I go to this Denny's all the time, and it's honestly one of the best ones I've ever been to. It's unfair to treat Denny's like they are some high class restaurant and hold them to very high standards, because that is simply not what the restaurant is meant to be. It's somewhat affordable dining that serves the entire menu all day. This Denny's makes good food, is pretty clean, and has a mostly upbeat staff. Jesse is the nicest and friendly employee here, if you become a regular he remembers you and what you like. I've never had a bad experience here, honestly. Waiter was nice but me and my sisters in-law ordered coffee and all 3 coffee mugs were dirty mines had lipstick I told the waiter he brought us all new mugs and they were dirty one had lipstick!! Completely disgusted at the fact that the cups were dirty. I won't be coming back. Once I understand but come on twice two cups with lipstick! I was thinking ok maybe they won't charge us for the coffee but nope we still got charged!! Definitely NOT coming back. I don't believe I've ever left a one star review before. However our experience tonight with take out was nothing less than horrible! I had a avocado bacon cheeseburger with cottage cheese instead of fries. Most of the cottage cheese was on the burger instead of in its compartment and it wasn't because of the way we transported it. It was because the waitress packaged it sideways in the bag. The bottom bun of my burger was a soggy mess!! And fell apart! The avocado had black spots throughout and I had to remove it. I asked for no tomato and there was tomato all over it! 2 hugh pieces! My husbands avocado chicken caesar salad wasn't much better. Never never again will we visit this Denny's. Not enough servers so service was horrifically slow. My daughter ordered a kids meal and chose grapes as a side and most of the grapes looked rotten and were definitely squishy. So those never got touched! She's ordered lemonade and clearly the concentrate was empty because it was basically water. I said something and literally watched them change out the concentrate yet the new drink was also still just water. That never got touched! The food here is good, just like at any other Denny's I have been to, the thing is the staff has to be more welcoming and attentive to their customers. I almost always get banana pecan pancakes and coffee. The two times I have been here, the pancakes came out perfect the way I like it! And the coffee is fresh and strong! :) With that alone, I would keep on coming back here. About the staff, they totally have to do something about it :) read more

Saw some of the previous reviews saying how dingy and run down the place is...Okay first of all, it's not a 5-star French restaurant - it's Denny's for crying out loud. I gave it 5 stars because the servers are above and beyond awesome and the food is good. I live in the area and dine here often so I see pretty much the same servers. Always friendly and smiling, no matter how busy it gets. If the ambiance is disappointing to any one out there, you're expectations are waaaay too high. Maybe go to IHOP instead. Yes, maybe once in a while, there are dead bugs by the window, but it's not like it's infested. I'm sitting by a window now and I don't see any dead or live bugs. I absolutely love the Value Menu where they have $2- $8 meals. The only gripe I do have tho is the creamer for the coffee. Denny's, please step up your creamer game and serve flavored creamer. Jesse is the only reason we keep coming back! Like seriously the best waiter ever! He remembers you and what you order and is really friendly and attentive. Im giving him the 5 stars! The last two times ive been here he has not been here. The waitresses are too busy talking to their coworkers and not very good at their job. Worst Denny's experience and breakfast. Had to ask for a children's menu, waited 40 minutes for our food. We were in a hurry to get to church. Had over an hour when we arrived, by the time we got our food, we had 8 minutes to eat. Coffee was burnt. Bacon was limp. Hash browns cold. Horrible! Simply horrible! I don't know what the workers at this location are thinking but it surely doesn't have to do with actually working. Every time I come here I'm seated within a few minutes which is good but that is where it stops. My family and I waited ten minutes for menus before my father in law got up and grabbed them hisself. On top of that ten minutes we waited for an additional ten minutes for our drink orders to be taken. By this time we were ready to order our food but the waitress taking our drink order said that some one else would come by to take that order down. Thirty minutes later our drinks arrive and our food order was taken down. The restaurant was empty other than two families who were getting ready to leave so we thought our food shouldn't take long at all. Boy was that wrong! 45 minutes later our food comes, cold and missing half of what we actually ordered. The waitress was very rude when we asked for our food to be taken back for fresh hot food. Luckily it was only ten minutes later when we got our food hot and correctly. We complained to the manager but he did nothing about it claiming the place was busy when there was literally no one there by this time.
