leaks. They have responded professionally, courteously and have done a fantastic job every time. In fact, I think this may be my second review - so well deserved and I would write more in favor of Nancy's Plumbing and their prompt and great service. My most recent call had to do with a leak under our bathroom sink, we called first thing in the morning and Chris Orellana was at our house that same morning and was very helpful. Leak was minor, he gave a few awesome pointers and all I need is some clear caulk and I can seal it myself, Thanks to his recommendation. Easy, fast solution and much appreciated! Thank you Nancy's Plumbing, we are super thankful to be able to count on a professional company like yours for our plumbing needs! read more

Amazing and considerate service in dealing with a week plus plumbing emergency. They located a break, recommended an amazing clean up service and followed through with repairs afterwards in one day!! I can't compare costs. With service this good I'm a loyal customer so it doesn't matter! read more

While we didn't end up utilizing Nancy's Plumbing, I wanted to give them a positive review for when their technician came to our house to give us an estimate. We were close to adamant that we'd need our ceiling cut through to inspect a leak, however, the technician ended up talking us out of it and thus talked themselves out of a job. This was a good thing as it ended up being unnecessary. We will definitely consider Nancy's Plumbing for plumbing needs in the future as we respect and admire their old school and ethical business practices. read more

A plumbing leak is never a good thing, but it's especially bad on a holiday weekend when many plumbers aren't working. It was our great fortune to find Nancy's Plumbing who came to our rescue on Memorial Day, when wall pipes failed, causing water to seep up from under my plank flooring. This company is OUTSTANDING, not only in quick response time, but arriving promptly, being professional from start to finish while still being very friendly. Repairs took 2 days & their work area was left clean at the end of both days. Marlon's knowledge & keen eye for detail pinpointed the cause of the multiple under-slab & wall leaks we've endured here. They have integrity & ethics, which is hard to find these days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! read more

Yo these guys are great! I contacted Nancy's Plumbing through google messaging and received a text within minutes. I had an appointment scheduled next day to be diagnosed. My bathtub copper pipe came out of the wall when I was trying to replace it myself which is very simple to do. Unfortunately for me who ever installed the pipe before I bought the house definitely didn't do a good job with that. I was stressed the only way to do this job was to open my hallway walls to the pipes. Marlon came in and examined the situation and didn't guarantee that he could fix it without ripping walls. To my amazement he was able to replace the copper pipes with no problem and without opening walls. He is a true professional. He also told me about my shower handle cartridge part had a crack and needed to be replaced. I really appreciate him telling me because if he didn't I'd still have that leak. The price I was charged seems high at $950 but the quality of work and professionalism is top notch. Thank you so much! read more

We used Nancy's Plumbing to perform a partial re piping of our copper water pipes in our Oakley residence. Our older home had original pipes beneath the concrete slab of our house. Like many other older homes in Oakley, the older pipes began leaking after over 30 years we have lived here. Nancy's plumbing performed the pipe replacement in four days with minimal disturbance, which was not easy with a two story home with over 2,000 square feet. Several sheetrock openings are required to install the new copper lines. Nancy's plumbing goes behind the process, replacing sheetrock and performing a solid re-texture job but does not paint. They covered furniture and appliances and worked well with our questions and concerns along the way. It is a huge job, and is intrusive, however, they performed the work in the best manner possible. I believe Nancy's Plumbing has the experience and knowledge to perform this type of work as good or better than other plumbing outfits in the area. We were satisfied and grateful for the work they provided in our house we plan to stay in for the foreseeable future. read more

Christian came out to our house to inspect a potential water leak. he was super informative and definitely made a big difference with our future strategy. He went way above and beyond. I want to thank Nancy's Plumbing for the work they did on my leaking faucet drain. 2 other plumbers worked on the faucet prior. Marlon & Chris came in and gave me an explanation of what is going on. From the way Marlon explained things and the advice he gave, it was easy to see that this was a business that focused on high quality workmanship. The work they did is solid. There are plumbers and then there are master plumbers. Nancy's service is with the latter. read more

I had my master bathtub faucets replaced twice by cheaper option plumbers and twice more, they failed. I knew the entire system had to be replaced, which needed going through the wall to access the back pipes to the bathtub. Nancy's plumbing came over, gave me an assessment of the work needed and an estimate. Honestly, I wasn't prepared for the high cost, but after researching the average cost for the work needed, I was actually getting a good price from Nancy's Plumbing. It took me 2 months to save the funds to finally call them to get the work done. They were very friendly, and remembered exactly what was needed. They ordered the parts and kept me in communication about timing for the day of. They were fast and I'm so very pleased with the end result. My bathtub looks awesome with the beautiful new faucets and I can finally have use of it. read more

Great service. Water heater stopped working and we really needed hot water. I called and they came within 1 hour and fixed it for the diagnostic cost of $50. Based on Yelp reviews, we moved forward with Nancy's for our pipe replacement towards the main water line. We were not disappointed from the initial contact through completion of the job. Thanks so much, you're lifesavers! read more

We first called Nancy's plumbing when my wife backed her car into the main line of the house, which is located in the driveway next to the garage door. This happened late evening and Marlon came out and stopped the leak because we couldn't turn it off. He came back the next day and completed the repairs, placed a new shut off valve fused all the links and placed new pipes soldering all properly. He also installed a new regulator and adjusted the water pressure to the house because it was too high. This issue happened in 2013 and we have not had an issue with the main at all since. We are still very happy with that repair. Recently, in August 2018, we had our upstairs shower leak down to our living room ceiling, a slow leak but a headache. I called Nancy's plumbing, Marlo found the problem and showed it to me. A craked drainage pipe rubber seal that had not been installed properly when the house was built. Marlo even showed me how to replace it but I told him he is the expert and although I'm handy at home, I would much rather he take care of it! I'm glad he did because he couldn't put the new seal in correctly because the contractors had cut the drainage pipe too short, not Marlo's fault. He said he would have to cut open the living room ceiling to get the job done right by replacing the short pipe with a longer drainage pipe to the shower's p-trap. He also installed a new gutter housing and a strainer. He fixed the problem and made it even better than it should have been made to last for years to come. He tested the repair for leaks which he found none and fixed the problem. What took the longest was him patching the ceiling back up and texturing it! But I told him I'm handy enough to patch it, texture it, and paint it but he offered to complete the patching and texturing! Marlo and his crew cleaned up after the repairs and used disposable booties to walk into my home to avoid getting the carpet dirty. Above and beyond the scope of the repair! If you are looking for a plumber to do it right the first time! Give Nancy's Plumbing a call before you call anyone else. The repair costs are reasonable. However, keep in mind that if you want a cheap repair, you will get it done with cheap parts or inexperienced plumbers. You will eventually have to call someone else again! My advice is get it done right the first time, call Nancy's Plumbing! read more

We were told by another plumber that there was a slab leak under the kitchen floor. The plumber did not have a camera and could not verify where the leak was located in the pipe. I found Nancy's Plumbing after calling several plumbers looking for one with a camera or with the equipment to do an isolation test. I was fortunate to find Nancy's who had all the equipment. Marlon came out and met with my wife. He reviewed everything the previous plumber said and ran a camera through the pipes. He allowed my wife to view the monitor and he explained everything he was looking at. He did not find any cracks or clogs. However, there was a joint under the kitchen floor that could have been the source of the problem. He gave us a quote to break the slab and do the repair. The day of the appointment Marlon and his team arrived. This time I was fortunate enough to meet him. Marlon and his crew were very professional and polite. Even when he met with my wife she felt comfortable, which is important to me. The crew wore shoe covers and were very careful working in the kitchen which was just remodeled a few weeks prior. Marlon said he wanted to be 100% sure that the leak was below the slab before breaking the concrete. He wanted to minimize the the cost and any damage that would have to be repaired. As it turned out his diligence paid off. The water we were seeing was trapped under the new floor from the dishwasher leaking. Although he had to remove a portion of the flooring to verify the source of the water, that is preferable than breaking the slab. Marlon is an honest plumber. I had already agreed to pay thousands for him to break the slab and dig down to the pipe. He could have easily done so and I would have been none the wiser. I can't thank him enough for being honest, thorough and working with integrity. In addition to that after reviewing the invoice Nancy refunded our over payment. Also, Nancy who took all my calls was awesome. She was very flexible with scheduling and polite every time I called. She responded to every question I asked and returned my calls without me having to follow up. Great company to work with. Thanks! read more

5-star service once again from Nancy's Plumbing. As with past experiences with Nancy's Plumbing the response to our request (this time to troubleshoot a water pressure concern) was quick and an appointment was made for the next day. Shortly after Chris arrived, he determined the water pressure to the house was good and the likely culprit was a very old water softener, that although not used for many, many years, was still hooked-up. Fantastic response, great troubleshooting work, and issue resolved. We certainly will not hesitate to call upon Nancy's Plumbing again. read more
