She spoke English and then she didn't. Once I tried to tell her what the online menu showed then she said oh yeah you want the flautas. I'm my many years of eating Mexican food, flautas has always been flour tortillas filled with a protein rolled and toasted/fried. Taquitos are corn. She was trying to give me taquitos I said ..."that isn't flautas right?" Yes they are, she said. Hold please have to make a call. My hubby saw containers with food outside refrigeration and asked me if we could go somewhere else. So we left. While there it seemed kinda okay to me. The best Mexican food in Buckeye. No frills, but quality ingredients and preparation.

I keep coming back to this place. It's so convenient since it's near my parents home. The staff is always friendly and always attentive to help. Every time we stop by I try to get something different but those carne asada tacos and al pastor tacos keep on calling my name. It's undeniable. My husband really likes the carne colorada. But he is more easily persuaded into trying new things. Don't get me wrong, I love trying new cuisines and new places but those darn delicious tacos just got me hooked with no remedy at this point. We will continue to visit this place and maybe next time my asada tacos don't atacis me. Haha haha. Had to do it. It's late night while writing my reviews. Something had to give. LoL read more

I tried this placed based off of their glowing reviews on Google maps and I was not disappointed. Oh my goodness! I got the combo de barbacoa which came with fresh tortillas on the side as well. The meat was so tender it was falling apart as I was putting it into my tortilla. Absolutely amazing. If you want genuine authentic Mexican food definitely try this place. Was in Buckeye recently and was told to try this butcher shop/bakery/restaurant and I am so glad I did. I love authentic Mexican business' who offer quality products at a fair price. Walked thru the butcher shop and all the meat and fish looked fresh and wonderful. Did not buy but if I lived in the neighborhood I sure would. Had 8 tacos and all were absolutely delicious. Had beef pork and goat. My favorite was the pork which had a great smokey flavor to it. All were very generous with the meat and with the salsa bar and fresh grilled tortillas were great. And best part all for under $20. What a deal heard on Tuesdays tacos are $1.00. Tried 2 pastries from the bakery and those too were fresh and just great. Again great bargain believe they were $1.50 a piece. So if you're in Buckeye and want a great experience plus great street tacos try this place I think you will be super happy. read more

I don't speak Spanish, but the menu that was listed on yelp had a price for tamales and when I went In To pay for my order of tamales for Xmas they were a different price and they had lots of orders for tamales but for some reason it took 3 or 4 different people to figure out the what my final price was... also I didn't get any sauce with my tamales. the tamales were good but I would recommend asking the price before ordering for catering. Searched for a place to get tacos or burritos while visiting family and came across this place. I'm from California so I like to think I know my tacos lol these didn't disappoint. Tamales were not a huge hit for me although they were meaty, they were kind of dry, in my opinion, missing something. Great prices for what you get. Came in with my mom in search of a bakery that made good pan dulce, off the bat the bread looked uhh alright so decided of give it a try. WELL the bread was dry and a bit hard in the inside and out would not recommend the bread here, unless u wanna use it as a loofah in the shower read more

I love coming to this place an enjoy the great food, the only issue i had with this place and it's not the first time but as they are closing they are rushing customers to be out by 9 PM. My most recent experience I arrived at 8.30 PM with still plenty of time before closing and chairs were already up for customers not to be able to dine in, salsa bar was closed. Then I approach the register and they tell me straight out dining room is close and what ever I order will have to be to go and I was ok with that. Soonest I'm ready to order also the cook tells the young tall boy that the kitchen is closed and that there's no food. It made me feel very uncomfortable that I only ended buying some of their mexican bread and walking away. I knew and I felt the pressure as I walked in, specially being a regular customer and knowing the of the team members there and I also felt that he was not comfortable as he was letting me. I been in the same situation at that place before but this time it was really out of control as how they trying to operate a business. I'm very sure that the owner will like to be making money until closing, I felt I was forced to leave by them refusing service by telling me if you ordering it have to be to go, then the kitchen cook in the bags tells the young men that theirs no food ?? wow when it was only 8.30 PM and you still have a sign in front window saying you are still OPEN. That is wrong! I totally understand they tired and want to go home but I'm coming in to buy food and spend money, every time I stop there and get food with my family we sped an average of 50 to 65 dls per visit maybe one or twice a week. As a restaurant staff you don't force your customers to walk away an make them feel uncomfortable. This incident occurred at 8.30 PM 08.18.2022 if the manager or owner are reading please check your cameras and you will see me there with my family and I'm sure i was the last transaction of the day as well after buying mexican bread and a bag a chip, i spend like 13 dls. The reason I write this is not to hurt anyone or affect a staff member but for someone in their management look in to this and not allow that to keep happening. I always go here for fresh corn tortillas that they keep in the cooler at the front of the restaurant and their burritos. I haven't really ordered anything to eat here so cannot vouch for the food but I notice many Locals dining here so it must be authentic and pretty good. Nice little spot located in a small plaza in Buckeye. A one stop shop for Mexican pastries, tortillas, homemade tortillas chips, raspados, menudo and so much more. I can't believe I didn't know this place existed before now. The menudo was delicious hot and fresh and the huevos ranchero breakfast entree was delicious as well as Garnished nicely with slicedavocado and cabbage. There's a nice bar with a selection of chilis, cucumbers and limes. Great location when you don't want to drive into the city for good Mexican food. There's two Fiesta crews at this location. Fiesta crew #1 is OUTSTANDING, Fiesta crew #2 is not so much. Fiesta crew #1 is staffed by Mandilonas, the food is ALWAYS cooked and prepped amazing. Love eating when are they working the kitchen. Fiesta crew #2 is puro hombres that forget to complete full orders, don't cook as well and prep is shoddy. Still a 5 star. We have been here more than a few times, and recommend it totally for 1 product in particular, their crash made yellow corn tortillas... They are absolutely amazing. Very tough to find. The Carne asada is not the best, as it's more griddled than on the open flame. And the cut is not as you would expect.
