Very unorganized staff probably because corporate understaff the this location which is stranger being right off i10. The chefs need more training on timelines and staying on task meaning (stay in the kitchen). One hour from order time to food delivery. Ive noticed guests waiting to pay from 15 plus minutes would blame them if they walk. Floor staff fighting with the kitchen staff to this food blogger corporate needs to wake up!! We have returned to this location several times hoping it may have improved. This place and the food have been going down hill for a while now. Service was good, food was bad. I ordered coffee, two eggs over medium, hash browns and pancakes. Order arrived. One egg was hard cooked and one egg was slimy. Hum. I honestly don't know how this happens. The first order of hash browns were nearly raw, undercooked and cold. I sent them back. Second order was burnt black and tasted like old grease or the portion of food waste they scrape into the grease trap. HORRIBLE! They were inedible. I was also charged for two coffees and I only ordered one cup. At the end of the meal the manager came over, took off the extra coffee and the side of hash browns. Pretty bad when a diner gets eggs and hash browns wrong. I don't know what is happening at this particular location. It's sad. Other Dennys in the area are always good. Is it the cooks? Is it the management? IDK. Somebody please help this location. They used to do so well. read more

I went in for looking for something to eat since other places seemed to only have drive-thru open late at night. Immediately at the entrance you see the two claw machines which gives you vivid memories of childhood trauma. The place wasn't that busy other than a few nondysfunctional families celebrating together after a graduation & some couples so the server was able to get to me fairly quickly. I wasn't expecting much since it's a Denny's so when the table they say me at had freshly spit out gum on the floor that they pretended not to see I just made sure to sit opposite of it so my feet wouldn't touch it. At least the table had just been wiped down. I kept my order simple...a crispy bacon ranch chicken sandwich & some orange juice. I had my full order within 10 minutes. The mountain of fries easily overshadowed the delicious looking crispy sandwich. The fries are meh. They are unseasoned & obviously meant to just fill you up (hence the ridiculously large sizes.) Even seasoning them to taste leaves you a bit unsatisfied. The crispy chicken sandwich features bread toasted in butter. Every bite fills your mouth with a level of juicy butteryness that might turn some people off. The chicken is cooked well with the perfect amount of breading. There's a thin layer of ranch on the bread itself that might've been spread on like mayonnaise. They might have gotten some feedback about the ranch because the server included a tub of ranch on the side unprompted. Overall the sandwich is a middle of the road attempt that looks better than it tastes. The server came back around several times to make sure I was ok. The food was relatively cheap until I realized they were charging $4+ per glass of orange juice (I refilled once) which brought the order total to over $20 which is ridiculous. Overall, this is your standard Denny's. You're gonna have dirty floors, ok quality food & relatively cheap prices. Does this one reinvent the wheel? Absolutely not, but at least there were no fights or drunks. read more

Service was horrible! Door dashed a pick up order it was 50 min late. Even though we got a confirmation, ready for pick up. We got the order and it was complete wrong! Asked to get it correct and got the wrong order again. To complete the disaster they had no to go utensils! Huge disappointment. read more

While in buckeye Saturday morning, we were looking for a nice place to eat breakfast. Usually I stay away from Denny's as some visits have been to establishments that are just better than decent or dumpy, however we visited this Denny's and upon entrance it was very busy with a long wait, there were three spots open at the breakfast bar in front of grill. What a pleasant surprise to find a clean, good smelling restaurant and greeted by friendly and fun staff, we had a great breakfast, good portions and good taste! While waiting for food we watched the grill stay very busy, putting food out and a fast and accurate pace, waitresses yelling out orders, chef calling back and answering quickly. We had a great time talking with manager and waitress, outstanding people, just can not say enough good things about them! read more

Where to begin, we walked in and 2 staff members were asleep at the entrance on the bench. We came in at 1 AM- long drive for us. We were seated and read a list of items that were NOT available. So, hubby and I were on our way down to SOCAL but the traffic got us wanting to settle and find a cafe to sit down while the traffic dies down. With COVID., all Starbucks are not doing indoor dine-in so we were SOL. Until we saw Denny's and we decided, why not? They have wi-fi, they are open 24/7 and they have decent food. Our server sat us, I ordered some onion rings to snack on and I told him that we will be here for a while so he pretty much let us be while we get our studying in. I cannot say thank you enough to Denny's while providing us a decent place to study while we are on the road and not to mention, a delicious selection of food while we are here. Very very slow service. Slow to acknowledge you when you arrive, slow to serve you and slow to check you out. It appears that, you, the customer is a necessary nuisance. Waitress was trying. Service was terrible. Couldn't get a refill of coffee to save my life. Was told there was no bacon but got charged for sausage instead. They claimed they gave me a discount. But I saw no change in the total price. After a long day at work people should not have to put up with these small inconveniences. Save your money and time don't stop here. read more

After school dinner with the kids. Had some errands to run after school and after a long day, mommy was not going to have enough time for a full meal on the table by their bedtime. So we decided on diner style dinner. Our server was so nice. I wish I could remember her name. She was wearing a pin with an avocado on it. I guess promoting it at the restaurant. My daughter loves pins but loves avocados even more. All my daughter said was, I like your pin. And the server took it right off and handed it to my daughter. She was ecstatic. She took our order with a smile and understood our options. When she came back with drinks, she had replaced her pin. It was great. My kids make friends everywhere they go. She was extremely nice and attentive. Food was great too. We hadn't been to Denny's in a while but thankfully, it was a school night and still pretty empty. We will try that again. read more

Just came here on Halloween! Not super busy and super friendly when we walked in! After that everything changed. The service was really slow for the restaurant not being full. My food came out burnt, the plate never should have come to the table. We were not asked if the food was to our liking or if we needed refills on our drinks. My mothers plate had garlic bread that came out 2 min before our bill. When we received the bill is when we were asked if we needed refills. I think I'll just stick to breakfast, but it will be a while before we go back. read more

Would be nice to place some extra sitting chairs outside or in the entry way and get them toy vending machines out of the way to sit waiting customers. The restaurant is usually short on workers but they do the best they can treating and seating for waiting customers. Would be nice to build an IHOP soon with all the new homes being built. read more
