Good company professional, good pricing, and availability highly recommended for repairs.

Service Pros Plumbers scam credit cards! Service Pros Plumbers gave me written estimate with total price of $6980.50 for the replacing a sewer line and demanded $1000 deposit. Before completing the service, Service Pros Plumbers called me on the phone on Friday 10/6/2023 and confirmed that total price is $6980.50. Service Pros Plumbers called me on Monday 10/9/2023 and demanded my credit card number. Service Pros Plumbers refused to take checks. I gave Service Pros Plumbers my credit card and authorized to charge my cards on total amount of $6,980.50, as agreed. Instead, Service Pros Plumbers charged my credit cards for $8,023.49 and refused to refund the difference. This company is fraud. Do not give them credit cards.

With back2back tub/shower we had to be sure of no leaks would damage the cultured marble we put in. We sleep well.

We had several plumbers come out to talk about the replumbing needed as we were remodeling TWO Bathrooms which are back2back with 1 dividing wall. We had estimates ranging up to $15,000. And that was for repiping the whole house with the plastic stuff. NO!!!! as we have a home which backs up to 200 acres of fields full of mice. Just one mouse could ruin our home in 1 night. To the rescue came "Service Pros Plumbers" they took their time to discuss the possibilities. We ended up just repiping the opened wall between two bathrooms & then extended the new piping 8 feet each direction [[beyond the bathroom walls]] so we wouldn't have to think about leaks after remodeling our new tub/shower and double shower with cultured marble. Our total bill came to $4,000 and it was worth every penny of it. The rest of our home is not a major concern as we have access to the rest of the plumbing in our home through the attic or exterior walls. THANK YOU - especially to "Jaru" for the quick and expert work. Rest your worries if your plumbing is done by "Service Pros Plumbers". We'll be referring you to all of our friends and neighbors.

Water coming from under the sink
Shareen A.

I am beyond pissed at the level of communication and service given. I had a stand alone hand washing sink that a previous plumber had run water pipes through the wall and created a drain set up for a sumpump. So n80% off the work was done. A sink was set up and faucets were ready even had pipes connected at the bottom. So COVID hit, the original guy is no where to be found. I paid him $650 already and owed him $600 more to complete the job. But he is no where to be found. A year later I contact this company to give me an estimate on how much would it be to finish this job , add sumpump and heating element. Knowing that the job is almost done, just needed the piece to attach and hot water to be connected. I was quoted $1650. The two guys who showed up at 10:45 a.m gave me a quote by 12:30 same day. So I asked some discount, I thought it was too high for a sink that has almost 80% work done. Anyways they decided $1300 is last so I was presented with a tablet to sign off of the job, which I did, it had no break down off the the scope of this job, just added price. Work started at 1:15 and they were done leaving at 3. I stopped to ask, can I check the water, the plumber said " oh there is no water" I was Like "why" he I don't know what the guy did .. I was like what? Why are you touching the job when you don't know what's happening here? So I call my friend whose husband is a contractor to ask her, she said that the pipes need to be opened up from the top. Then this plumber goes in the ceiling to open up the pipe and now we have cold water. I ask why no hot water.. his response Is " hot water is double the money" .... I was speechless. This is my 11th store in last 10 years. I know how much the Pump installed cost . I know that tankless hot water unit is under $150 for a small hand washing sink. Any ways.. I quietly paid $1300 for an install of 6-CIA-ML SUMPUMP.. which cost $259. The guys barely worked two hours on the job. But they left a leaking sink on my new laminate floor and bent my T bar near the ceiling tile which they went in to turn on the water. I called and spoke to the manager Anna as soon as they left and she said she would call me back to figure out what's going on. Two hours later I called again to speak to the manager who almost got into a fighting match with me over the issue. I just told her that hey lady I've already paid you all I was hoping to get my job done right which obviously you guys have not done and I do not have the hot water which seems odd that I would have a sink done without having a hot water in there. I now have to go back again to the shop to let these guys in to fix the leak that they've left behind on my floor and figure out the ceiling as well which is going to cost extra dollars. I hope they fix this for me. Or else they can take their pump back and refund $1300. That's almost s price of a new job from scratch. Response to Ana Yes the guys were there for 4 hours, but from 10:30-12:45 just figuring out the quote for the job. If that's what you consider working on the job, then I am sorry that's NOT a part of the job, that's trying to get the job! Why would I need a sumpump installed of it didn't work? The price is cheaper on Amazon, why would I need your services if I could buy and hook one. I needed the project completed, which involves adding a sumpump, hot and cold water connected. The water leak is coming from below the pump. How do you say the job is completed when it's not even functional.? The guys were told about hot water connection. This was not out of the blue!! Read the requests that I sent which was in minimal lines, I wrote that the sink was left incomplete. I needed work completed. I am beyond upset because my floor is all lifted and T bar bent that the guy took a ladder to connect a water line. And you are absolutely rude, you started to yell over the phone to, when I was calmly speaking to you AFTER I PAID. Notice I have not personally attacked you , but very unprofessional of you to attack me personal lol " my ex employees saying I don't pay my bills" . Words of advice , they would probably be talking bad about you to! People who talk ill while being paid by an owner... something to be said isn't it. I paid your bill in full didn't I ?

The branch/tree growing in my bathroom pipes

What started as what I thought was a simple disposal replacement and a clogged toilet, ended with Eddie pulling out a huge branch/tree growing throw my pipes in my bathroom. Had Eddie not gone the extra mile to uncover the root (pun attended) of the problem and not a quick fix, I would still have this massive tree growing through my bathroom. Service Pros takes extra time and care to ensure you don't have repeat issues. And for that, I'm grateful!

Valve with the part/cap stuck inside. This is the part that simply needed to be pulled out and replaced.

Jason was able to walk me through the issue over phone since those valves were new and only had a screw tightening problem.

Matt and Eli (Elijah) at In Demand Plumbing were fantastic! I contacted them about a whole-home…read morewater filtration system, and they took the time to explain the Halo 5 system in detail. Eli tested both my tap water and refrigerator-filtered water, and I was surprised by the results. He clearly explained how the system filters and conditions water throughout the home. Just two days later, they returned to install the system. Matt and Eli arrived on time, were professional, and got right to work. The installation was completed quickly, and they made sure I understood how everything worked before they left. I am very happy with the quality of their work and customer service. I highly recommend In Demand Plumbing and would definitely use them again!

He QUICKLY said that they could absolutely do the job for $2,500! I told Beto I was concerned that he was just quoting my deductible, and he said that he understood and he could do the job for $2,000. but he had to call in a smaller employee in case they had to go into crawl space and dig (the crawl space is very tight). I asked him what if leak was against the wall and no digging was needed, he assured me price would be adjusted accordingly. again, my fault for not getting this in writing. He attempted to get to leak from garage and was unable to, so had to cut into my family room floor and wall. As I guessed leak was against the wall and was repaired. No one needed to go under house. Beto called two other workers (according to him because they had a small stature in case crawling was needed). I never saw all three working, two basically hung out. At the end I was presented with the $2,000 bill, I asked about the adjustment since no digging was needed, Beto told me his boss said no. but he would be nice and deduct $100. I paid my bill and called the owner with my concerns-he said that a quote should never be given before the plumber could see the actual problem and he would talk to Beto and call me back. That was last week, no call back. I waited to write this review to see if the owner would make things right, or at least explain the charges. So beware of this company-or at least Beto and his quotes, don't make my mistake and agree under stress and pressure! I had an active hot water leak under my house and I should have known better, but I didn't and they took advantage. UPDATE: I thought I was speaking with the owner originally, but it must have been a manager. The owner called me a couple of hours after I posted this review and said he was unaware of the situation. He said he would use this as a teachable experience with his employees, apologized, and offered me a $400 credit. I accepted the credit, and was going to take my review down, but it happened, people need to be aware. So I am adding this to know the owner did finally reach out and made things right. Unfortunately it didn't happen until I posted a review.

Water Heaters Masters

After getting a very high quote from a major plumbing chain, we decided to contact Water Heater…read moreMasters. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Water Heater Masters. Alex sent our technician, Rojo, who helped install a new 40-gallon gas water heater in our indoor utility closet, and he was incredibly diligent, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Installing a tank in an inside closet can be tricky, but Rojo handled the entire job seamlessly in just 2 hours. He replaced everything with high-quality components, including: * New hot and cold water flex lines * A brand new water shut-off valve * A new gas flex line and sediment trap * Fully reworked earthquake straps (to meet California safety codes) * Properly updated T&P line and venting He also took care of the removal and disposal of our heavy 18 yr old tank, leaving the utility closet completely clean. If you want fair pricing, expert specialized service, and a technician who respects your time and home, call Water Heater Masters and ask for Rojo. Highly recommended!

We were replacing a gas water heater with a hybrid electric heat pump water heater. Generally, this…read moretype of heater costs twice as much (price and installation) as a traditional electric water heater, but costs a lot less to run (and therefore you recoup the additional cost in a few years from lower operating costs). I had a very easy experience getting an on-site quote. I received 3 quotes for this job. 2 quotes, including this one, came in around $7100. I went with a third one at around $6700 (which included an additional mixing valve) and am very happy with my decision. Overall price was not a big part of my decision, but brand of water heater was. After doing some research online, the most recommended brands are AO Smith and Rheem (GE). Both higher quotes were for Navien, which has only been making heat pump water heaters for 1 year, but I was told that it is the most reliable brand. I did not understand how this claim could be made, given how short the duration of evaluation for this product. Even the worst appliances usually work for at least a year. So I requested a quote for AO Smith or Rheem, which I did not get. I'm not sure why my brand request was not honored, but it made me question whether I should go with a company that either has communication issues or maybe some type of deal with Navien that I was not informed about. Many water heater installers are preferred installers of certain brands, which means they can get better pricing, etc. I did not want to be a guinea pig for Navien.
