Went in because we saw poster for meals starting at $5.99, well the hamburger meal was $9.99. When we complained the cashier said meal is STARTING at $5.99. We stated that false misleading advertisement. Last time we go there again, way to take old people's money Denny's read more

As of August 16, 2025, I saw that this Denny's is under new management. Went in for breakfast this morning. Took a few minutes to get seated. They need to have a host or hostess whose sole job is to seat guests and take payments. The ladies they have up at the front registers, it seems like they have them multitasking, so there ends up being a bunch of customers standing around, either waiting to be seated or waiting to pay in the tiny lobby up at the register. The service was good. Food tasted good. Our waitress did a great job (although she was yelled at by another waitress on the floor for writing a wrong table number for an order, so the other waitress called her out on it in front of customers. Not a good vibe. Do that stuff in the back, and don't make her feel like a piece of dirt for making a mistake) I wish I had gotten our waitress's name. She was running around taking care of all of her tables, making sure everyone was ok. Only drawback for this place is the lobby. Waiting to be seated and waiting to pay the bill. read more

They were patient with our group of loud teenagers, friendly and gave us great service.

Enjoyed my meal. This time, we tried the Value meal . Hungry but not famished. Quick service, pleasant employees, and always able to grab a seat when we come in. Hubby enjoys breakfast for dinner. So do I. And I just realized on my last visit that they don't serve waffles, lol. Oh well read more

Restaurant location is great for travelers going west on I10. The salon is good lot of booths, good for families with kids. Unfortunately food wait time was too long I can understand that this location could be understaffed. That's the only reason to give a 4 star rating. Food was great. The front desk lady Marla was very kind and our server Sheena did an excellent job, despite the work load. I definitely will be back when traveling along I10. read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. Absolutely horrible wait time. Our server left us alone for over an hour while we waited for food to help with the one cook in the back. Coffee was cold, and we never got asked if we wanted a refill for anything. Thing that really ticked us off was that another table with the same number of people (3) got their food at the same time as us, but they arrived about 30 minutes after us which is ridiculous. Our server basically went back there to make food for another table that arrived after us. Seeing other reviews makes it seem like this is normal for this place. I wish I had checked the reviews before coming here. read more

Not too bad here. Food is pretty good like any other Dennys The service is good too depending on the time you go. Mostly the waiters are nice but not the management or cashiers. Overall it's clean and bathrooms are pretty clean too read more

I placed a togo order at 10:50 it is 11:54 and they told me "they just started it" This is absolutely unreal. If i wanted to wait outside for a hour i might as well of grabbed a table and dinned in. There's no reason my togo should take the length of time it would be to dine in somewhere. Update got order at 12pm, here are the pictures read more

Couldn't say enough about this Dennys and that is saying a lot. The food was well cooked, I was there for breakfast and the customer services was great too read more

Food service was great, food was good, and tip was 20% for our server. I think she was the only server working at 0815. I went to pay my bill and I asked the cashier if they still honored AARP and she replied "yes". I took my OLDER AARP CARD out of my wallet and handed it to her. She said do you have anything newer or something on your phone and I replied no. She looked at me really confused and told me I should put it on my phone since we always have our phones with us. I told her I didn't always have my phone but I always have my wallet. My problem with her is I bib not expect a lecture on the way I use my AARP CARD. I noticed in the window outside "under new management " I can only imagine how bad the previous management was. read more

Service was lousy manager was rude. Several dirty tables in a slow restaurant. Food was cold.

Ask for LISA! she is awesome and always on top of things. She never lets my coffee get cold and before I ask for condiments or napkins she is always getting it for me. I love coming to this location because the crew makes you feel like you are home. It has a small town vibe because they know you when you arrive. I'm always greeted with a smile! Thank you guys and thank you LISA for being genuine and funny. You always make your customers feel good. I'll be back soon! read more

Never enough help. Poor service, long wait. Waitress cook and wait tables. Food is awful.

First thing we received our bill before our food arrived. Second we never received the side order of French Toast but it was on the bill. Third I was told that I could not get a refill on my lemonade. Fourth the first option when paying the bill was for 18% gratuity. When I informed the manager that we did not receive the French Toast we received no apology. read more

Normally we will get a quick breakfast at Denny's. It has always been an average experience. However, today was an excellent! The place was hopping for a Monday morning. We were seated immediately. Our waiter Charles was fantastic. The food was good. The hashbrowns were cooked perfectly. Will definitely return there more often for breakfast. read more

1/25/24 my husband and I decided to stop in for dinner since all the other restaurants were closed near where we had gone, so since this was close to home and we had avoided this Dennys for a couple years maybe more due to the poor management and poor service. This time we were very pleased as it was around 10:30pm and there was one cook and our server was Dolly. The service was pretty great and the food was delicious and served in a timely manner. We were very happy and pleased with the improvement of our long awaited return. read more

Talk about a Denny's location that just cant get it right. Even with new management this place still has terrible service. I did not realize how low quality their food was until my wife and I ate at another Dennys location. This particular restaurant could and should do better. read more

I went at 7 am to pick up a delivery I have to deliver at 7:15. It is currently 7:43 and they still have not made the food. When I asked they said the cook makes all the food in the restaurant before the to-go orders. I said why don't they go and order? She said because the cook doesn't want to. So if you don't want to wait at almost an hour, don't come to this Denny's read more

Very unorganized staff probably because corporate understaff the this location which is stranger being right off i10. The chefs need more training on timelines and staying on task meaning (stay in the kitchen). One hour from order time to food delivery. Ive noticed guests waiting to pay from 15 plus minutes would blame them if they walk. Floor staff fighting with the kitchen staff to this food blogger corporate needs to wake up!! Denny has been an American tradition since the 50s let's get this location back on track soon or shut the doors. read more
