Garbage service. I placed an online order at 741. Arrived at 7:45 food was not ready, which didn't expect it to be. I had just placed the order while I drive there. I received email around 8:00 that food was ready i asked the front lady she said I'll check. She continues to seat people one couple after another after another, had they been there before I arrived i completely understand seat them first. 8:18 finally brings me my food. Ridiculous! Took my kids out to eat this afternoon. We waited about 5 mins up front only to have the hostess not even acknowledge us as she came and helped the other folks that came up after us. We then sat about another five mins or so before having a server acknowledge us. We finally get our order taken and when it comes out about 25 minutes later, it wasn't even hot. Me and my son both got hot places that should sizzle when they come to the table and I could hold it in my hands. Definitely a miss this time and probably won't be back for awhile. read more

We came in with 2 cranky kids, and we were exhausted. The place was busy, and we found out why - they have TWO kids eat free days - Tuesday AND Thursday, and we managed to come on one of them! It was a very nice surprise. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, and we got our food quickly, even though it was super busy. They were also accommodating to our request to bring the kids' food first so we could avoid potential meltdowns. read more

This is the only restaurant in my area that has steak that can be delivered to my home. Every time I order the T-bone they never send me any steak sauce & the bags are also never stapled or sealed so drivers can easily tamper with food or take items out of the bag. Tonight all of my food was cold & I was missing the veggie medley that I paid for. not sure if the restaurant just forgot it or what, there's no option to add condiments when ordering online, but certain things should just be a given to add to the bag because it's served with it when dinning in. I spent over $30 for this to be delivered & I really wish I could have enjoyed it because im unable to get my money back for it read more

I decided to come over here because I was getting my truck fixed nearby and I knew I was going to be waiting for quite a while. When I walked in I was immediately seated with a welcoming smile and friendly "good morning" by Shondel. She was able to seat me in a booth with an outlet so I could charge my phone if needed. I explained to her I would be a guest with them for a while and she assured me I would be ok. My breakfast was fast, hot and delicious. And during my stay there, all the waitresses make sure I had anything I needed. I have not always enjoyed Denny's but this visit was amazing. Thank you so much. read more

I'm surprised that Denny's restaurants have survived the pandemic. It's apparent that profits before people is their company motto. While it has been over a year since I last ate as a Denny's, it has shown a substantial decline in quality and service. I noted that the senior menu has dwindled down to 3 or 4 breakfast items, and the prices have substantially increased, so you really don't save much using an AARP card. The Gran Slam seems to have gone up about three dollars, so again, it's no bargain. As expected, the food quality has gone down. So, pay more, but expect less at Denny's Restaurant. Other restaurants have sustained because they have not sacrificed quality and service. I won't return to a Denny's. read more

Walked in two under two waiting for a seat lady completely ignored no welcome or asked to get us a seat a lady comes up and say "oh let me check for a seat" ignores doing what she said and goes to register when already another lady there checking people out and then there was no one to check out and is standing there and husband asks if she can go check for a seat now that there was no one and she tried to pretend like she didn't hear after making eye contact and husband just asked again and she said Well idk going to wait for another server when she could have said that from the beginning and we would have understood. read more

Came to the Litchfield location after being turned down at the Buckeye location Friday night. I was told they could not seat my boys and I because the server already had six tables and she needed "her cooks" to catch up. I know we all face a staffing shortage but to be told no with such nasty attitude is not necessary. Ordered to go this evening. Took an hour to get our food. They said only one cook. Maybe it's time for 2. Ordered a sandwich and onion rings. My sandwich looked like a backhoe put it together and $4.19 for onion rings and I got 5 tiny little onion rings. I understand the COVID but I won't be getting foo from or going to eat there. We gave up waiting for our food after 45 minutes, paid for the beverage we did receive, and left. During this time, we saw two other couples in her section leave without placing orders. I've lived in buckeye for 3 years now and have gone twice. Both times were a horrendous experience. I will never be back. The first time I waited 10 minutes to be sat and another 45 minutes for food for my wife and I. We ordered simple grand slams. We were told a cook called out and that's why it took so long. The 2nd time the exact same thing, sounds like a cook called out is there go to line. Food is not hot and below average for what I expect for a Denny's. Stay away go to Cracker Barrel across the street. Hopefully Denny's closes just like Native Wings did across the way it's a matter of time. Well as advertised you can expect away a very long time to be seated and for your waitress to come and take your order. After reading every review posted we are still waiting for our food to arrive. Just so happens we were seated directly across from the kitchen and I got a great view of the waitresses and the cooks. There is no sense of urgency from either look up for the waitresses. In fact I've watched several orders go up under the heat lamps which don't appear to be on and sit for up to 10 minutes before being brought out to the table next to ours. At one point the Cook saw me looking at the kitchen and decided it was a good time to have a staring contest so another wasted minute and a half. Finally got our meals 45 minutes in, on the plus side the food was hurt but the order was wrong. No time to wait for a repeat performance. I did however forget my daughters double order of French fries so we are completely done eating and waiting on fries to go. The restaurant is not very busy but it's a shame that things are so slow. Is our first visit and definitely our last sorry to say. Good communication could've save this visit if the waitresses would just talk to us. read more

This is my family's favorite place to eat when we get a chance to slow down and enjoy a meal out together. The front door staffing needs a little help as that end if weak but its more the managers lack of for staffing it appropriately. The service at the tables are wonderful. The servers are always friendly and welcoming and make you feel right at home. The cleanliness of the restaurant is great as well. Ordered online and paid prior to pickup. I called 30 minutes prior to pickup when it was advised to me that they did not have the order at their location as it was at another. Informed the representative that the order is confirmed for the Buckeye location on Watson per the confirmation so it is apparent that there is an error with their online ordering system. When the order was picked up... they failed to put my pancakes in it. This is the second time that they have forgotten an item and did not receive the online order to this specific location. My only hope for this remark is that management puts a system in place to make sure they are accurately receiving all online orders for their location and ensuring that the orders are right and complete at the time of pickup. read more

Bathrooms were messy, dirty, smelly , the poor server looked worked. I never got a refill on my coffee, had to keep asking for more refills for my spouse soda. n Tuesday the 13th me and my husband went in to Denny's to have breakfast and it was approximately 930 or 10 o'clock in the morning. the 1st thing I noticed is there were several tables that had stuff on them that still needed to be wiped down, there was a couple and a single guy waiting when we arrived. About 5 to 7 minutes after we arrived, they wiped the tables down took the couple and the single guy back. We sat down on the bench and waited probably another 10 minutes... while we waited 2 other couples came in, so by the time they took all of us back at the same time, we had been waiting close to 15 minutes the 2 other couples had been waiting maybe 5 minutes and yes I took notice of this. And after waiting that amount of time which wouldn't have gotten me AS irritated except for the fact that the 2 other couples got served by the waitress and had their food brought in way before us by about a 10 minute difference, yes that was frustrating. The hostess, the waitresses they need to communicate a little bit better so that that doesn't happen. If it was just a couple minute difference of our food being served no big deal but 10 to 15 minutes difference when we were there 1st by quite a big difference, that is a big deal. Had coffee it was not fit refilled once. the waitress got my order wrong, And by the time we had eaten it had slowed way down and our waitress was wiping tables and seats down and chit chatting to the other waitresses so it's not like she was too busy to check on us, which she did not one time. I've been there before, sometimes I have waitresses that seem happy, other times I get waitresses that clearly don't like their job and don't want to be there. read more

Me and my dad went to go eat at this Denny's location and it was a BIG mistake. They were busy when we walked in therefore, we understood it would take a while to be seated. When the hostess came up to the front to seat us (which was the manager) there was already about 3 groups waiting. The manager then stated that the health department was there and that is why it was busy. We got seated and ordered our food. The server didn't know the menu and just said "I don't know sir, I don't really look at the menu that often I'm just here doing my job". Who tells a customer that!? Then we get our food and my dad has a HAIR in his biscuits and gravy and ANOTHER HAIR on my plate. When he notified the store manager she said sorry and that the cooks will remake it. She did not offer a discount or that it will be on house. When we were checking out up in the front, one of the health department employees was walking out and my dad stopped him and showed him the pictures of our food and plates. It was terrible read more
