I had tried other, more popular delivery apps but none were available for the location we were at nor the restaurant we wanted food from. Then I remembered Neighborhood Runners. I got on Yelp, located their ad and went to the website. I had a few questions which I utilized Yelp's messaging feature to contact them. Not 5 minutes from submitting my questions did I receive a response. Not even 5 minutes! I asked a couple more questions and again received responses immediately. I then went to the website and submitted my order. About 15 minutes later I received a call from Miss LeMia. She had sent me an invoice via email and I had not answered so she followed up. We realized there was a small issue with my server so we came up with a solution so I could pay her and she complete my order. She was already at the restaurant waiting patiently. Wow! I was very impressed. At no time did I feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. We got it all figured out and I was able to pay for the order. A few minutes later she called again. She was in the line and they were out of an item we requested. Again, wow! Very attentive, and quick to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. She delivered the food quickly and it was hot and fresh. Neighborhood Runners is an amazing, reliable, friendly service that doesn't limit you as to where you eat or what grocery store you want to shop from. Nor because of where you live are you unable to utilize their services. I highly recommend Neighborhood Runners for any grocery shopping or dining choices. They are friendly, reasonable, communicative and quick. You will not be disappointed.

Store Environment Most of the employees seem completely miserable, and several have even told me they can't keep staff. That tracks, because the store is frequently low on stock, especially in basic areas. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue, delivery delays, or just poor management--but it's noticeable. Deli Chicken = Buckeye's Best That said, I've gotta give props to their fried chicken at the deli--it's hands down the best in Buckeye ever since the Love's gas station on Miller stopped serving it. That said, it's hit or miss. Some days you'll get someone awesome who's on top of it; other days, they stop serving 30 minutes early and act like you're bothering them by asking. Still, when it's fresh and hot--it's really good. Checkout Nightmare The biggest frustration by far is checkout. There are never enough cashiers, and even the self-checkout has long lines, especially in the evenings. It's exhausting when you're trying to just grab groceries and get home in time to cook dinner. I know I'm not alone--this is probably everyone's #1 complaint. Hope on the Horizon There's a new Fry's location opening soon on Miller, and everyone in Buckeye is praying it'll help alleviate the traffic and chaos at this Watson location.
