Typical Denny's, it was very slow when we went in so I expected that it would not be a very long wait but it was almost 30 minutes from when we sat down until when we were given food, which seems like a little bit too long to wait on a slow Tuesday morning, food was basic and the service was what you would expect from a big chain establishment, if you have the time and you have a choice I would choose the crooked putter right down the road for breakfast if you were in this area, aside from that this place works in a pinch Our server was nice enough although very young and seemed a little bit and experienced as she made a few mistakes with our order and our check but she made up for it with her friendliness read more

Every single time my family has come to this Denny's, the service is absolutely horrid. The hostess is always rude, the older women gives inaccurate wait times, the other one rolls her eyes at you & doesn't pay attention to who was waiting in line first. The servers try to rush you when ordering & they're also beyond rude. Most of the time, the food is the only saving grace but is it really even worth it for the terrible staff? I'm new to the area. So my partner and I decided to stop by for some sit down breakfast. Upon arrival it's a busy morning there was a smell like dirty rags while walking to our booth. Finally we place our order my fiancé ask for his eggs over easy with his skillet and I just asked for egg whites and hash browns with a side of blueberry, strawberry and banana pancakes. Food comes out my fiancé's eggs are RAW!!! I mean egg whites not even cooked he lifted the egg and all the egg whites spilled over to the skillet. Gross!!! He asked for them to remake and they just added new eggs (still not cooked all the way) basically they made them and threw them on top of the skillet mind you the previous egg whites that were uncooked remained in the skillet. Again we bring it to our servers attention and she apologized and said they could completely remake it at this point, his appetite was basically to the ground. My pancakes came out without bananas !!! Because the server informed Me that they no longer have bananas why didn't she come and tell me this when I placed the order so she basically charged me for bananas which I did not receive. Worst place ever! They NEVER have our to go orders ready on time and NEVER get the order right. Sometimes we order breakfast to go because we are to lazy to cook ourselves. We've come to expect the order to be missing items and later than the time given online. This last time they didn't give us an order of eggs, hash browns, and bacon. We have also waited for over an hour in the restaurant for our food. The employees have been rude and don't seem to care if they mess up the order and don't serve food in a timely manner. The only reason we still order from here is because Cracker Barrel is the only other restaurant close by and they aren't any better. read more

Went for dinner and was seated right in front of the kitchen area so we spent the entire meal watching the servers yell at the kitchen staff for mistakes with their order. I've never witnessed such a zoo in a restaurant. Then we get the worst waitress we've ever had. Took a long time to take our order and then after a long wait I seen them put our food on the counter ready to be delivered to our table where it sat for almost 15 minutes. Our waitress walked by our food 10 times and I finally blew up and told her to get our food now. She started apologizing and said "I've been watching your food sit up there but thought someone else was going to run it to you since I was busy at the cash register". She wasn't busy at the cash register, she kept walking right by our food and messing around behind the counter. It was ice cold and my wife kept telling me to send it back but I just wanted to get out of there and did not want to wait for more food. As we were paying she said "I'm having an off night, don't be mad at me" and gave me 15% off our meal. Will never support this place again. read more

They blamed it on them being busy but there were several people seated after us that were served promptly. This use to be the best Denny's, I drive from Avondale just to come to this one, but not anymore. Last week somebody at my table ordered a beyond patty burger and got a regular beef burger, they remade it which was fine. I should have known better when no one is in the place other then flys. Walked in the person at the counter sat my husband & I with another customer who had walked out of the restroom at the same time. We asked if they could do a lettuce wrap Burger she said she just had to till cook. I don't understand why when you asked for a lettuce wrap burger everyone loses their mind, we ordered one with bacon one without burgers came back from the busboy that was cleaning the tables because the server was talking to the other customer that she sat with us about some arrowhead & coins at any rate neither burger had bacon on it so he took them back when the burgers came back they each had one piece of lettuce on the top one piece of lettuce on the bottom tomato onion on top of that then the burger no salt no pepper cheese translucent. Ordered pickup got there 15 minutes after they said it would be ready and when I got there it wasn't. Waited about 5 minutes which isn't a big deal but the front had 5/6 parties waiting to be seated. The host went to seat one of them then just disappeared. When I left she still wasn't back. Overall the food was decent but I wish they would have given me syrup and whip cream. The hash browns with cheese were good though but everything was cold sadly. I will say the waiter who was getting my stuff ready was really nice. Oh ya 3$ for a soda is insane come on now. This location is better than the one on Litchfield. My last few visits have been really good but the server somethings takes a bit to make their way over to greet us. I think it's because we go during the tradition period where they don't want to take the table because someone else is supposed to be taking over that section soon lol.
